There has been a mysterious killer spreading throughout the kingdom called a Lady in Black. She was wearing in all black. The Lady in Black was an enigma, as her true identity and motives remained shrouded in mystery. Whatever her purpose was, it was clear that the citizens of the kingdom were in grave danger. Her victims had been found with mysterious death ways. No one had seen her face and she disappeared as quickly as she appeared. The citizen thought that could be a witch but witches had ceased for so long in the wake of the war. People were terrified of this killer. Queen Gabriella sent her finest knights to investigate the situation. Unfortunately, they failed to find the perpetrator of the crime. To add further urgency to the situation, the Lady in Black left no survivors - whoever crossed her path vanished without a trace. This suspicion was further fueled by rumours that the lady in black had certain powers and could travel through walls and even fly. Queen Gabriella was determined to find out the truth and decided to take matters into her own hands. She set off on a journey to find the Lady in Black and bring her to justice.

The sound of footsteps echoed around the hall.

"DON'T LET HER ESCAPE!"

A group of people chased a woman in a black dress, her face covered with a black lace masquerade mask. She ran down the staircase and to the entrance door. "Guards, close the door!" A man shouted. The two guards who stood next to the twisted columns rushed to the doorway. Just as they were about to close the door, she lifted her dress. She revealed a secret compartment in her dress that contained a gun. She brandished it threateningly, causing the guards to step back and allow her to escape. As she drew a gun, she pulled the trigger and shot the two guards without hesitation.

BANG!

The sound of gunshots lingered in the air. One man collapsed on the ground and the other lay on the ground, coughing up blood. The woman had a look of determination on her face as she smirked and slowly walked away from the scene. The man who got injured was trying to reach her leg but she walked away quickly which made it impossible for him to reach her leg. He lay there, surrounded by the smell of gunpowder, his life slowly fading away.

As she stopped outside the door, she turned around, facing the people following her. Her sinister smile appeared. She raised her hands up as if to show them something. With a sudden gesture, a wave of energy emanated from her, pushing everyone back and leaving her standing alone. Her eyes met theirs, as if daring them to challenge her power - and they all knew that none of them were capable of doing so. They quickly got up and rushed toward her before she could escape.

Before they could reach her, a sudden dark cloud of feathers rose from behind her and slowly circled her. The feathers moved in such a way that the group could not reach her. A sudden hush fell upon the group, as they were all in shock at the mysterious power that had suddenly appeared before them. The feathers slowly dissipated, leaving the group in shock and awe. As the feathers vanished, the woman was gone as well.

The group had no explanation for what had just happened. They all looked around in disbelief, unable to comprehend what they had just witnessed. As they stood in silence, the only thing they knew for sure was that something unexplainable had taken place. Whatever had happened was now a mystery that they were determined to solve. The situation was like a magician's trick, where the end result doesn't make sense when compared to the starting point.

"W-Where did she go?" asked the man who was frantically searching for her. "She's just disappeared." He muttered, his expression pained, scratching his head that wasn't even itchy. "What are we going to do now?" He asked, his voice filled with worry and desperation. Suddenly, they heard the sound of a gun dropping on the floor. They quickly spun around to find the source of the sound, which came from one of their companions.

His expression was rage. "We'll do whatever it takes to protect our people," he said in a quiet voice. "We have to get her before she kills us all." His words resonated with the group and they all nodded in agreement. Without speaking a word, they all set off to find the mysterious woman.
