Chapter 10 Saving her

Returning from the party, the atmosphere in the black Bentley was gloomy and depressing.

Liam couldn't handle the guilt and the atmosphere was worsening his guilt.

"Am sorry Jason. It was my fault that you had to expose yourself so soon."

"I'll throw you out of this car." Jason lay lazily, eyes closed with a hand over his head.

Liam clamped his lips tight and looked out through the car window. He would do anything to please and serve Jason well. It was suffocating sitting in the same car with this gloomy Jason but he was a tolerable person since he rarely nugged.

"We are being followed Captain." Travis reported as he eyed the car behind them, keeping his eyes on the road too. It was a black van that kept trailing them since they left the city hall basement parking.

Looking behind, Mike and Liam noticed the car too, it tried not to make it obvious.

"Those idiots have the guts to trail us!" Mike jeered. He felt so bad when he didn't get to bash some people to pulp and here they were coming at them. Well, he didn't mind it. He smirked.

"Am going to sleep now." Jason dozed off. Though it wasn't his intention to expose himself today, but be it now or tomorrow or the day after, it was not going to change any of his plans

'This..... how can he sleep at such a time!!!!' The three young men were dumbfounded. Markus on the other hand yawned and looked at the puzzled men, he gave them the smug expression and too joined to sleep.

Seeing this, Mike and Liam also yawned and pretended to be asleep as they shut their eyes tight. Travis couldn't help cursing at them in his heart but did his part. He drove casually not to alert the other group until out of the city when he suddenly his speed picked up at an intersection where he took a left turn disappearing.

When the tailers noticed that they had been discovered, they increased their speed to catch up. The Bentley's tyres screeched when they took a sharp turn into a less populated area near in the factory town area of city B. Seeing this, the trailers opened fire relentlessly at the black Bentley but from inside, one even couldn't hear a sound, the interior of the car was sound proofed while the exteria was made of bullet proof.

Only when Travis looked through the rare view mirror did he notice that they were being shot at.

"Shit... he cursed out loud and took another sharp turn making both Mike and Liam to bang their heads and wake up from 'sleep'.

Rubbing his forehead, Liam roared or to be precised meowed at Travis. "Can't you drive?"

"How old are you shit?" Mike didn't hold back.

"Do me the honour of alighting this car." snapped at them angrily.

"Hey ,how come I can't hear a thing!!" Mike was astonished as he looked at Liam. He was the one that engineered this car.

"They are shooting at us!!" Liam was given a shock when he looked behind.

"Should have said so earlier!" Mike hated being surprised. He almost fell asleep while they were being attacked! This car was cool. He wanted one.

Turning to the sleeping captain, 'seriously Cap, your evil!' grimanced Mike.

As though knowing that he was being cursed at, Jason didn't bother opening his eyes. "Deal with the mess."

The twins were so happy that they grinned. Captain telling them to deal with the mess, meant they could behave as they please. "Your the best Cap!!!, cried Mike. When did they last act as per their desires. Now that they were no longer in the army...hehehehe.

"Thanks Captain." Travis was no different from Mike, he too was elated but was too cold to show.

"What about me asked Liam?!" He turned to Jason, inquiring a task.

"What about you?" sneered Mike raising an eye brow at him.

"I....I..." Liam stammered. 'Fuck these twins!'

"Grow balls, become a man then you can speak." Travis gave his brutal advise as he tried to find a parking spot

"Hey.... I do have them...those things." Liam's pride was hurt and manly ego shattered but his face burnt hot like coal. 'They'll grow bigger later.' he thought.

"He's even blushing." sneered Travis disappointedly. Markus also have him a gloating look.

Frowning at their insult, ' I ought to have joined the army, i wouldn't have been discriminated.'

Driving the car to the end of the alley in the neighborhood, twins got off the car loading their guns lesiurely. The other group also got off their van and came face to face. They were about fifteen men.

"The two men in your car. Hand them over!" a man with a bald head in an ash grey suit roared at the twins.

Cheh, Mike sneezed. "you have the guts." he looked at them demeaningly. He was so disappointed with what was presented before him. Travis only looked in blankly, annoying their opponent was Mike's duty. He was good at it.

