After war 1- Adventure Academy

"Professor Copperfield" Good morning students, I'll be your homeroom teacher. Today we have a transfer student who comes from the east coast of Nikkei. You can come now.

Xiao then proceeds to open the door, and steps in. Her upcoming classmates are making a fuss because she's such a gorgeous elf.

"Zion said" Stop making a fuss and face forward.

Prof. Copperfield said to the class, Quit down, let her introduce herself.

"Xiao is talking" Hi my name is Xiao Yue, I'm a transfer student from Larn city, a very eastern island. The city is called Larn and I'm from as you heard my name, it's the Ming Yue sect.

Xiao proceeds to walk to her chair. So many of her classmates have an interest in her. At the same time, Zion doesn't care. Zion attempted to smile but it looked scary instead.

"Prof. Copperfield" Actually, don't smile in my class ever, please.

The class burst out laughing, especially Xiao.

"Shilo said to Zion" Hahaha. I don't know why but I'm giving you this coin so you don't have that stern look on your face. Shilo took his hand out of his pocket and took out two silver coins and gave them to Zion. Zion's face is back to serious and doesn't look mad anymore.

"Xiao" Is it that easy to please him? Xiao looked at Zion and then at Shilo. Shilo said yes money makes him happy. Then Xiao took out her wallet as well and took out a gold coin. She then proceeded to move her hand with the gold coin holding it. While that's happening, Zion's eyes are following the gold coin in Xiao's hand.

"Shilo" See I told you he liked money.

"Xiao" yeah, he does. He's like a cat or a crow.

The currency in this world is Gold, Silver, and Bronze but there are alternatives like the Magic coin is equivalent to bronze coins, the Endo coin is equivalent to 5 Silver coins, and Ebony coins are equivalent to 5 Gold coins.

"Prof. Copperfield said to the class," Since we're eager to learn about towers, we're heading to visit one next week, especially when it's very close to our city. Since you enrolled in this class as an adventurer or martial artist, think of it as a field trip.

While Zion was listening to the lesson for hours upon hours, he fell asleep but was happy about the coins he received. In the end, Xiao gave her gold coin to Zion.

After classes, Shilo tries to wake Zion up. "Shilo" Hey, get up, it's lunchtime... No response. Xiao immediately said let me try to rouse him up it might work. Xiao whispered something in Zion's ear, which woke him up. Zion said to Xiao, Don't ever do that again while brushing his ear. Zion blushed slightly and returned to normal.

Shyla was surprised that it worked. Shilo and Courage were shocked because it woke him up because they needed to give him a couple of coins to wake him up or carry him to the cafeteria. Only at school is he this listless. However, outside of school, he has his energy back as if nothing happened. Because of this, he was nicknamed the sleepy prince by the entire school.

Since they were a big group, they would have reserved a seat by the time they got to the cafeteria by the time they arrived. The group consists of 20 people now because Xiao joined that group. The cafeteria looks like a small buffet because you pick what food to put on your plate, but you can't come back for seconds.

Xiao was surprised at how large the cafeteria was, not only did she know that there was a more monstrous structure just outside the cafeteria but it was also a cafeteria for the titans or half-giants. The Titan and half-giant are regarded as gentle people but if you push their buttons they are fierce, especially on the battlefield.

Zion asked Xiao "What do you want to eat?"As Zion handed over the plates, Xiao was in a daze due to the size of the cafeteria. Zion said to Xiao, "Here are the plates". Xiao asked Zion "why are you giving me so many plates?" Zion replied to Xiao "Pass it along". Xiao was slightly embarrassed because of the stupid question she made. Zion told Xiao to pass it along, thank you. Xiao's ears were red because of embarrassment and he hid behind Shyla. Shyla asked Xiao why you are so red, and Xiao replied nothing, "it's just hot here". Shyla then asked if it was really cold in the east. Xiao said no, unless it's winter, then yes, because of snow. Shyla then said to Xiao, "I haven't seen the snow, was it pleasant". Xiao then answered, "it tastes like cold water on the ground". Shyla asked, "why did you try to eat snow?" Xiao replied to Shyla "I was curious since I see it every winter. I want to know what it tastes like."

Then Xiao looked at Shyla and said, "Do I have to?". "Why are you hiding there?" Zion shouted. "Come here for the food.". Shyla said to Xiao "he knows food more than anyone in this group because of his brother who became a chef with multiple 3 stars of favor", meaning it's good. If a restaurant wants to have stars they need to meet the criteria of service, mastery of flavor and cooking techniques, showcasing, the chef's personality in the cuisine, value for money, overall consistency, and happy diners. Isn't Xiao already really good at 3 stars?? Shyla answered Xiao, "Yes...it is, so go to Zion."

Xiao said to Shyla "Fine I'll take her there with her dragging her feet like she's being forced". Shayla whispered in his ear, "Do you think they look cute together?" Shilo responded to his sister "Yeah, they do."

Zion started to talk about her diet and how he would work around it since he was in charge of her for the time being. Xiao replied to Zion, "I'm not particularly picky but I don't like cauliflower that's all". Since you're new here, I recommend melon bread, strawberry milk, rice with curry, and a small ice cream." Xiao looked at Zion with concern at the amount of food on her plate. Xiao then asked Zion, "isn't this too much?" Zion then replied, "no not really since the portion size is just right for you." Xiao then looked back and everyone in the friend group nodded their heads and admitted he knows best by staring at you. Zion said to Xiao "Take a seat over there where Courage is, you know what he appears like right?" Xiao responded "yeah, I know what he looks like, his the one with black hair and purple eyes." Yup, what are you waiting for sit down then" said Zion to Xiao. Xiao whispered to herself "why are you so bossy?" Then Zion responded, "because the line is long and other students are waiting."

Xiao became embarrassed and hurried to the table. Courage said to Xiao "take a seat, it doesn't matter where you sit."

Kira ran towards the table with food in hand waiting patiently for Zion. Kira then looked at Xiao and said "hello, you must be Xiao, I'm from the class next door, I'm surprised that you woke Zion up, even I can't do that." Xiao said to Kira "Is it that much of a big deal?" Kira responded, "yeah, because Zion is the student council vice president." Xiao then responded to Kira saying "Him! The vice president, then who's the president." Kira answered, "His older brother." Xiao then asked, "How many siblings does he have?" Kira answered, "He has 4 siblings." Xiao said to Kira "I only have a younger brother living with me. " Kira asked, "How old is your brother?" Xiao answered, "6 years old", Kira immediately said, "That's also the age of his youngest sister, named Tala."

Zion was headed toward the table when he heard them talking about him.

Zion asked Kira and Xiao with a curious tone, "what are you guys talking about?" Kira replied, "we're just talking about your siblings." Zion replied, " Want to come by later?" Kira was reluctant to disagree and replied, "I can't I have kendo practice later, I would like to." Zion asked something loudly at the other table, "Wanna go to my house?" Everyone shook their heads and said busy. Zion said, "Well, I want to pick up the little one."
