I woke up in the Town of Beginnings, where every adventurer starts their journey. It felt like a nightmare, but I couldn't believe I now had the power to level up and grow stronger.

Excited yet disoriented, I washed up and rushed to explore the town. Everywhere, I saw people equipped with hammers and swords, some wearing armor and carrying shields.

But I had no money for such expenses. Suddenly, a quest popped up!

Adventure Quest: Hunt Goblins

Hunting Quest: Eliminate 15 goblins in the Green Forest.

Reward:

Basic Dark Leather Armor, Short Sword, Skill: Dark Pulse (Hidden Condition)

I tried to join a party, but no one wanted to team up with someone who looked like a weak bard with only a shabby black sword.

Determined to get stronger, I headed to the forest. Spotting some goblins, I pulled out my sword and charged. Killing three goblins was a piece of cake, and I felt a strange strength surge through me.

Fueled by a desire for revenge, I used the Devour skill and leveled up. Then, I noticed two goblins heading deeper into the forest and decided to follow them. They led me to their hidden village.

To fulfill the hidden condition, I needed to find some clue there. I waited until nightfall and then attacked the village. Using my skills, I killed every goblin one by one. I got used to my abilities—Shadow Slash, Gama Absorb, and Devour. That night, I killed 100 goblins. As I killed the 100th goblin, a warning message flashed.

SUMMONING THE GOBLIN CHAMPION! PREPARE... PREPARE... HIDDEN CONDITION UNLOCKED

My level was around 15. I used all my undistributed points.

The Goblin Champion appeared with a big great sword. I rushed and slashed at it, injuring it. With only 5 mana left, I couldn't use Shadow Slash to finish it. The goblin countered with a Great Slash, but I dodged it narrowly.

With a final effort, I used Gama's new ability, "Perfect Cut." The ability sliced through the goblin's head, ending the battle. The quest was complete.
