Chapter 3 : Bump into Him

I was walking towards the dormitory, I didn't notice there was someone coming to my side as I was lost in my own thoughts.

Suddenly, I bump into that person, I felt little pain in my head, the person before me was sturdy.

Even without looking at the person, I apologise, " I am sorry, I didn't saw you coming ".

I lift my head to see who's before, I became shocked when I saw him.

" Andrien? ".

I mumbled. Andrien was standing before me at the moment, straight looking at my face with his eyebrows narrowing.

I did not understand why he was looking at me like that. But I want to leave now, don't want to stand there any further.

He was staring at me, his gaze was giving me that concern vibe, as if he was worried about me. But about whom I am talking? Him? Andrien? The person who always laugh in misery...

Andrien was silent all along, I decide to walk away but then he grabbed me by the hand and stop me. " Where do you think you are going? After hurting my chest and wasting my precious time, do you really think you can just leave? ".

He spoke in cold and rusty tone. " As expected, it's his real personality, how can I even think he care for me ", I thought in my mind.

But he is hurting me right now. He is holding on to the hand which is bitten by zombie, it hurts like hell, But can't exposed myself like this.

If anyone is to get suspicion on me, I don't know what will happen to me. I needed to stay calm, compose.

I swallow my pain and looked him in the eyes.

" I already said sorry, what more do you want? Want me to wash your shirt? because I dirty it with my head or want me to supply you with food ", I said sarcastic tone.

But I did not expected him to actually consider it.

He smirked like a real devil, let go of my hand and started undressing, unbuttoning his shirt one by one and then exposed him sturdy nake body before me.

" Since you know you are dirty ane that you have dirty it. Wash it carefully and delivere it to me the next day, understand? ".

He is really shameless. I was talking sarcastic and mocking him, how come he took my words seriously?

" Arrogant bastard ", I mumbled.

And he just smile even more, as if he heard me but that was not possible since I said it in a very low tone.

He throw his shirt on my face, blocking my sight. When I removed the shirt out of my head, he only smirk and then walk away.

He left me in a clueless state and I still don't know why he behaved like that.

If I remember right, he always ignored me and act as if I never exist. But this time, he actually took an initiative to speak with me.

But who am I blaming, afterall, I am the one who gave him this chance.

I slapped my mouth, " The useless me, can't you just keep quite, why do you have speak with him, really annoying ".

No matter what I say, but his body is really hot looking, look at the six packs and that sturdy chest, it was firm when I bump into him. Plus he has the right amount of fairness in him.

I snapped out of my thoughts and decided to return back to the dormitory. I have already waste so much time today, there's no way I want to stay in this state.

After ten minutes,

I reached my dormitory. I am now standing before my room, I want to open the room but I am scared as well. When they see me and start to question as to why I returned back so early, what am I going to answer to them?

" Don't get scared, let's go inside ".

I gather enough amount of courage in my and finally open the door. Lea and Clair, both were doing their own job. One studying and another looking at the laptop screen.

But when door click open and I came to their sight, they both became slightly stunned and blinking again and again.

" Eme, why are you here? ", Clair question when she saw me on the door.

I didn't wait any longer on the door and rush to her, I hugged her tightly, I couldn't stop my emotions.

It was just a short moment I seperated from these both girls, but I felt the lack of attraction in that time I was away.

I had cried so much before coming here but I still want to cry over her shoulder, share with them both that what I gone through after going back home.

And how I lost my parents.

But I know this very clearly, if Lea and Clair get to know the whole situation, they might even get scared and won't come close to me.

I know they won't seperate me from them but will feel something when looking at me.

I don't want to get that sympathetic look from them, I don't want them to treat me like their burden. No, I don't want to become their burden.

" Eme, what happened girl? Are you okay and why are you back so early? Did someone said anything to you ", Clair asked.

I can feel it, she is genuinely worried about me.

" No... nothing happened. I went home but then realised that they are on business trip. So I come back ", I break the hug and smile to her.

Lea get up from her seat and hug me tightly. Even Clair hug me once again on top of Lea.

They both don't know the whole situation but they were worried about me.

" It's not that bad of a thing. Didn't you said, you will take me to the club tonight on my birthday? That offer still exist right? ", I asked to change the topic.

" Of course, that offer is still valid. Since it's your birthday today, we are going out in few hours, eating and drinking ".

Lea became super excited knowing that they are going out today.

" Umm! You guys do your stuff, I have some affair to solve ".

I had that Andrien's shirt in my hand, I need to wash it and return it back to him. But looks like, Clair and Lea already spotted that white shirt in my hand.

They both started to circle around me. " By the way, Eme. Can you tell us to which young man this shirt belong to? ", Lea asked in teasing tone.

Hearing that, I throw away his shirt on my bed and look at them both. " This shirt belong to that arrogant guy. I bump into him in the campus, as a punishment, he asked me to wash it ", I was annoyed but not angry.

They both exchange some thoughts with each other, and smile mischievously. But said nothing... nothing at all.

" Stop your train of thoughts and continue to your work ", I said, took the shirt from the bed and enter the bathroom.

After coming inside, I locked the door and throw away the shirt on the side. I immediately take off my jacket and then my shirt.

The shirt had turn red and the cloth in that area was tattered badly.

There was a mirror in front of me, I look myself in it, and realised how bad the bite was.

My arm was badly injured, mom had bitten me very badly, I could literally see the bone inside the flesh.

" The bite marks are bad, I hope the wound will start to heal. But I don't have any expectations that I will get better. I have seen the reports before, my symptoms will start to show up soon. Since I only have twenty four left, I will spend it with them both and then leave ".

I don't have expectation that I will get better but maybe I will turn into worse. My symptoms have not started showing up yet but I believe I will start to experiance them soon. I needed to be patient.

I treated my wound, more like hide them in guise of injury and come out after washing the shirt.

I have become adult today and it's my birthday. I told Lea and Clair that we are going out, but I didn't mean it. At that time, I said whatever that comes into my mind.

But now, I can't refuse them either.

" Eme, did you heard that news? ", Lea come to me in rush with her again new gossip topic.

" What news? ", Clair spinned her chair as she heard about the hot news.

" In the West district, in that dark alley, the police found dead body. The most strange and unexpected thing is, the body was sucked dried, not a single tear of blood was left inside. What do you think? Who's doing is it? From my perspective, I think it's vampire's doing ".
