In the sunlight, a majestic mountain city nestled amidst the Wild Mountain Range.
The mountain city was densely populated with people, possibly numbering in the hundreds of thousands. Stone houses were scattered everywhere on the uneven terrain. Squads of war soldiers patrolled with a pungent scent of blood emanating from them, causing young children to hide from a distance.
These soldiers dragged freshly killed beasts behind them. These were blood foods that the tribe needs daily. Not only that but even ordinary tribal people formed groups to go hunting in the ancient forest, honing their battle tactics, however, they dared not delve too deep and only hunted on the periphery.
Some women took the captured beasts from the soldiers, teasingly driving away the soldiers who teased them. Then they skillfully skinned and boned the animals, separately storing the bones, precious blood, skin, and meat.
