"Oh~? Isn't he Lahore Qalandars rookie1? To think the first team I'd meet would be them?" Alan thought amused.

Staring at his back, Alan frolicked his candy. The atmosphere silent for a while. Glancing towards his right, the figure smirked, "Long azure blue hairs shaded silver with red highlights and glowing crimson red eyes. Looks like it's the right person."

Alan confused looked around soon pointing at himself. "Me? Are you talking to me?" he inquired.

The figure smirked, "Don't act like a fool and evade my words it ain't gonna work. Starin' at this board? Are you afraid after seein' all these names? Alan Rex Lorenzo." His words resembling the desi Punjabi dialect 2with voice orotundly crisp and smug at the same time.

Alan raised his brow thinking ironically, "Ah, the infamous 3Lahoris of Punjab…" "Heh~" he chanted. "What an arrogant brat. Don't tell me I am that famous for you to come here and find me on you own?" he asked back arrogantly.

The boy's hairs parted to the right with long strands of hairs hanging beside his right eye, he glared with his sharp yellow gaze. Rings studded in his fingers he tossed the ball up and down. "Or don't tell me you wanna' fight?" Alan's voice immediately altering into the familiar dialect.

PIvoting around the boy removed his hoodie cross.

"Oh dear, oh dear... What did I even do to make him this mad…? His eyebrows are about to touch each other." Alan thought confused.

"Ya' see, in the entire Lahore base there's a story that's hella popular. That two years ago in the PSL there was a first year rookie who'd blown off the entire ground beneath our seniors' feet. He only played a single match in the entire PSL and took the entire stadium by surprise. Even when we'd won that particular match at the end and hadn't had the chance ta' play against each other again. After that match Lahore Qalandars determination was shattered and they lost every single game eventually losin' at the end." The boy spoke.

Alan stared at him silent.

"3 outs in the death overs, which sent our best players back to the pavilion crumbling our entire team. He was a first year freshman from Karachi's base. That rookie had long azure blue hairs shaded silver with red highlights and eyes glowing crimson red. What prestige he holds… his name is still living in our seniors' nightmares. That infamous rookie… It was ya' wasn't it?" he asked clasping the ball tight.

Alan's expression hidden he smirked, "What makes you sure I was the one who did it, boy? Ain't that just a story? Don't tell me you bought it?" he stood up.

"You can't lie." the boy immediately retorted. "After all, it's all because of you that even the best of us aren't mentioned as the best in our entire base!" he gritted fumed.

Alan blinked stunned, "What…?"

Seriously? He had nothing to do with this!? It was their base's problem not his! Moreover, anyone in this world can have long azure blue hairs shaded silver with red highlights and eyes glowing crimson red… maybe?

Alan about to speak was interrupted.

"They all think they need a prodigy like you for Lahore Qalandars to rise and head for the World cup and even tried to recruit you to Lahore base which you rejected constantly!" he angered.

Now that wasn't wrong… After the stupid showoff he did last two years ago in a single match he played. Many bases invited him for that. However, Lahore base was the only one which had pestered him to join them for more than three years until a formal letter was written to them stating Alan's rejection.

Alan at a loss of his words scratched his hairs sighing, "Um… I think I am well aware of that however what do you mean by all this? Just get to the point."

"I want a match against you." the boy challenged.

Alan stunned uttered, "Pardon?"

"I Feyz Saleh, current Captain of 'Lahore Qalandar' middleschoolers representatives challenges ya' for a match! Hearing your praises and dark stories have seriously ticked my mind off. That's why, I'll beat you up and wipe that smug look of your face along with your stupid legends!" he scowled.

"Not that it makes anything better. Sigh, me and my stupid showoff problem. And here I thought I had to stay as low-key as possible." Alan thought speechless, "Well if things have come to this. I don't think I have a choice left." Looking up he glared back.

"Boy~ aren't you taking me too lightly. In the past I have beaten up even your Captain and Vice-captain. How come are you standing here before me challenging me with that look?" he mocked.

Tossing the candy in his mouth again he turned around heading back, "Now hurry up and off you go to where your team is. I don't accept challenges recklessly while you shouldn't challenge anyone recklessly as well. So better get going."

