Foiling Malfoy's plan

Chapter 8) Thwarting Malfoy's Plan!

Harold's POV

Passing both O.W.L.s and N.E.W.T.s exam was easy. I scored Outstanding in everything, both the practical and theoretical part.

I needed to have masters in potion to get a licence, which was a requisite for selling potions mainly for medical purposes as it included many restricted ones.

But getting masters was rather tricky and difficult. It was required to be in an apprenticeship under a professor for 2-3 years for getting masters. It was time, that I didn't want to waste, so I decided to resort to a backhanded method. I bribed a Professor to create a fall apprenticeship under him. I paid him 500,000 Galleons. The deal was finalised in a magical contract, as I didn't want to leave any stone unturned. I also had to confound the whole examination board so that in official record there would be a three years gap between my N.E.W.T.s exam and completion of my Potions Mastery. I completed my Masters with an O.

The whole process, from passing O.W.L.s and N.E.W.T.s examination to completing mastery in potions, took about a month and a half.

Nothing major happened during this time except for Sirius was declared innocent after Pettigrew was caught and tried in public that held 1 month ago. As for catching Pettigrew, I gave the cage, in which Pettigrew was imprisoned as a rat, to Ivan with a letter that had "Your Friendly Neighbourhood Magic-Man." written on it. The look on his face when he read it was priceless. His face was in continuous transition between myriad of human emotions. I couldn't quite discern what was going on in his head.

The only other thing I accomplished was infiltrating Hogwarts library and copying all the books present there. There were lots of books that were already in my mystic library, so they overlapped. The most important knowledge and skill I gained was soul magic. It was pretty advanced here compared to my old dimensions. I could now build an inner world, that was directly connected to my soul. Time magic was also pretty advanced. I made a Time Turner that was safer and a lot more advanced than the ones wizards uses. It phases me out of the current dimensions to a pocket dimension and then I can choose the timeline where I wished to return. The limit was still nine hour though. I even copied the books from Ravenclaw's personal library. Most of it included books on soul magic. After all the books got copied and stripped of its flaws by the mystic library, I got twenty purple pages. Absorbing them increased my magical capacity ten folds.

Getting a license and setting up a apothecary shop in Hogsmeade would take some time. I had already bought an empty building there. I renovated the whole building completely, enacted every possible wards I knew, both offensive and defensive, around it. It was a rigorous task but a rewarding one. I was going to live in the upper floor while my shop would be downstairs. The property cost me about 10 million Galleons.

As I didn't have that much money currently, so what I did was, I went to Africa, used my magic to find a place rich in diamonds, then dug out a lot of it. I got to know why wizards doesn't resort to such tactics to earn money. First it requires a lot of power which is far greater than what an average wizard possess. And secondly diamond has a property to absorb magic. It is impossible to cut it with magic. One requires mundane tools to cut it. And I did use mundane tools. As for evading the detection of Ministry of Magic, I used ancient wards. It stopped magic from being detected from outside, up to certain level though.

About two months ago when I saved a village from werewolves attack, not all of the werewolves were guilty.

The werewolves I put under the dementia curse were in St. Mungo's psychotic ward. Some were able to come out of the curse. They must have felt regret and decided to live the right way, otherwise there was no way someone, without enough power, could break my curse. Some of them even were forced to join. They were not at all affected. I found that their families were kidnapped. I had to rummage through head of the leader who led the attack on the village, to find the location where their families were held and save them.

It was a pleasant experience to be thanked by someone you saved, especially a child. When I teleported to the place where they were held, I was greeted by an unwelcoming sight. A mother and her daughter were tied to a pillar with shackles. There were also others who were inside bars made of iron.

The mother had red slashing marks on her arms and legs. Her attire looked torn from the beating. She was protecting her daughter who looked twelve years old. Two of the men who probably were the ones responsible for the beating separated them forcefully. The mother cried, "Please no, not my daughter, take me instead." But her plea met with no response. She tried desperately to save her daughter but her already battered body couldn't compare to the strength of the robust man who was holding her. The daughter cried for her mother. She looked so scared. She bit the hand of the man who was pulling her. The man gave painful grunt as he reached for his cane to hit the girl.

Pure, unadulterated rage overcame me. I lost all my sense of morality. I couldn't care less whether the werewolves died or not.

