I remember the times we talked all night

I remember it all with such delight

I forget that you left me and I write

why did we have to be torn apart

are you happy in that world

can you even hear my word

is heaven peaceful as they say

or is it just another play

is it full of hope and glee

so you may forget about me

is it beautiful and serene

like your heart pure and clean

I spend my days on my chair

wondering what is truly fair

should I live without you here

or if I die will you appear

but your words stop my thoughts

fate cannot be bent or bought

you and I have different goals

I still have to play my role
