Sleeping Princess In Devil's Castle Part 1 Trouble rises

"Wow.. that is dark. So you don't want to live then?" Pilaf had moved from behind Bulma. "I am pretty smart, and I can tell it must have been frustrating to be trapped inside another. Shouldn't you be happy you are free now?"

"What do you know shorty." Launch looked away, visibly upset.

"How long does she have?" Bulma asked lowly. "Is it a few weeks or something?"

"No, about two years or so. Longer if she doesn't go around trying to get herself killed." Kakarot was trying to determine everything the two had done but was coming up blank. 'This.. is odd. Guess I have to wait until my magic replenishes or... I can just use Telepathy to check them over.'

'Leave this be for later. You have something else to take care of.' Towa thought to him. 'Side effect of the mergers speeding up.'

"Hmm?" Kakarot could feel the disturbance as well. "I shouldn't be able to feel that like this... right?"

"What are you talking about, monkey man?" Lunch sat up, looking at his tail, then at the other version of herself. "I must be dreaming. A man with a tail and another version of me."

"Not dreaming.. that's your sister or something." Kakarot drowned out the surroundings as his Ki Sense focused on one direction with his scouter. "Why is it so strong?"

'The faster you go to deal with it, the better. Plus, the chance to gain enough to further along with the Dark King Transformation.' Towa's tone was kind of insistent. 'You will be mostly killing since your magic will not be replenished by then. You won't be able to subject them to your Majin or Timebreaker Marks.'

"I have to go and take care of a problem," Kakarot removed his current clothing and switched to fresh Saiyan Armor. The current Moon Bracers were switched out for another pair that focused more on absorbing negative energy. "if anything happens, reach me on the scouter!"

*Fwoosh!* Pushing off in a burst, he contacted Yamacha to meet up with him. The plan was to initially for them to take care of a situation like this later with the others, but hopefully, he wasn't tired out from something or another like the rest were.

"Hmm?" Bulma looked at the coordinates Kakarot entered in his scouter. "The Devil's Hand... he must be going after the Sleeping Princess Jewel. But I remember Chichi saying something else is involved there."

Thinking about it led to nothing, so she contacted her sister and friend to ask about it in more detail. Having heard Devil's Hand, Mai and Pilaf were happy not to go.

Both of them do not want to deal with the ruler there.

On the other hand, Launch took off at the idea of getting the Sleeping Princess Jewel in the chaos of battle that was obviously going to take place. Leaving her.. twin with people who most likely would look after her.

"Hey.. what do I do now?" Lunch turned to an empty spot were Launch use to be. "Where did she go?"

*Schup!* A hand reached out of a wormhole, grabbing Lunch and Mai. Towa needed people for something at the two were the closes. With Pilaf being so short, he was missed on her initial grab.

"Well.. that just leaves Bulma and me.." Pilaf was grateful the demon bothered him to much. Looking at Bulma, who was adamantly talking on the scouter, he popped out a few capsules that contained some more lab equipment. "..or just me to my own devices. Let's see if I can improve the spacesuits Kakarot designed!"

Devil's Hand-

Kakarot and Yamcha were on their way to deal with the threat when the scouter went off. Both stopped midair to check out what was wrong.

"Go ahead."

Old Gohan: We have a situation taking place near the Furnace of Eight Divisions. Creatures from Otherworld are pushing through.

Despite being calm, the severity in his voice could be heard.

"Tch! Contact Nam and his villagers to go and assist! Not much we can about something like that taking place!" Kakarot looked at the entrance into the Devil's Castle. It was bad enough both he and Yamacha were the only ones going inside to deal with the situation. "Bongo has recently become stronger than Pasta, have him help with some of the soldiers!"

Old Gohan: But are they ready for something like this?

"Not in the least but casualties are gonna happen no matter what. Even more so if the Furnance completely opens up!" Calming himself, Kakarot rembered about the Deity that is supposed to protect the place called Annin. "What happened to the Supreme Elderly Lord that defends the border between Earth and Other World?"

Old Gohan: We don't know. Something is odd is happening on the other side Baba said. Master Roshi and the others went to check it out. The moment they did, we lost communication with them. Then demons started showing up.

Thinking for a bit, Kakarot looked at Yamacha giving the man a sign. Understanding his intent who gave a simple nod in response. He moved back, making a call, and hoped the other person would pick up.

"Help is on the way.. hopefully. Just hold on tight." Ending the call, Kakarot did not like the odds but they would be overrun if they did not act prudently. "Let's head down and go by land.. to many to deal with in the air just yet."

Yamacha flew down with him, annoyed the person on the other end didn't pick up yet.

"Come on already!" Just as he was about to hang up, a voice was heard. "listen, big trouble, and we need your help! My employer will pay big if you send everyone you can to help!"

As he went over pricing, kakarot had his hands to the ground taking in the Negative Energy. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a struggle with the ruler of the Land Lucifer having way more magic than him and control as an actual Demon King.

"Just a little bit more!" Kakarot bared his teeth in frustration. Negative energy entered his body, replenishing his magic just in time. A patrol of demons had spotted them and move to come and crush them. "Good enough!"

*Woom!* Invoking the Majin mark, the spell took control of two demons that immediately turned on their comrades. The evil in their hearts would help take this place down as fast as possible.