As the cane slashed through the air with swooshing sound and about to hit the back of the little girl, I transfigured it into a rope which coiled around the neck of man so tight that his neck broke under its pressure. The girl who was anticipating for the pain, slowly opened her eyes to see what happened, she screamed. The mother was little scared and relieved at the same time. The man who was holding the mother looked baffled. He looked around with uncertainty to check for intruder. When his eyes fell on me, I didn't give him any chance to react.

I cleaved him in half. I didn't care how they died, to me they were savage animals. I wished I could've come sooner. I killed every guard they had. There were also some death eaters present. I didn't spare anyone. One who can torture children and raped women will never get forgiveness from me.

I freed all the families from the cages, healed and conjured new clothes for them.

There were some non-magicals there. They were tortured pretty badly. Fortunately they were sane. I wiped their memories of the experience they had here. I didn't know any other way for them to live life normally except for forgetting the horrendous experience they had, here.

When I was about to teleported away with the non-magicals to drop to their respective families. The little girl rushed toward me and jumped and hugged me tightly. I tumbled on my feet for a second before regaining my balance.

"Than' you *sniff* for sabin' me *sniff* an' my mum." She said. My eyes moistened. It felt good to be appreciated.

"No problem," I said as I patted on her shoulder, "You are a brave kid, you know. Take care of your mom, okay?"

She wiped her tears and nodded, "'kay."

"You don't have to worry about anything, aurors will be here any moments now. They will take you home." I said as I teleported with the ones who were not magical. I made sure to wipe their memories of the incident though.

After the failure of the werewolf attack and also that Ron was no longer under Pettigrew's influence, still Remus had to resign from his DADA post due to him being a werewolf. Malfoy tried to have Remus put in Azkaban but failed, as ministry was in chaos after the werewolf riot incident. I was going show Malfoy the consequence of his earlier action.

Sirius was appointed as the DADA teacher as a replacement for Remus, for the remainder of the year.

And speaking of Sirius, I had instructed Micasa to capture Pettigrew and hand him over to Madam Bones. She was both politically powerful and upright person. She would make sure Sirius was given public trial. I also found out that there was an huge uproar due to my disappearance. Some were even blaming Dumbledore.

Micasa even showed up in front of Hermione and Sally. Hermione, like her usual self, was curious about Micasa very much, asking numerous questions, like how did I build her? What can she do? Can she cast spell? And so on. Sally was in her usual self, shy. But she was getting out of her shell gradually. I spoke with them for about an hour.

I was constantly nagged by Hermione telling how worried she was? How reckless it was of me to do stuffs like fighting a dark lord, without any kind of plan? I had to constantly reassure her of my well-being to stop her from nagging.

It did bring me to tears. I had forgotten how nice it felt when you have someone worrying over you.

Sally also scolded me a little.

I also reminded them not to tell anyone that they knew my current location, as it would put them and their family at risk.

I also promised them that I would be in touch with them.

I knew that Ivan, Hermione, Harry, Ron, Neville and probably Ginny would be going to forbidden forest, to the Centaur tribe in search of the Gryffindor's treasure.

I had also analysed the slytherine's locket that was with Ivan. I just sneaked into Gryffindor room during night and touched the locket. It had numerous runes. Mystic library found lots of flaws in it. But it's function was ingenious. It not only increases one's magical capacity but also changes the structure of the body so that our body can handle such huge magical input. I reverse engineered it and then built a perfected version of it. All its drawbacks like, the requirement of a huge amount of magical source for it to work was solved. Now it worked even with ambient mana as a source. I forged it in the form of a ring that was shaped like a snake coiled around my finger. It was just to show respect to Salazar Slytherine, who devised such an ingenious artefact.

It was mid-January, when Ivan along with Hermione, Harry, Ron, Neville and Ginny decided were given permission by the elders from Centaur tribe to take the test set by Gryffindor, which, one required to pass before they could get the treasure. They had Sirius with them as he with James and Remus tried the test in their youth. They failed though.

Ivan and party quietly walked towards the forest under the guise of night, with a large black dog followed behind them. It was Sirius in his animagus form. I followed them under disillusionment spell. I could've transformed into my demiguise form but there is a major weakness of any animagus form which is, you can't cast spell in this form.

After walking for few minutes, they reached deeper part of the forest. A centaur appeared before their sight from a behind a huge tree. I recognised him. It was Firenze. He was a human-friendly centaur. But there was another centaur behind him. He looked irritated.

