The girls glanced at each other. Then turned their eyes on her.
"Are you sure about marriage? I mean, you've been married once and didn't end well." Peggy commented.
If the failure of her marriage was not her fault, she would get offended by Peggy's words. But she didn't have the right to feel that way. It failed because she was a coward and stupid.
Peggy was just worried about Andrew. Jayden and Peggy supported Andrew when she ran away and married James. She could't blame Peggy for doubting her intention with Andrew.
"I know you are worried for him. I promise this time it's different. I will fight for him, for Brie and our family. I will never leave him, Peg." She said.
Peggy sighed. "You don't have to tell me that. Tell him. In the end, it's his decision, not ours. But I want you to know that whatever happened to your relationship, we're here to support both of you."
She smiled at Peggy. "Thank you, Peg."