"Multiform!" Separating into seven again, the other six-shot off to help even the odds. The original remained with Yamacha and went back to absorbing magic for the other demons to deal with. Picking up the weak Ki signs did not dissuade from the large numbers of Life signs picked up.

"Got good news." Yamacha watched his friend and the fighting taking place. Seeing the different Kakarot's were not a concern but the way they brutally ripped apart some of the demons and had no real regard for their own safety was unnerving. "Mercenary Tao and his students went to help Master Gohan."

"Ha.. ha.. that is good." Kakarot panted a little. Keeping his Telepathy going through the thick magic was taxing. It was worse on the ground than it was in the air. "Way more demons here than their should be.."

"Is it because of what is happening with the Dimension Merge?" Yamacha was unnerved by the energy from kakarot. It matched to closely to the surroundings. 'Hope he doesn't go insane or anything.'

"That is the only thing I think of. Demon Realm and Earth.. namely the Other World, has more people dead than it should have. The conflict might be to much for King Yemma to deal with. Souls waiting to be judged could start causing havoc. Particularly strong ones can even do some serious damage."

Kakarot took control of a few more of the demons as they moved. The dead ones were all hit with the Aspect of War and turned into Magical energy to fuel him up faster.

The multiforms were taking less damage, but the fighting became much more violent as more demons came out to greet them. Luckily Yamacha knew the Tri-Form technique. His multi forms went out to provide help to the Kakarot's that were not as violent when fighting.

"Like what exactly?" Yamacha ducked under an axe swing from a large green demon. Conserving energy, he stuck to mostly physical might. Sending a punch out, the large leg only shook. He did a backflip hitting the creature in the chin. "What a hard head!"

"Like disrupt completely who is supposed to be dead..." Thinking how Old Gohan should be dead right now, hopefully, he wouldn't be a target. The same as Chichi's mom because of the altered Dimension. "..Chichi might lose her mom at the simplest rate. As well as her new sibling."

"You know about that.."

"I read your mind before.. did you forget already?" Kakarot jumped up, kneeing a reptilian demon in the face. Grabbing the back of the head, he forcefully rammed it into his knee, crushing the skull.

"Well.. kind of." Yamacha was more into enjoying life than what happened recently." Seeing a wave of Skelton looking zombies coming towards him, he got ready. "There is almost no end to them."

As his multiforms lost limbs, Yamacha recalled them back. The remaining ki used to make them was immediately put to use. The phantom pain was ignored for now.

"Wolf Fang Fist!" Moving like a vicious pack of animals, the clear blue ki that accented his attacks burned against any demon he didn't outright kill. 'I need to give myself some breathing room!"

Three wolf heads tore a path in the direction of several oncoming demon hordes. With a leg sweep, wolf claws cut out at the ground creating a wave of dirt that buried a few others.

'I can feel it.. I am growing stronger at a dangerous rate.' Kakarot felt the Aspect of War building. His very blood and spirit are thrumming in pleasure. On the outside, he had to keep a straight face. 'If not for the overall danger to everything... I think I would have just enjoyed this on better terms.'

"Bah!" A large demon sent a breath of fire out. Scorching a few of its comrades in green flame. Kakarot jumped in front, letting loose a Ki Shout. The flames were sent to the side scorching more demons in the process. "Filthy mortals.."

"What a rude creature." Kakarot charge forward with a burst of energy. Literally ripping right through the large demon. With a hole in its guts, you would assume it wouldn't be able to keep fighting. "You have got to be kidding me.."

*Bwooop!* The large demon started glowing as its energy started to skyrocket. It was going to self-destruct.

"Not happening!" Kakarot and three of the multi-forms kicked at the same time. Using it like a kickball, it barrelled through countless demons crushing demons before exploding. "Shit!"

Despite the distance, the shockwave hit them all hard. Burying the entire landscape in mud and water.

Popping out like vegetables, Kakarot and Yamacha barely had time to get their bearings before more demons were on the way.

"Seriously... it can't get worse." Yamacha popped his hand out and used the SPirit Ball move. "Go!" His hand did a crazy amount of motions as the ball of ki ripped through several demon's knee caps.

"It's about to get worse." Kakarot felt the wave of Demons leaving the castle. But this also weakened the defenses there. So siler linings. "I will head deeper in, you try to keep yourself alive. Use the Solar Flare, then get ready."

Yamacha nodded as Kakarot shot off. The last thing he saw was a ball of light shoot out his hand and sail into the air.

"Solar Flare!" Yamacha had blinded a large portion of the demons. With some of them dying outright from the intense energy that mimicked the sun. The ball that shot into the air then exploded. "What is that?"

"Grrrooo!" The Multiform Kakarots turned into Demonic Great Ape's. Rampaging by just crushing the various demons under their feet. Arms were swinging, creating large gusts of wind pressure that swept away the flying gargoyles.

Despite the mayhem and devastation, Yamacha was grateful for the chance to take a breath. Near him, several demons stood protectively. It was.. odd that they didn't attack him at all.

"What is with the M on their chests?" The young martial artist sat down cleaning his wounds out. 'What the hell is going in the world that I found myself fighting hand to hand with demons and.. undead?'
