The mission

*Jessica's pov*

"Sir what's my next mission?!"

"You need to get information on the new project of Sir William."

"That scientist who invented those pills to get younger?"

"Yes..."

"But why?"

"He has committed few crimes recently like murders and kidnapping of people, according to us this might be related to his new invention. I'll give you all the data we have."

"Yes sir!"

"And by the way don't let anyone even in this agency know about this mission. I think there's someone who leaks our data."

It was weird that the director wanted to tell me about the mission himself. This mission must be really important. I can't fail this!

"Wooo...! You didn't get scared."

"Jonathan that was neither funny nor scary."

"Whatever.. But it definitely was a long meeting with the director. I am so tired waiting for you. Let's go for a drink."

"I never asked you to wait."

"But I did for your sake."

"Your fault."

"You're mean."

"One of the nicest things people has ever said to me. Thanks."

"So you have to go for a drink with me."

"If I don't go will you keep nagging?"

"Yup.."

"Fine."

Jonathan was my first friend in this agency. He soon became my best friend. He knows me the best among everyone with whom I ever talked to.

"So... What's your next mission?" He asked, I didn't want to but I had to lie.

"Just some useless shit."

"Uhh... Okk."

We drank and chatted for some time.

"I have to leave."

"Why?? It's just been a few drinks."

"I have to go through many files." I have a lot to prepare for the new mission since the director chose me. He trusted me and I can't break his trust.

"Okk I'll forgive you for going too early as I know how much of a workaholic you are." "Byee!"

"Bye."

I have to go through all those files about William and also prepare for the mission. Gosh! I have a lot to do.

There are a little too many files. Anyways I have to go through all of them. Let's get to work!

I found something interesting! Willam has a child and on top of that he is the singer, James who is really popular.

I think I can use James to get close with Willam. It might take a little time but it'll be worth it.

"Noah, get me information on James."

"Ma'am you don't even listen to songs why do you need it?"

"You got the guts to question me?"

"No ma'am! Sorry ma'am! Please don't take it in the wrong way."

"Then I'll give you 24 hours time. Get me the data as fast as you can!"

"O...ok Ma'am."

Finally everything is settled. I'll continue to plan tomorrow after getting the data and right now I can have a good sleep.

I was about to go to bed when I remembered that William and his wife divorced a few years back, I have to know why. I also have to know about James's personality to get close with him. Only then will I be able to get closer to his dad.

"Noah, get me data on James's personality as well and if you can also why William and his wife divorced a few years back."
