RUIN

Full operation is back on it's tracks. It was more or less a month since the operations has halted. Still economic flow and activities continued in the Ruin. Travelers and even migrants started to appear amongst the crowd and among them are spies from various kingdoms and neighboring cities. Amidst the bustling crowd and activities of the Ruin a caravan of huge packages that seemed to be important and guarded.

{Sire, new arrivals of Ancient bones and materials is currently on it's way to the laboratory.} After hearing the news, Zion was excited, he remembered that in a few hours, their experiment will be complete in connection with the Ancients.

Laboratory

Inside one of the Drone/King Bee Utility Vehicle(KBUV) a variety of experiments is processed. This laboratory in particular is concentrated on Ancient Revival Research.

In one of the tube, a small armadillo like creature a foot long floated in liquid wrapped in a thin layer of cover that seemed to be a soft eggshell. The system alarmed red after it wriggled vigorously and seems to break free from it's shell, the liquid then slowly subsided and the egg laid in the bottom of the tube. Zion and the other scientist inside was very excited as it was their first ancient revival. An armored creature with crystal armor that could adapt to temperatures, and can control it's armor to harden or soften on hi own will.

The creature finally came out of it's soft shell and shook some of the liquid in it's body then howled as if to call for it's mother, but the howl was so thin it was more of a squeak than a howl. It then noticed the unfamiliar people around and it was alerted, it's armor glowed and crystalize then it hardened into a ball of crystal.

"Spectacular, Now I got my answer." Zion exclaimed in excitement as he was more curious of it's mana capabilities than it's inherent talents as a beast. "Azraelle, continue gathering data." Zion then got out of the laboratory to go somewhere.

Dark Forest (Secret Military Facility)

The military training, weapon research and design are all in this place. Kumar, Lent, Zeeq and Shierra are also in this facility to familiarize their new capabilities and at the same time train with the soldiers and help with the research.

"Everyone, I am here to share some data." Once again the five of them including Rygorn was anxious of the news, every time they are gathered like this, they are always shocked.

"I have discovered mana beyond golden aura." As he said that he showed his aura to them.

"Sire, but your aura is blue. Even though you have a weak mana density, your physical strength is unfathomable." Kumar, told him the truth but still praised him as to not offend him.

"Cyan...This is not blue at all, though it may seem alike, it is of different magnitude in density. I have already experimented on this." Then he turned his mana into gold in an instant. They were baffled, even if you can perfect mana manipulation, no one has ever changed a mana density from blue to gold. Mana changes will still undergo normal change from blue to purple to orange before turning gold, and even if the changes is fast it will still be observable. They are somewhat joyful of the progress but still baffled.

"Sire, you finally discovered a shortcut to intensifying mana density. Congratulations." Rygorn, was amazed and happy at the same time. Their Leader progressing ang getting stronger, would mean less problem to them.

"You have misunderstood. I only dropped my mana density and it turned golden." Zion then paused a few seconds to enjoy looking at their confused faces.

"Although you are already have the virus capabilities, my cybernetic nanobots together with the virus, have the ability to lower the mana density and hide my true ability. What I am saying is that, my ability is not blue but it is beyond gold which would be Cyan, and by lowering the intensity it turn into gold." Zion explained simply for them to understand.

"Sire, you are saying that Gold is not the final intensity but Cyan is." Lent asked in an amazed but curious manner.

"Yes and No. Yes Gold is not the final, and No Cyan is not also the End. I am not certain yet but I feel that there is much beyond what we currently know for now. And through research we will be able to unlock more in the future.

"One reason I am here is to expose our cybernetic facility and hope the next generation suits, tools and weaponry would be enhanced. In that in mind, you will reconsider your designs in relation with this new ability." After small talks and follow up tasks, Zion stood up to adjourn the meeting but Kumar inquired.

"Sire, does your bots able to upgrade our own bots? If so, can you let your bots improve mine, in that sense I would be more reliable force in the future. You have said earlier that you can control the bots freely, if so, you will have no problem in the future if ever one of us betrays you. I would also be comfortable being with you sire." Kumar was the most straight forward of them all, despite his simple mindedness, he was the most reliable and loyal among them.

"A noble sacrifice, but unfortunately combining my own cybernetic nanobots will not make you the same as me, still it will probably increase your own bots self autonomy, but in exchange I can shut down everyone here anytime anywhere. You would no longer have the freedom you currently have now. Your life will be no more than a puppet, and I would not allow of it. Azraelle on the other hand would not combine anymore with anybody until the time I ceased to exist anymore or surrender my current duty." As they listened, they slowly understood everything. Azraelle as an intelligent AI would avoid to have more than one super powerful being at the same time, if ever one of them would change mind, conflict and chaos would follow.

"Your loyalty is more than enough already, I could not ask for more. And even if we have weaknesses, we will all help each other and cover those holes and strive to be impenetrable. I would not be here without the help of everyone, I would like to continue the same way we have started."
