his touch made her tense " Riley. I'm sorry, I truly am " his voice was like a calming melody and her body relaxed to its tone " you have to calm down "
Her body relaxed, resting her back on his chest and he wrapped his arms around her so she won't fall. they remained like this for a while till he began to hear her sob. " I...i " she wanted to say something but burst into tears " I...i.. thought...i..thought they died because....because of me " she managed to say
" Am sorry " he whispered " am so sorry " he did it again but this time so close that she could almost feel his lips on her skin and his warm breath hit her ear bridge
" I will kill them. I will kill them all " she said in a low tone
" Riley. you don't have to " she pulled away while Aiden unwrapped his arms. Riley turned to face him
" I will " their gaze met. " I will kill every single one of them " Aiden saw the fire in her eyes and he feared for her " you will teach me. not only to control but to fight "
" Riley it's best..."
" Aiden " she had seriousness in her tone and the look she gave. he had no choice but to nod. he wanted to teach her to protect herself but if she wanted to learn to kill it will make this easy.
" ok. but not today. we have had enough for one day "
" No. I want to start today"
" Are you sure?" he had a worried tone
" yes ".
the main training began. they trained for the whole night. Aiden wasn't the type that goes easy on anyone even if it's a girl. Riley on the other hand was not ready to give up even if she fell several times. the anger in her didn't let her. she wasn't used to things like this so she was injured severely. Aiden suggested that they rest but she refused until she was able to knot him down
" yes " she screamed in victory before falling as well. she was exhausted. spreading both arms and legs on the grass, her body ached. " this was harder than unexpected " she said
" And you don't give up do you?" Aiden said back as he pulled himself up. walked towards her and stood looking down at her
" you are aggressive, for fucking sake, I am a girl "
" Language. I go easy on no one " he said smiling. his eyes fell on the scratch on her forehead making him frown. he entirely forgot that she doesn't heal. his eyes explored down to her hand and saw she had many injuries " you are injured "
" I know " she rolled her eyes
" doesn't it hurt " he had a very worried tone
" it does. but not as much as my heart " silence took over the place. Aiden sat down quietly beside her " when you said some will find peace after death. what did you mean?" she broke the silence
Aiden didn't reply immediately. he was in deep thought " does who deserves it will " he said
" what about you. do you think you will find peace when you die "the question surprised him?
Aiden never had a good life when growing up. the organisation was a leaving hell. they made him do things he never wanted to do and if he goes against them he will be punished with internal pain for days. pain that made him want to end his life but he couldn't no matter how hard he tried. the won't let him. death was what he needed. he believed if he does he will find peace. the moments In his life that he enjoyed were the years he spent watching Riley but now all that will soon be over. He had to take her back.
" yes. I hope " he replied making her raise an eyebrow. he was now carrying that bothered look he carried the other time and she wondered why.
There was a very long silence between them. the last thing Aiden heard was her yawn.
" We should.. " he turned to see that she was already sleeping. she was tired, very tired. Aiden couldn't stop himself from smiling.
Riley woke up and found herself on the couch in Max's sitting room and her injuries have been treated. she heard Aiden talking to someone so she sat up and turn in that direction " How long will it take?" he was standing by the window with eyes focused outside " 5 days is too much " he had a very serious tone " I can work with that " sudden he turned to look at her like he already knew she was awake and she was a bit surprised " yes sir. I understand" with that, he ended the call
" hey " she Spoke
" hey. did you sleep well?"
" yeah " nodding her head
" who was that?" she said curiosity
" my boss. there seems to be an obstacle " he announced
" what happened"
" Organisation system was hacked. whoever is responsible is observing our movement "
" so what now "
" We have to hold on for a few days," he said
" well that is fucked up "
" Language" Riley rolled her eyes at his correction
" you should stop doing that. It's not cool " she frowns

" I know?" he shrugged " you still have to stop "
" make me," she said.
" oh, I should?" he smirked, walking toward her, he stops and leaned forward " how about. I kiss you whenever you say fuck " Her eyes fell wide open
" Are you fucking serious now " just as those words came out he grew closer, so close that they could feel each other's breath and their lips almost met
" I am not joking Riley. I dying to kiss that lips of yours " he whispered and her brain almost exploded, her heart was no longer beating properly. did he just say that he wanted to kiss her so badly? did he mean it? did he like her or something?
she swallowed the saliva in her mouth " what..what do you mean, dying "
" how about I kiss you and you find out " his eyes were now on her lips
" oh.no, no, no " they were both interrupted by Max who came out of nowhere " not in my sitting room, I have a bedroom " Riley immediately jumped back away from Aiden was smiling brightly
" it's not what you think" Max rolled his eyes

" I should go take a shower," she said and ran out of the sitting room
" dude. you are messing with the poor girl's head " he scolded

" if you like her then tell her " Aiden just smiled and sat down
" is it ready?" he asked. immediately Max knew what he was asking about
" oh, yeah I have " Aiden watch him pull out two passports from his pocket and handed them over to him " here you go " Aiden collected them