"Follow us, and don't disrespect the elders," The other centaur said coldly, "And also don't ask many questions."

They nodded. Sirius transformed back to his human form.

"The place we are going to take is a temple, which is a sacred place. Make sure you don't touch any statue or anything else," Firenze said politely, "The temple is very sacred for us. Only some selected humans are allowed here."

"Hurry up!" The other centaur shouted who was already gone far.

So Sirius and the students had to walk fast to catch up to him.

After getting permission from the elders, when they entered the temple they were put to different tests. Their magical power was also tested. The last and the most difficult one i.e., the courage test was the most interesting. Ron was out within minutes. His fear of Acromantula overwhelm the little courage he had in his heart. Hermione lasted pretty long. Her fear was of failing an exam and getting expelled. Neville's was flying. Ginny's was of being possessed. They didn't last long. Finally, it was Ivan's turn. Till now he had scored the highest in all the other tests, Hermione being the second highest.

As for me, I followed them without being detected. I put up some special wards that were keyed to me.

Ivan's tests went on for about fifteen minutes. The treasure was a blood red stone which was floating above the temple. There was no way to reach it except for flying to it but it was enchanted in such a way you can't fly to it with broom or other flying artefacts. The moment he passed the test, the distance between him and the stone gradually decreased. The stone gradually floated toward him. I knew the stone was cursed and I could prevent Ivan from touching it. But it would alter the future significantly which I didn't want. I would eventually leave this dimension so I didn't want to jeopardise Ivan's growth. A little bit of helping wouldn't affect the timeline though.

He extended his right hand as the blood red stone fell into his hand. Black runic symbols started spreading Ivan arms. He started thrashing around, screaming. He looked like he was in excruciating pain.

"Sas prostatévo apó vlávi" I whispered and a greenish blue light shot through my vine wand. His screaming stopped. Hermione immediately ran toward him. She held him closely. "Ivan... Ivan..."

But the other individuals in the room turned toward my direction. They had a look of confusion on their face. Sirius even sent a stupefy curse toward me, followed by an expelliarmus spell. I dodged them easily.

"You are fast but I am faster," I simmered into existence and said pointing toward Ivan who was laying unconscious on the floor, "You should probably thank me. I just saved Ms. Hermione's boyfriend."

"Ivan' not my- it's you! You were the one who saved us back then!" Hermione exclaimed immediately recognising me. Others looked surprised by her sudden declaration but Sirius had his guard up. Living in a prison for about thirteen years strips you of your naivety. His wand was still pointed toward me.

"Who are you? How did you get in here?" He demanded.

"Woah! Easy there! I mean no harm at all. And as I said earlier, I just saved the boy's life." I said innocently, "I even saved both of them from getting bitten by a nasty werewolf in Hogsmeade."

"But why did you follow us?"

"Who said I followed you? I was here from the beginning." I feigned ignorance.

"It can't be a coincidence that you were present both the times, when we were in Hogsmeade and now here in the temple." Hermione pointed out.

"You are a clever one. I will neither confirm or deny your accusations," I said, "But as a reward I will give you a clue. If The boy want to free himself completely from the curse. Then he have to fuse the stone with the other half."

"Well then, goodbye,"

"No, you're not going anywhere," Sirius said as he threw a series of stupefy spells at me. Hermione looked torn between wanting to stop Sirius and trying to wake Ivan up. Instead of dodging the spell, I sent a wave of similar spells. Both of our spells met in mid-air and collapsed in itself.

"What!" Everyone except Hermione exclaimed in surprise, who was still distraught at Ivan' predicament.

"Sorry, but I have to be going." I said with a grin and teleported away.

I didn't teleport very far away from them. I wanted to see Dumbledore's and Snape's reactions when they hear about the incident.

The Hogwarts' ward were strong and pretty complicated but it paled when compared to mine. The wards that I created and placed around me, were far more sophisticated.

It was in the Hospital wing where everyone excluding the other four students - Ron, Harry, Neville and Ginny. Hermione was quite insistent in staying with Ivan until he woke up. The professor had to compromise.

"Can you recognise the curse, Severus?" Dumbledore asked.

"The curse is one of darkest I've ever seen. But the counter-curse that is preventing it from spreading... I've never seen such complex spell," Snape remarked as he closely examined the marks on Ivan' right arm, "Black and his inability to act like an adult.", he muttered.

