17-Not Angry

Adwin had just left his room to go jogging when he stopped at William's voice. He closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath. And then he turned and looked at William.

William was already standing quietly watching him, then he walked forward to him.

Adwin looked at him silently for a moment and then bowed his head. He was feeling very strange, and the reason was beyond his comprehension.

"Did I do something I shouldn't have done?" William asked questioningly.

"What?" After hearing this, Adwin looked at him in surprise for a moment in a questioning manner.

"Have I done something that makes you angry with me? He asked again in a questioning tone. It seems like he was very concerned about this.

"There is no such thing," he replied.

"So why are you angry with me?" he had a worried tone.

"I'm not angry with you." There was a slight surprise in Adwin's tone.

William smiled slightly uncertainly. "That is why you have been treating me strangely for the last few weeks?"

"No, I'm not doing that." He said a little emphatically."

"Yes you are doing that Adwin, even  you are not talking to me properly." William also replied with emphasized his words a little.

Hearing this, Adwin looked at him in silence for a moment. He knew that his attitude towards William had changed for a few weeks, and that thing hurt him too. He even tried his best to get back to normal, but unfortunately all in vain. "I don't know why you think so?" That's all he answered. He wasn't even looking at William.

And William was paying attention to that. But he did not say anything about it. Then he said, "I haven't slept well for the last several weeks while thinking that I don't know what I have done and that my brother is angry with me?"

Hearing this, Adwin looked at him in silence for a moment in astonishment.

"At least tell me, what have I done? So that I can correct my mistakes," he asked insisted in a questioning manner.

Hearing this, Adwin took a deep breath and stood silently with his head bowed for several moments. What would he answer him when he himself did not have the answer?

William, too, stood silently, waiting for his answer

Then Adwin glanced silently at his brother and then quietly approached him and hugged him without saying a word.

William was startled for a moment. "Forgive me, I know it's my fault," He said in an apologetic tone. At the time, Adwin probably had nothing to answer William.

William lovingly ran his hand through his hair. "Tell me the reason, so that I can correct my mistakes.? You are my brother and I love you very much."

Hearing this, he stepped back and smiled slightly, and shook his head in denial. "There is no such thing, don't worry," he replied while looking at him.

After hearing this, William looked at him silently for a moment and then said, "I know you don't want to tell me."

Adwin took a deep breath and shook his head in denial. "There really isn't any such thing, just the university project was a bit of a hassle, that's why I was a little bit upset," Adwin replied, making up some story because he did not want to confuse him with things that he too did not yet understand.

"Are you telling the truth? Is there really nothing else besides that?" He asked in a questioning manner while looking at him with questioning eyes.

"I'm telling the truth, why would I lie to you?" He replied.

"Okay then, but if there's ever a thing like that let me know, so that I may be upset a little less."

After hearing this, Adwin nodded in agreement. "Don't worry, I will try not to do that in the future."

"I also hope that at least my brother will consider me worthy of being able to tell me anything."

Adwin bowed his head in embarrassment.

Seeing him like this, William put his hand on his shoulder and said, "Let's go?"

"Where?" Adwin looked at him in surprise and asked in a questioning manner.

"On jogging."

"Will you also go with me?" He was a little shocked for a moment. He even wanted to be alone for a few more days to normalize himself, but how could he deny William?

"Yes, why? I can't go with you?" He said, looking at Adwin questioningly.

"Why not?" He did not consider it appropriate to refuse.

William stepped forward and placed his hand on Adwin's shoulder. "Then let's go." He said with a smile while looking at him.

"Yeah sure," Adwin replied with a slight smile.

And then after that, they both went out jogging.

Sometimes you not only have to live with your loved ones but also maintain relationships so that they do not fall apart. And for that, there must be an effort from both sides. After all, how long can only one person try alone?

Ezra and Elijah were sleeping in Elijah's room, Ezra was sleeping on the bed and Elijah was sleeping on the sofa. The curtains of the room were closed, so it was still dark in the room, the air-conditioning was on, so it was very cold.

Ezra turned on the bed and at the same time, his eyes would open. He sat up, rubbing his eyes with his hands. Then he turned on the lamp placed on the side table and a dim yellow light spread in the room. Then he saw the time on the watch on the front wall. It was about seven o'clock in the morning. He even slept late at night but often woke up early in the morning. Then all of a sudden, his eyes went to the sofa in the room where Elijah was sleeping. Ezra saw him sleeping on the sofa and took a deep breath. "How can anyone be so uncomfortable with someone else? Even though I am not a girl. What was wrong with sleeping on the same bed?" He thought to himself.

And then he got down from the bed and went to Elijah and put his hand on his shoulder to wake him up. He had just touched Elijah.

When he got up in shock immediately."Who is ?" He said stutteringly.

Ezra was startled at his reaction for a moment. "Relax, I'm here," Ezra answered immediately.

Elijah breathed a sigh of relief when he saw him. "You scared me," he said, looking at Ezra.

"I was just trying to wake you up," he replied, looking at Elijah surprisingly. He had no idea he would be so scared.

"You could only give me a voice instead of touching me." He said and then got up and went to the bed and poured water into a glass from a jug of water on the side table and began to drink.

Ezra looked back at him and said, "You scared because I touched you?" He asked in a questioning manner while looking at him questioningly. He was really surprised.

Elijah looked at him while drinking water. "I don't like anyone to touch me at all, no matter what the reason is." He replied bluntly.

He stared at him in silence for a moment and then took a deep breath."You're a twenty-one-year-old adult, and you're still running away from people. How long will that last?" He asked in questioning and surprised manner.

"I'm not running away from people," he replied,

" is that so?"

" There are just some things I don't like, and I don't want to incorporate them into my life."

Ezra listened to him and remained silent for a few moments. What would he say to him? He knew very well that Elijah would not do anything for which his heart would not agree.
