I had thought about it very well before making my decision.

But it was a decision that hadn't been taken from my mind but by my body, which was crying out from lack of him every minute of the day we weren't together enjoying each other's kisses.

And my decision ended up being 'yes'; I wanted to move on with Carter one step further on what we had together.

He was the one for me! The one and only with whom I would like to take this step. I just had to find a way to show him that I had decided it, and he no longer needed to move slowly on me.

He had told me that, and he hadn't broken his word. This, for me, was the most significant proof that he was really in love with me and protected me.

He considered my wishes too and not only his. And I believed that only a man with real feelings was willing to do that for the woman he loved.
