Unforeseen Calamity
"I am a traitor?" Feng Lin's heart sank as he repeated the words in disbelief and horror.
No one ever wanted to be called a traitor.
The term referred to someone who had betrayed humanity and pledged allegiance to the extraterrestrial races. Being a traitor was the most severe interstellar felony. Anyone was authorized to kill a convicted traitor at any time and place. In fact, they would be generously rewarded by the government for doing so.
"You can stop denying! You are now a suspect. All that is needed is for you to be convicted in court!" the crimson-haired guy uttered coldly as if Feng Lin was already dead to him.
Having recalled how he had been offering genuine advice to Feng Lin without knowing that he was a traitor only fueled his anger.
If it was not for the school protocol that forbade him from doing so, he would have killed the traitor then and there!