Sirius looked stumped. He had nothing to retort. He knew he should've been more responsible.

"But the most interesting thing is the increase in his magical reserve. It is very abnormal. His current reserve is almost same as that of an average adult wizard." Snape said with a mixture of wonder and horror.

"Mmm... hmmm..." Ivan groaned as he gradually opened his eyes.

Hermione's face lit up with excitement.

"How are you feeling, Ivan? Does your arm hurt? I was so worried-"

"I am okay Hermione, you don't have to worry." Ivan said as he sat up.

"Get a room, you two." Sirius commented.

They both blushed.

"We don't have time for your childishness, Black." Snape said angrily.

"So, what happened to me, Professor?" Ivan asked.

"You are cursed with one of the darkest spell I've ever seen, probably Riddle's. Luckily the counter-cursed was placed on time, otherwise you might not have survived," Sanpe said slowly, "The person who invented the counter curse is a genius. Make sure you carry the stone with you. It probably powering the counter-curse."

Ivan nodded. I shook my head in amusement. Snape was right and wrong at the same. The stone had the capacity to power it but currently the spell I put on him, was feeding on the ambient mana in the air.

"Yes, that reminds me, you said, the person who saved you in Hogsmeade and the one who casted the counter-curse is the same- are you sure?" Dumbledore asked.

"Yes! I'm sure! I remember him clearly! He had silvery white hairs and also green eyes, more vivid than Harry's. His skin was pale almost like professor Snape. He looked almost our age." Hermione explained.

"Mmm... that's quite a mystery... it seems that is not his real appearance... his duelling skill, mastery over such intricate spell is really astounding... he must be an adult... the main issue is what is his goal... what does he gain by helping Ivan?" Dumbledore's said wondering about my motives.

"But couldn't he be a good person, just wanting to help us?" Hermione asked.

She was so naive. Although I didn't have any other motives in helping them, but it was naive of her to assume that, from the beginning. She really had a heart of gold.

"How do we break the curse, professor?" Ivan asked, breaking the tension in the atmosphere.

"I think, you need to fuse the missing part of the stone. The magic inside it might break the curse." Snape answered with uncertainty.

"The stranger also said the same thing!" Hermione exclaimed.

"I've got a clue, where the missing part of the stone can be found." Dumbledore said. Everyone looked at Dumbledore curiously.

"Ivan, you need come with me to the Ministry of magic," He added, "From there, we will be going France."

"I will go with Ivan, Its my fault he is here, I should've been more responsible." Sirius said.

"I want to go, too." Hermione said.

"Sorry, but the danger of this journey far exceeds your age. I, in my right mind, cannot allow you to come with us." Dumbledore politely said.

"But-"

"Hermione, Professor is right, it will be very dangerous." Ivan said.

"But, if something happens to you-"

"Nothing will happen to me, Professor Dumbledore will be there." Ivan reassured her.

"Okay, that's settled then, tomorrow we will be leaving for France." Dumbledore said leaving them in the quiet of the hospital wing. Sirius also left giving the young couple a space for themselves.

I didn't want to see the cuddling of two youngsters, so I also left.

The next day, Ivan with Dumbledore and Sirius met with Alastor Moody. He was really a scary looking guy. I wasn't sure if his mechanical eye could detect the disturbance of mana around me, so I remained hidden.

After finalising some paperwork they left for Beauxbatons Academy of Magic which was located in France.

I directly teleported to the academy. What I did was, place a teleporting marker on one of Ivan luggage and voila, when He reached the academy I just had to teleport. I had to completely mask my presence to remain undetected. I explored the school. It looked fairly modern, not so medieval like Hogwarts.

There were a fair amount veela population there. Their allure didn't affect me though. But their sensitivity to magic was above norms. One time Fleur Delacour and Ivan was talking about their schools, She almost detected me even though I had pretty strong wards around me.

That got Ivan paranoid. He always checked his surroundings to see if anyone was following him. I was getting annoyed at his attempts at detecting me. So I decided to show myself.

It was during the second night after arriving in France, I was waiting for Ivan in his quarter.

When Ivan returned to his quarter, he looked pretty exhausted. He switched on the lamp and sat on the bed with a exhaustive suspiration.

"*sigh*I should've been more careful," Ivan sighed, "How could I be provoked so easily?"

