Elder He simply walked into the closet and walked out with a talisman and a purple robe. Meng Hao noticed that the robes signified certain statuses. The Sect Leader was wearing a golden robe, Elder Ning was wearing a red robe, and Elder He was wearing a Blue robe.
Meng Hao guessed that the Purple Robe represented a Guest Elder. Elder He handed everything to Meng Hao "When you wear the robe it should adjust to fit you and if you inject your Qi into the robe and say Clean, the robe will automatically be washed and if you say Fix, the robe will patch any holes. Inject your Qi to the talisman and you will be the owner of the 3rd Guest Elder Peak. Congratulations Guest Elder Hao."
Meng Hao was shocked when he saw the clear respect this elder was giving him. Meng Hao cupped his fist and said: "Thank you Elder He, I will see you around."
Elder Ning also said his goodbye to Elder He and they both left through a secret exit in the office. Elder He's shout earlier brought to much attention and Meng Hao didn't want to go through any hassles just trying to leave a building.
Elder Ning led Meng Hao to the 3rd Guest Elder Peak, Meng Hao inspected around and saw that the Spirit Vien that was in this mountain was hundreds of times better than the one in the Patriarchs peak back in the branch alchemy sect. The house itself was normal but the courtyard in the house closed and the materials of the wall and floor were made of a Spirit Steel material making it perfect for practicing powerful skills.
Meng Hao took out the talisman and injected his Qi into it. The talisman flew into the sky and it attached to the formation surrounding the peak giving Meng Hao complete ownership of the peak.
Elder Ning checked that everything was in order and he quickly left since had a protector meeting to attend. Meng Hao didn't waste any time and he set up new formations to protect his peak.
In the inner disciple peak at the branch sect, the Spirit Vien could only handle basic formations but the Spirit Vien in this Guest Elder Peak was much purer and in much more quantity than the other one, allowing him to employ a higher grade Dragon Sword Formation. The formation focuses on two things defense and offense. The Dragon part of the formation focuses both a shield to protect from attacks and a sealing formation that allows Meng Hao to be completely secluded from the outside world. The Sword part of the formation focuses on turning the Spiritual Energy from the Spirit Vien into Qi Swords and attack any attackers.
It was the perfect formation for his current situation and if he were to use all of his power to its limit and he was within this formation he had a chance of facing a weak Spirit Refinement Stage cultivator. Having a battle power surmounting of 3 whole cultivation stages shows how shocking this Dragon Sword Formations power is.
It took 3 days to finish the formation and soon after Meng Hao finished creating the formation, he got a letter from Elder Ning that said that the materials for the Devil's Wind Sword would come in a week since the Ghost Tear Wood was difficult to acquire.
Meng Hao wanted to make the most of this time and so he started exploring the new features of his 3 Martial Spirits and the Dao Mark. After the Martial Spirits broke through to the Earth stage they had a massive change.
The Heaven-Piercing Golden Bow now had the ability to lock onto a person's Qi and track them and if it hits then their Dantian would most likely shatter.
The Yin-Yang Panda which before only had uncontrollable energy within now had the ability to control the balance of Yin Yang in all living things and objects weaker or in equal strength to him.
The Primordial Dragon, on the other hand, was spewing out Dragon Energy in massive amounts. The Dragon now had the ability to merge with his body or any object he desired making both him and the object stronger and the ability to control the massive amounts of Dragon Energy in the Primordial Dragon. When Meng Hao merged with the Dragon scales started to appear on his body and tiny wings sprung out later the scales would become more prominent and the wings would give him speeds shocking relative to his cultivation stage.
To upgrade his Martial Spirits he would have to cultivate and make many Ascension Spirit Pills. Now that his martial spirits were in the Earth Stage it would be much more difficult to upgrade them.
The final thing Meng Hao looked at was the Ruler of Dao mark which was located in the middle of his chest. When the Dao Mark attached to him he immediately felt all bottlenecks loosen up and he felt Qi was actually attracted to his body. He focused his consciousness on the Dao Mark and a remarkable change occured around him, he felt the essence of all things around him- the breeze that contained the Essense of Wind and the Water nearby that contained the Essense of Water especially the Essense of Fire and Lightning within his own body was especially strong.
Meng Hao tested around, with the Dao Mark but he didn't mess with it too much because he would need to go into complete seclusion if he wanted to dig even deeper.
The final thing Meng Hao wanted to do before having to refine the Devil Wind Sword was to awaken his Divine Soul Eye!
For most cultivators, their weak point is the soul and the same goes with the current Meng Hao. When he was fighting the Defiant Tribulation one of his greatest weak points was when the fire was trying to invade his soul.
By awakening the Divine Soul Eye, it would greatly strengthen and continue to strengthen his soul throughout his cultivation life. The main functions of the Divine Soul Eye itself are its ability to attack another's soul, its ability to see through Formations and hidden places, and its increases visibility and his speed of processing what he is seeing allowing him to have an advantage in battle.
The scripture that allows him to cultivate the Divine Soul Eye came from Daoist Yin-Yang and the eye was a major reason the Daoist became so powerful and so feared.
Meng Hao sat down in a lotus position and he activated the scripture. A drop of blood started to streak down his cheek as an immense amount of pain appeared on Meng Hao's right eye.