Feyz infuriated tossed his ball up grave. Getting a head start he immediately threw the ball at Alan. Raging like fire it cut through the air. Sensing something approach instantly, Alan stepped sideways. Tracing the ball which didn't even looked like one with his gaze widened he whispered as it passed by, "Fire!?"

Crashing with a loud bang on a huge tree ahead, the ball whizzed emitting smoke abruptly falling down with a thud a second later. Branches and leaves along with fruits falling next, Alan turned at Feyz grave. "Are you out of your mind?" his voice threatening.

"Not as out as you are, Alan Rex Lorenzo." Feyz sneered arrogantly.

Taking a deep breath Alan immediately calmed down, "So this is what he wants…" Turning around he ignored him heading back.

Feyz gritted his teeth taking out another ball. "This one exactly won't miss your head!" he growled.

Alan ignoring him thought seriously, "Tch, is he for real?! I don't even have my gear with me right now. If I don't sense this ball and get hit instead I am done for!"

_____

Hearing the loud noise. Romeo turned to where it came from, cautioned. His expression turning grim.

"What in the world was that?" Kazuna asked alerted.

"Looks like it came from there." Kenzo pointed towards the right.

Suddenly the rabbit rushing towards Xavier pointed towards the right as well. "What is it, little one?" he asked picking him up anxiously.

However, the rabbit's ears perking up, Zach guessed, "Alan."

Isa gasped, "Alan? Is he in trouble?"

"Let's not assume and check it out instead." Rovan suggested following Romeo who had already left.

"Come on, Heli, Ezekiel." Poseidon called as Xavier and Feng too followed behind.

Rauf narrowing his gaze shut his file following.

_____

Alan once again dodging the ball clenched his fists. BANG! It crashed on the wall next. "I am telling you boy. If you don't stop damaging other folks' property I am gonna beat you up!" he warned irritated.

"Other folks' property and beating me up?" Feyz replied smug tossing another ball up and down, "Shouldn't you be worrying more about yourself?"

"Tch!" Alan clicked his tongue looking around. "Just how many balls does he have?! Anyway, I must find something to defend myself with first..." he thought.

"However, did you know? Amid those heroic rumors of yours there was something funny inside…"

Alan looked at him stern.

"That, it was weird for you to only play a single match in the entire PSL despite being a spectacular player. Some said it was because you had to hide your talent for the world cup and some said because you were Karachi's ace that why. However in reality you actually can't play or can you…?" A sneer covered his lips.

Alan's eyes widening, he stepped back stunned, "What the hell…?"

Running forward, Feyz once again aimed the ball at him. The ball once again raging like fire cut through the air.

"Feyz Saleh, Halt right there!" shouted a man with a stentorian voice.

"Oh no…" Alan gasped unable to dodge, instinctively taking his hand to his face defending instead.

However, before the ball could hit him another red cock ball wheezed before Alan horizontally. Up to his surprise, the ball flashing like a bullet hit Feyz's ball smashing it back on a tree. BANG!! The clamor went.

The same tree on which Feyz hit before, the mysteriously aimed ball burst his ball shaking the trunk of the tree haphazardly causing it to entirely fall off with a crash.

Seraph panting looked up. His gaze dangerous.

"Yikes! That was too much! Too much power!! Seraph!" Heber bit his nails shocked.

Alan looked at Seraph amazed soon smirking. The rest including Romeo, Sena, Rovan, Zach, Isa and Feyz looked at Seraph baffled.

"Was it that much?!" Seraph asked nervously after noticing so many eyes on him.

"Haha!" Noah and Haruf chortled amused while Rauf exposed a light grin.

"No my boy~ it was just the right amount." Kenzo sneered at Feyz.

"Yeah! Awesome!" Adam cheered, "We just saved Alan!"

"Seriously your highness?! He just blasted off the entire tree!!" Ezekiel pointed at the tree in disbelief.

Seraph restless scratched the back of his neck, "I'm sorry…"

"Don't be, Haha, Incredible! You didn't do anything wrong else than saving Alan. That's why there's no need to apologize." Rovan patted his back delighted instead.