"You should practice Occlumency." I said as I became visible.

"Who-" Ivan hurriedly jumped from his bed and turned around with his wand pointing at me, "It's you again. What do you want? And Why are you following me?"

"I? I want nothing. It's just that I am bored. And you are interesting. Troubles always seems to find you," I said, "So I thought, following you might relieve me of my boredom."

"So I am just of an entertainment value to you?"

"It may or may not be, who knows?"

I then reached for my infinity pouch (pouch with infinity space), and pulled out a scroll.

Ivan looked alarmed. But before he could react I threw the scroll at him.

"Take it. It has instructions on how to learn Occlumency within four weeks." I said.

He was caught off guard by my sudden declaration. He then carefully opened the scroll. After reading a para or two he looked amazed.

"Amazing, isn't it?" I asked. He nodded while reading. His eyes were still glued to the writing on the parchment.

"Where did you get it? Who wrote it?" Ivan asked.

"Oh! I wrote it." I answered. He looked at me with dubious eyes.

"I may not look like it, but I am a certified genius." I said puffing my chest a bit.

"You may keep the scroll but you can only show it to your girlfriend and no one else," I said as my tone became serious, "Otherwise, I might tell your friends about your real identity."

"What are-?"

"Don't act like you don't understand what I am saying, Mis-ter Re-born." I said.

He was slack-jawed, probably wondering, how the hell did I know about him being reborn in Potterverse?

"How-?"

"- did I know?" I sighed, "Well, Mr. Ivan, I know many things. Your foreknowledge is one of those things."

His eyes again widened in surprise.

"Well then, goodbye, It was nice talking to you."

"Who are you rea- ?" I teleported away before he could finish his question.

The next day, Sirius and Ivan went to a rundown pub. It was mainly for magicals. They came here to get information about vampire activities in the area. Dumbledore said that it might be related to the missing stone they were searching for.

They met with a wizard whose face hid behind a black hoodie. He was a wearing ragged dirty robe. His skin was riddled with numerous creases. When they asked him about vampire activity, he looked a little peeved but his greed for money overwhelmed his nervousness when they promised to a 100 galleons, for his information.

"As far as I know, lot of Vampires are meeting in the forest of Albania tonight." He whispered as he slowly pocketed the pouch that contained the hundred Galleons.

Sirius and Ivan then stayed there for a few minutes before going back to their quarters.

I, instead of following them, went to the forest where the meeting would be held. According to the web novel, Voldemort would be there with the vampires, preparing a ritual to create a gateway for Cthulhu to enter this dimension. I knew a lot of dimension travelling rituals but all of them were very dangerous and unstable even after being stripped of its flaws by the mystic library. Some of them even required human sacrifices. What I wanted was a perfect and stable way to travel to other dimensions and more importantly no sacrifices, which I haven't found yet. I might get some insight from this ritual they were doing.

When I reached the place where the ritual was being performed, I was greeted by a very gruesome sight of chopped body parts of different animals. Fortunately there were no humans used as a sacrifice, otherwise I would've killed everyone participating in the ritual. I also felt a compulsion. It was probably due to Cthulhu's influence. Fortunately I was a master Occlumens, he couldn't influence my mind.

"Voldemort, I am not even sure why are you even seeking this place to perform the ritual? You should know that what evil this place is hiding." A man said coldly. He was wearing a red high collared overcoat that reached down to his knees. His skin was pale. I could clearly see his blood red lips, long canines that protruding from between his lips.

'He must be a Vampire!' I thought.

"You do not understand, Kreshkov, we have the common ancestor, but we pursue strengths in different ways," A whispering voice came from the figure who was walking behind the vampire, "No matter what this place holds, I have to procure the treasure left behind by the Centaurs. It will make me more formidable."

"I can hear whispering sound. It is calling to me. It's very weak right now, weaker than us," Voldemort said in a an icy tone, "Kreshkov you should order your clansmen to tempt more idiots. We need more flesh and blood sacrificial offerings to open the gate."

"You should still remember our agreements, Voldemort?" Kreshkov whispered, "And I must remind you again that I and my clans are not your sub-ordinate, our alliance is of co-operation."

"Yes, I remember our agreement Kreshkov," Voldemort said impatiently, "After I fully restore my strength, I will help you in lifting the curse from your blood."

"You better remember it." Kreshkov threatened.

"Tonight, we will perform the ritual." Voldemort whispered.

