Chapter 134: There Are No Windows

Henry Russell called out twice as he noticed Linda Davis seemed to lose herself while staring at Lucas Carter.

Linda looked up at him.

"What's wrong?" Henry looked at her with concern,

Linda's state just now was frightening, like she was all alone and no one could get close to her, so lonely.

"I'm fine." Linda looked at the worried Henry and smiled, "I'm a little tired, let's go."

Henry nodded, and they left. On the way back, Linda leaned back in her chair and pretended to sleep. Henry thought she was tired and didn't speak, just closed his mouth and quietly watched her.

Linda was originally thinking about what Lucas had said, but she didn't expect to actually fall asleep. When she woke up again, she had changed into clean pajamas and was lying in bed.

Looking at the sleeping Henry beside her, she fell into deep thought, reaching out and touching his smooth jaw.

Henry stirred, raised his hand to wrap around her waist, brought her closer, and fell deeply asleep.
