Chapter 9 : An unintended encounter

As the announcer declared , " I HEREBY DECLARE THE ROYAL FAMILIES ARE COMING . PLEASE EVERYONE PAY RESPECTS" then came the royal families together from the main entrance .

Everyone at the highest level of curiosity glanced at the royal families including me . I saw a guy and a girl coming with the emperor and the queen ..

"That guy is the first prince Prince Mathis ! Isn't he handsome ?!"

My friend from behind popped up saying this . But indeed he's handsome as my friend said . That handsome that one by one all girls started to fall and the new ones were already head over heels for him…

I touched my forehand, " oh gosh .."

The other girls went to the princess as usual to gain her favour . She was surrounded with people within in one minute . She wasn't uncomfortable nor stiff.

"I guess she's natural because she's used to it "

Marlin focused on something else but suddenly heard their conversation as she was drinking her juice . Even though she wasn't interested she still heard their conversation. Because those ladies were louder than usual .

Other girls, " Why didn't Prince Aidan came ?"

"He's not interested in this type of parties . So maybe next time.."

All girls pouted . They were extremely interested in seeing him.

Then I wanted to hear more . But there was topic of others . But wait … why didn't they talked about Prince Ethan..? So one seems to be interested in him.

I went to take rest to another room but there was. Strange door which is unusual then the rest . As I slowly encountered the black door at the end of the hallway of the top floor which picked my interest ..

I holded the door knob and turned to find myself seeing it's unlocked. The room was… empty .

But the room was slightly dark . The lights was turned off but slight light was coming from the windows which followed from the moon. I went inside ….

"It's a mess everywhere "

Strangely I noticed the presence of a person living here but it felt lifeless. The clothes were all mess and the bed was ripped off . The curtains weren't proper .

I went to the window and moved the curtains .

"Now it's all better . The moonlight is making everything seen even at the dark "

Today's a full moon . It was a night party but I didn't noticed it until now . Now since I came to this room and now I'm seeing it perfectly in this angle through the help of the big window . After removing the curtain the moon was shown more beautifully and brightly .

I smiled , " The moon is pretty"

Admiring the beauty of the moon, I didn't notice someone was coming close to me . I suddenly felt ticklish as that person's hair swept through my cheeks.

But it was a for a moment until I got the chills of a dangerous Person.

.

.

"...…who are you?", as that person whispered that to my ear .

.

.

It was just a second I shifted from the widows upto the bed . On top of me was "that" person . I was speechless when he was continuously asking who I was .

I could tell my identity and he would probably let me go but I don't know why words weren't coming out from my mouth .

.

.

It was because a sword was at my neck . I was scared and stiff. I thought he might be a robber who might kill me if I move.

"Please …." I started crying .

At my crying the sword moved away from my neck . I was surprised and looked at him . My worries for him being a robber or killing me all went away when I saw his face.

It was dark but due to the moonlight his face was shown. Soft, Velvety golden bronze hair covering the beautiful fore head which is lined with perfect eyebrows. Amber glimmering eyes that looked both deep and shallow at the same time. A small nose sculptured solely to fit his face and a pleasant smile which could make people's heart race even though it was only slight.

"He's really …..my type "

He was actually . I never seen such a handsome guy in my life . No doubt the noble families are handsome but no one enticed me like this . Who was he I wondered …. but that's not the time to think about it .

Suddenly his hand rubbed the small tears which were coming out from eyes.

"I didn't mean to hurt you like that …

I saw his concerned pale look . He told me then , " Please leave this room this instant!"

I was in a dismay . As my instincts decided I ran away from the clutches of him and went to the door . Before going back I lastly took a glance at him . He was watching me still then I left -

As I rushed back I tumbled upon a waiter who accidentally broke his wine glass .

"Oh my god ! I'm so sorry ma'am !", he bowed continuously and apologised ; even though it's totally my fault .

"It's alright . Please raise your head .."

Since it came to this ; I asked him a question . While pointing at the door I asked , " Who stays at that room ?"

"...which room..?", while looking at where I pointed he became speechless .

I understood from the look from his face he doesn't want to tell me . Well, I'm a person who doesn't force a person to say unless they doesn't want to say willingly . I let go of the question and told him to go away . He bowed and went away .

I glanced back and forth waiting to see any familiar person . Then I saw my brother Loren trying to refuse the girls for dancing . He saw me and was delighted since he found an excuse to reject them all ; I smiled awkwardly at them .

Even though they are all same age of Loren and younger than me still they all of them glared at me and I expected that :")

" You know Loren…", someday I'll get a lot of enemies thanks to you . I said as I waved my hand fan to remove my sweats.

Loren smiles, "What are you telling sister ? I have no idea what you are saying !"

Loren pretending to be innocent at times like this . Even though he loves me a lot but sometimes uses me too I can't deny the fact .

Seeing me sweating a lot . He told a waiter to give a cold drink . I asked him the reason and he told I don't look good . He then asked where was I the whole time since he was looking for me a long time .

I told him, " I actually went to the wrong room.."

Loren paused ," Don't tell me you went to a guys room !!?!" His face was angered , well I expected it …

"….which room?", he asked .

"From what I remember it hallway of the top floor ; I said from what I remembered going through .

Loren was speechless. I asked him what happened..

Loren pressed his forehead, " Sister , I know you're dumb but I didn't want to say it to you …"

*Stabs in the heart * Thats rude saying that to your sister ….

Loren said , " Its because you didn't realised you just came from the Concubines princes room!"

I didn't know but I think I heard something unexpected and messed with someone I shouldn't have :)