It was around 10 p.m. when Sirius and Ivan entered the forest. I detected their presence through my magic sense.

I followed behind them the whole time they walked toward the place where the ritual was being held. When they reached the place they almost threw up. The place was filled with chopped flesh and overflowing with blood. They quickly hid behind a tree with huge trunk.

"Sas kaló Theoú tou kakoú. Akoúste tin prosefchí mou..." Voldemort recited. It was the incantation to summon Cthulhu to this dimension. He then used the red stone to power the ritual. The stone was one half of the whole Gryffindor's treasure. The other half was with Ivan.

I could feel the evil presence that was becoming more prominent every seconds.

"I can smell your blood. You can't hide from me." Kreshkov said coldly, loud enough to be heard by them.

Seeing there was no other way to hide, Sirius was the first to come out followed by Ivan.

Kreshkov attacked Ivan at once. Sirius intervened by throwing multiple curses toward the vampire who dodged them pretty easily. He was very fast. Ivan also joined in the fray. But their power paled in comparison to the century old vampire with cursed blood empowering him. After being defensive for few moments, the vampire sent a couple of curses toward Ivan. He dodged by jumping sideways but it was just a tactics used by the vampire. He sent another curse where Ivan jumped. Ivan having good reflex, rolled on the ground to dodge the spell. But the vampire was one step ahead of Ivan. He sent a wave of curse where Ivan was. Ivan had no way to escape this time. Sirius seeing there was no other way of saving Ivan, decided to jump in front of him to intercept the spell. He closed his eyes waiting for the spell to reach him. But it didn't reach him as I countered each spell with my own.

The vampire being very experienced in handling unexpected situations immediately sent some dark spells toward me. I dodged them simply by side-stepping. He ceased throwing them, when he realised it was a waste throwing spells at me as I dodged each one of them easily.

Clap, clap, clap...

"That was some good light show, you provided," I said as I appeared before sight. I sent a wave of cutting curse toward the vampire, "But everything needs to come to an end."

One of my curse just gazed by his cheeks.

Ivan's and Sirius' eyes widened in surprise. They probably recognised my voice.

"Who are you?" Kreshkov demanded arrogantly, as he wiped the blood from his cheek.

"I am just a friend of theirs." I said pointing my finger toward Ivan and Sirius. They were staring

"Quickly get rid of the intruder." Voldemort yelled.

"You don't have to remind me." The vampire retorted back.

He narrowed his eyes. He looked more serious. I could feel the magic around him churning violently. He was probably utilising curse in his blood as reinforcement.

"You made a mistake coming here. You will die with them." He said, his voice slightly demonic. His eyes glowed bright red. He sent a large fire ball hurtling toward me. I conjured heavy water (Deuterium oxide), lots of it. I surrounded the fireball with the water with a wave of my wand. I then used the momentum of the ball to send it back to Kreshkov. He dodged it completely. The ball then collided with a tree to cause a fiery explosion which resulted the tree to fall. I used the distraction to transfigure the broken stone slabs that were once a part of the ritual platform, into spears and banished them toward him. He again dodged them. I noticed that his speed was slowing down as time passed by. It was probably due to the influence that Cthulhu's presence had on his cursed blood.

I transfigured the ground under him, into a pillar. This time, he wasn't quick enough to dodge it completely, as he was sent hurtling toward a huge stone. He stopped himself by digging his feet into the ground. He rose slowly but stopped half way as he started coughing up black blood. He looked weak.

Then I felt huge shockwave of magic coming from where Voldemort was. The gate to Cthulhu's realm was opened halfway. I could clearly feel the dark presence of the creature. It was chilly, depressing - all the negative emotions concentrated into one place.

Sirius and Ivan were on their knees, clutching their head, clearly affected by its presence.

"Sas periféromai me chará" I whispered as a golden light shot from my wand and formed a spherical shield around them.

cough* *cough*

They both coughed as they stood up slowly.

"Are you two alright?" I asked.

They nodded. Still recovering from their earlier predicament.

But while my attention was on them, Cthulhu's projection became bigger and bigger until it stood two storey high with its tentacles waving in every direction. The trees around it was slowly withering away. The dyrad I faced earlier paled in comparison in terms of raw power it emitted. As for Fighting and defeating the creature. Well, it will be tad more difficult.

"Uh-oh!"

to be continued...
