The Beginning Of The End

Let's start this from the beginning. And I mean the true beginning, the true big bang! I was born on the planet you call Earth. At that time we used to call it Void.

Void was divided into 5 provinces, each ruled by tribes that worshiped their own Godly Heroes. They were known as The 5 Godly Protectors. They all had control over 5 types of magic.

Eco was the God of the province called Terra. They were gifted with life magic. They could command life by absorbing nutrients and control rocks as weapons. Eco was unrivaled in size. He was over 33 feet in his true form. But he spent most of his time as a human. He also had the gift of telepathy and could talk to his people using that and no one would know.

Crimson was the Fire god of Enya. Their province could manipulate fire. He could eat all types of fire except his own. He could never burn. In his true form he was a large dragon. He was then crowned the ruler of dragons, who protected his territory.

Moana was the Goddess of Water. She was graceful and fierce. Her province, Eldoris, influenced water. They were strongest at twilight under the moon's rays; they wielded water with such poise expressing their emotions with waves of glory. Moana could also never drown as she could breathe underwater where she could reveal her mermaid tail that helped her swim at 550 km an hour.

Aura, the goddess of the sky, was calm and composed. She resided over Ilmari. The people there were mostly monks who guided the wind. Aura although was sweet and childlike, she was very dangerous. She had an ability through which she could suck the air out of living beings and kill them. In her true form she became one with the air turning into nothing but a cool breeze.

Sapphire was the Goddess of diamonds. She ruled Elmas, the most rich province out of them all. Although the diamonds were gorgeous they could cut through almost anything. The people of the province were always covered in jewels and could create diamond weapons if they were trained enough.

Magic was everywhere in our world. The children when turned 8 would have a test and learn about their magic capacity. There were special diamonds created by Goddess Sapphire and could describe a person's magic capacity and element. The brighter it glows the stronger the magic and depending on the colour their element could also be revealed. Green for Terra, red for Enya, blue for Eldoris, golden for Ilmari and white for Elmas.

It was rare for a child to be born without any magic capacity but those who were, usually were bullied and gossiped about. Void was a hard place to survive for those without magic. Even though they had good job opportunities thanks to the gods, they were still shunned by society. Many committed suicide or even lost their minds obsessing over magic.
