A swarm of Royal Hornet from Atlantis arrived at the capital city Red Leaf, It is the new batch of resources and constructions material, including man power and autonomous units that will help in the construction and development of the entire Skusta Kingdom and included on the packages was a surprise gift for Argon and his family.

"Sire the special gift from his majesty Urza has arrived." In the throne room, a bunch of beetle autonomous carriage carrying transparent containers covered in cloth. There were several of the mysterious containers.

As the mystery gift was revealed, it shocked all of them including the Argon, his family and all the ministers and officials present at the moment.

Inside the transparent carriage are pairs of baby dragons, each have different colors and characteristics. Some occasionally breath fire while others are swimming inside their water tank.

Then a hologram of Zion was suddenly projected from one of the drones. Zion stood beside the throne that startled Noa who was sitting on the throne, he quickly stood up out from the throne and kneeled on the ground while the others also did the same.

"Greetings everyone, be at ease. I apologize for the sudden communication but I have to talk with everyone."

"As you can see here, I have delivered pairs of dragon creatures, but not your average dragon creatures." Zion walked down the steps down to the area where the dragons are while Noa stood beside the hologram as if he was there. The movements of Zion was as if he was there because the throne room on every city that was part of Urza kingdom was basically remodeled to be the same in Atlantis. "Noa Luther, I will appoint you as Master and Overseer of Cybernetic Ancient Dragon Legion, I will give you full authority and decision. If you have any questions and queries, you can ask Hermes for it." Hermes was the default assistants of all ruling person under under Urza Kingdom except for Zion which controls Azraelle while Hermes is under Azraelle.

"I humbly accept and will strive to fulfill your majesty's wish." Noa bowed slightly while saluting.

"I will present to you the new badge and emblem of the dragon. I bestow upon you a new name, Noa Luther Dragon, Anyone from Luther family and any other family will become dragon as long as they undergo training. But I must warn you that these dragons is part of me, as their cybernetic components are created from me, you shall not abuse or dominate them in any form, you and them are the whole dragon, they will be your companion, friend, family, and other half." A drone then gave a box containing the dragon badge, which is a typical western dragon, golden embedded in a silver shield badge.

"It will be a great honor for me or anyone to be part of our King, we shall now allow any dishonor to these ancient creatures, we will tame them to be part of us and the kingdom." Noa did not hesitate even the slightest which made Argon proud while he watch them.

"You will create a special force which will be screened by our system and undergo tests and training. The dragons will be the new Royal Guards, the old Royal guards will be incorporated in these new special force which will be trained and become also dragon soldiers. The rules and regulations will also be change and revised in accordance with Urza Law and regulations. Do you have any questions?"

"Sire, my only concern is, are these new force be only available here, and if they are also adapted to others, would I be alone to hold the title and command them?"

"Good question, The last title of Demur Royal General and Lumen Royal General, are now on hold and will be transferred to a new force, There will be only be one Dragon General per city, which means it is the same as the title as General and Police General which is one rank below Guardian Generals. As of now, only the Luther family has these ancient dragons to tame, but in the future, it will be incorporated to other cities. But they will not be under you or the current Dragon General instead they will have their own Dragon General. During War, A Dragon General will hold the dragon army and be titled Ancalagon, which will not only be general for dragon army but all beast units in the entire army. Ancalagon will have the same rank as Guardian General which controls the Military Force(Air Force, Navy and Army), which will control both the new Royal Guard Army(Royal Dragon Army) and the Police"

"The Dragon army, will now be the protector of the monarch and it's properties, and also assigned to protect the preserved areas which are dedicated to the beasts as their habitat. The Dragon army together with their Dragon Companion will regulate the contact by people and beasts, they will respond to beasts incidents and issues and will help preserve all not only beasts but their habitat and the environment which they live. At the same time, they will become a reserve force in battles and War."

After a few more concerns the meeting ended and Zion's Hologram also ended.
