4 | WHAT IS A MAIJAH?

STEFAN POV :

Caroline took the room next door, as I took the one with a balcony. I loved New Orleans, it was the only place i could be myself.

Not Elenas Stefan.

Ripper Stefan.

It wasn't really a big deal to me overall cause I loved it, but having my humanity turned on. Let's me control that urge.

I unpacked my things, as I heard more people coming thru the doors downstairs.

"Klaus?!,... KLAUS?!?!" Elijah came up the stairs and saw me putting clothes away.

"Oh Stefan, when did you get here?"

"Not to long ago" I closed the closet and sat on the bed.

"Oh well I'm looking for my brother, he was being so rude to the lovely guest we had that almost none came back"

"Well you know how klaus is" I smirked and stood up, I walked over to the balcony.

"You see klaus is like a judge, without a jury he's a blind man swinging his fangs around"

Elijah chuckled, "well yes klaus does have his times, but i like to think of it as heart without a pulse"

"Well brother, I am dead" klaus took another sip from his drink.

We both didn't know he was going to be here in the room.

"I thought we had an agreement Stefan"

"What agreement?" Elijah looked at both me and klaus.

"Nothing, and klaus get out" I looked at them both, Elijah had a small smirk.

"You to Elijah" they both left out without a word, knowing it'll probably go to far.

I went out to Caroline's room and saw her laying on the bed already unpacked.

I knocked on the scaring her from her music, "Hey" .

"Come in, what's up?" ,

"Nothing, just had klaus and Elijah in my room"

"Hmm I know that sucks klaus literally just stopped by here bothering me, I told him the last time i wasn't interested"

I knew she actually liked klaus, they had plenty of moments together but I think he might actually want her as well.

The thing is she doesn't know anything from the past, and that might be something she'll come across sooner than later.

"Yeah he'll get the hint someway" I put my fist together.

"Stefan, I can't believe you" she laughed.

"I never seen you do that before"

"Try Something new right?"

"Stefan, Caroline.. klaus wants to see you" Elijah said coming into the room.

"We'll be down in a second"

"Alright, but you know how my brother acts" he walked away.

"I don't know why he sent his butler to summon us, but if this gets me killed I'm so out of here"

I just looked at her and smirked and pulled her out the room, and down to the grand room.

"What's the problem klaus?"

"Nothing it's dinner and I thought we could have a small dinner for us, since you are my guest"

We all sat down at the table, talking about where we met and how klaus killed half of the vampire camps hidden in villages. It was going good until he took a finished off his scotch and he brought up the Chicago night.

Caroline knew this story all so well, and so did I and Elijah. Why did klaus bring it back up .

"I had to keep my eye out for stefan here ever since those times, but I'm surprised that instead of finding him. He just showed up at my door. And the most killer part is he broug-"

"I think you had enough klaus, it's time for bed" Elijah said taking away the scotch from Elijah.

"I'm the king, I say when it's time for me to sleep!" Klaus got up and went over to the window.

Elijah was easing towards him but his phone ringed.

"I was waiting to tell you this but me an-" he was interrupted by his phone and left out the door without finishing his sentence.

Caroline got up from the table and made her way towards him. I couldn't bare to watch them together, I left out as well .

"I heard you marcel, but I can't get to him right now. Look I love you and I'm on my way so we can leave"

I seen Elijah standing on the balcony, he didn't seen me but he felt my presence cause he turned around and I vamp sped into my room.

"There's a lot going on here"
