"Tobin! Tobin!" She called out his name, but he was gone. And was probably never coming back. She had seen that look in his eyes before. He was angry and in that state he was capable of doing anything. "You are ungrateful. After all the Lancaster have done for you. You have no right to be so angry! Do you think staying with your loser father would have been better? Look I know what I suffered as a kid. My supposed dad, your biological father was all I got and I dare say he failed in his responsibility!" Those were the exact words she had said to Tobin few minutes ago. Tobin was hurt. Although he had never met his biological father, but he was sure he deserved more than Sharon was saying about him. He knew right from the start he didn't belong to the Lancaster family. They were all too different from him. He knew something was wrong about the family but he never could tell what it was. He was going to avenge the death of his mother no matter what it will cost him. Sharon was confused. She was torn between her new found family and her love for Tobin. In that moment of despair she felt a sharp pain on her left arm, one which she hasn't felt for years since her supposed father's death, and she has always prayed never to experience it again. She knew what it meant. Someone she loves was about to die but the question on her lips was "Who is it going to be?" ******** A gamble was made, two babies were switched, lives were lost, but love was found, but at what expense?

Out To Impress

"Who is Arden?" Sharon asked

"She was the wife of Mr Lancaster. She died giving birth Tobin. I dare say you also have her eyes."

"Freshen up and join the family downstairs. Breakfast will be ready in twenty minutes" Mrs Williams left after saying that.

After she left, Sharon wandered into deep thought. She remembered what the lady in her dreams told her. She said she had lot of allergies. She even said this house is where she belongs.

Now Mrs Williams just told her about her resemblance to Mrs Lancaster.

What if the lady in her dreams was Arden.

If she is, what does she wants with me? She said she doesn't want to die again without achieving what she wants. What does she want? This questions kept disturbing her as she tried to prepare herself for the day.

Sharon came down to meet everyone at the table except Tobin. She really need to see him to apologies to him. Mr Lancaster was happy to see her but as usual he didn't show it. At that moment the food was served . They we're going to have bacon, egg and cheese sandwich.

She sat close to Hale and asked him why Tobin was not at the table.

"He is not feeling too well . Don't worry he will be fine its one of those things he does."He replied her

As it was yesterday there was silence on the table during the meal. Its seems the boys were scared to express themselves in the presence of their father

There was a mild drama when Sharon started choking on her food. Everyone rushed to offer her water. She was shocked at the gesture.

Even Mr Lancaster was surprised at the behaviour of his children. To him it seem they were all trying to impress Sharon. For the first time they were all dressed decently to breakfast asif they were going on a date. Even shaw trimmed his hair something he has not done for years. Dane was cleanly shaved too. Mr Lancaster smiled at the idea of his boys trying to impress Sharon.

He remembered his bet and hoped she will choose either shaw or Dane.

She took water from Hale because he was the closest to her. She noticed the others were not happy with her decision but she didn't care she just wanted to drink water.

After she was done with her meal she left the table in a bid to look for Tobin. She chuckled at the thought of her going in search of Tobin again.

The boys were shocked. No one dare leaves the table before Mr Lancaster. He didn't say anything when she stood up and that surprised them.

Shaw tried getting up too to see if his father will react.

"Where are you going to young man? Have you forgotten your manners? "

Mr Lancaster glared at him.

"I am sorry dad" he simply replied.

There was a soft chuckle from everyone on the table.

Shaw seeing the look on his father's face quietly sat down. At that moment everyone knew there must be something special about Sharon and this made them more determined to win the credusal.