"Don't be so arrogant young men, you don't know what your getting yourselves into..... but if you co-poerate, you could go unscathed." the bald man threatened.

"That's not the case here."replied Mike.

"Then don't say you weren't warned pretty boy." another bulky man chimed in with a smirk making the others laugh haughtily but as soon as they laughed, they shut that instant when a bullet pierced through the air into the man's skull.

"Anything but not that!!" whined Mike. "Am not pretty!!!" he was aggrieved.

Not knowing how his man had died when neither of the men even pointed their guns at them, they trembled slightly. "Who do you men work for?"

"Don't bark when you can't bite. Your master is ours to keep." Mike retorted coldly his playfulness gone.

"Let's go." Travis suggested. There was nothing interesting with these hooligans. And they turned to leave.

"You took my man's life!" The leader shouted.

This made Mike stop in his tracks, "Just one? Even if am to kill you all, your lives can't total to compensate the damage done to our master's car." The Bentley was full of bullet holes.

"Give us the men and we'll leave peacefully!"

"Or what?" Provoked Mike.

'Please don't!!' thought Travis. Do everything and anything with this boy but try to avoid a head clash with him. It triggers his psycho mind especially when it concerns the Capitan. He loved blood shed

"There'll be blood shed." The leaders dangerous voice made his surbodinates shudder.

"My honour!" But Mike's made them feel a chill down their spine. The handsome boy seemed deadly than their boss.

Before the attacking men could materialise their plan, two had already been shot dead.

"This is less exciting." grumbled Mike as he continued to shoot. Travis was concentrated on his kill and didn't mind his brothers tantrums.

"Kill them!!" yelled the leader when his left arm was shot. His men were running about like headless chicken as they failed to know the position of their enemy.

"Shit, I missed my aim." grimanced Mike. He wanted the heart.

When Travis ran out of bullets, he took out his blades. This was his strength, close combat. He cut, slit, pierced till he was bathed in blood. His suit was a mess.

Mike was no different, however, his was the sneaky style. He was fast, nimble and agile in his movements and his sweet spot for his kill was the heart. He was the 'heart throb'. He loved collecting hearts of his enemies and had his classic collection of them. Of course not all Tom harries and dicks, only the outstanding challengers.

After taking care of the mess, Travis had held down one of the men who had attacked earlier and was torturing him relentlessly. The man's left hand had been skinned and the meaty flesh that was exposed was so sickening.

When Liam got out of the car after the battle, he was greeted with Travis's cruelty that he dashed to the road side and threw up till his stomach churned. Did he really have to do that!!! Liam's face was drained of blood making him look paler than his usual self.

Walking towards, the man who didn't even have the chance to wail and had already collapsed from the pain, Jason furrowed his brows.

"Refused to speak." Reported Travis.

"Mmmmm I see." Jason replied coldly but he had a clue in whinit might be. He then looked at the dead bodies that were all over the place. "Clean up."

"Right away Captain." replied the twins.

After they were done pilling up the dead bodies, they took the chance to change their clothes. Markus dashed out of the car and raced against time. "Hey, come back here. Arrggghh." Liam who was responsible for Markus shouted out loud.

Jason just got out of the car and followed in Markus's direction.

Sigh, they had no choice but to follow Markus. For him to run out frantically like that, it had to be something.

When they finally found Markus after taking a number of turns around the buildings, he was nudging at a lifeless body on the ground, whimpering at it.

'Wierd' was what they all thought.

It was a woman in blood stained white pajamas. Rushing forward, Mike checked only to see a familiar face. He was given a scare and ended up shouting. 'Captain, it's Miss Jenny!"

Hearing her name, Jason dashed forward and threw Mike aside only to hold the unconscious pale and slightly cold body of a petit lady. Checking her pulse, it was weak and she had been shot in her lower belly. He carried her in his arms princess style as he applied pressure on her wound and dashed away. The only voice in his mind was telling him to save her.

The other young men were puzzled and followed closely from behind keeping their questions to themselves. Jason had never been so worked up in his life!
