As a man woke up he had lightning's running around his body

His name is Bruce he can manipulate lightning into anything.

this started when

A lightning struck him as he was fixing the wires something exploded and he was struck by lightning .

And as he's getting use to it he can manipulate it into things that he didn't know he could make.
