STRONGEST OF BLACK TURTLE TOWER

  What? There was someone stronger than those three within the crowd of Black Turtle Tower." Ragnar asked in a surprised tone. He never expected this to be the case. He had predicted that those three would be the representatives of the Tower and hence let Sally take care of them. She did stand up to his expectations. But to think there was someone even more potent than those three. He didn't remember seeing someone even mildly interesting other than those three. 

The principal began to recount his experience-
