Purgatory again...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Eggy and Madara could finally catch their breath. They sat on top of thousands of corpses that floated on the ocean, it was the corpses of the giant sea serpents they had killed.

Lightning and the loud sound of thunder kept echoing throughout the dark ocean non-stop. All this time, they had never seen the sun. It was as if these lands were cursed with no sun.

After living in the dark for days, Eggy had finally got used to seeing in the dark.

Madara wasn't a cheapskate, so while he and Eggy fought the giant sea serpents, he made sure to divide the souls equally between them.

Eggy accepted them, as she too has been fighting with Madara non-stop.

"Now what?" Eggy has no clue what to do next.

"We rest. Then we keep on exploring. There is something in this world that bothers me." Madara looked down at the corpses of serpents and pondered about something.

During his fight, he sensed something watching them. His senses never failed him, but there was something watching them that even he could not sense.

"Are we gonna do something about that one who was watching us?" Asked Eggy.

"So you did notice. It seems you are not as useless as I thought you were."

"Humph! They didn't even try to hide their presence, so it was very obvious." Eggy just cutely pouted as she folded her arms over her chest.

Though both of them sensed someone was watching them, the presence was long gone, meaning that whoever it was ran away.

Even though they do not get tired, they are mentally tired.

"After we rest, let's find that person." Eggy put her hands behind her back and laid down on a serpent corpse and began to doze off.

"Hey, when did you start giving me orders? And that is the same thing I just said." Madara rudely said.

"And who put you in charge?" Eggy opened one eye and looked at Madara.

"Why did I get stuck with this one?" knowing that it was futile to talk to her, Madara also laid down, using his long hair as a pillow and slept soundly. He was too mentally tired to argue with her.

Meanwhile…

Linlin and Lili were both casually walking on the streets, and they carried a great amount of bags and presents. Ever since their storage rings were burned, they had no other way to store their stuff in convenient places. Alex is the one with the system, so he usually stores most of their stuff inside the system storage.

The twins could indeed also share the system storage and place their stuff inside, but they first needed to get permission from Alex, and he wasn't there with them, and also they did not want to disturb him from whatever he was doing.

The twins smiled brightly as the day couldn't have gone any better.

They then arrived at an area with lots of ambulances and nen users. There were also news reporters talking about what had just happened.

Hisoka and Chrollo had just finished their fight, but at the cost of a great number of civilian casualties.

Chrollo had purposely used the people around him against HIsoka during their battle and most of them died because of that.

Linlin and Lili shrugged it off and kept walking without batting an eyelid.

After they kept walking down the streets, they also noticed a disturbing scene on a park. There was a young man with blonde hair, he was dead, his body hung on the swingsets. On the bottom of his feet, was a head of another individual.

These two were 2 members of the Phantom Troupe, Shalnark and Kortopi.

Their corpses were being picked and eaten by hungry crows.

"Shalnark! Kortopi!" A feminime voice cried as she ran over to the two corpses of the Phantom Troupe, she tried to save them but it was already too late. They care deeply for one another, like a close family.

"I'll kill him! I'll kill that bastard Hisoka!" Tears fell down her face and rage covered her face. She let out a great killing intend when she thought of Hisoka.

HIsoka had trapped her with his bungee gum and escaped right after he had told her his plan to not only kill Chrollo Lucifer, but also the other members of the Phantom Troupe.

It is unknown why Hisoka did not kill Machi when he had the chance, other than to act as a messenger. But he did kill Kortopi and Shalnark first because their abilities were the main reason why he had lost his battle with Chrollo.

"Kortopi? Shalnark?" Another voice was heard, it was a male voice.

He walked towards both of the dead Troupe members, as tears fell from his eyes.

"Boss… I couldn't stop him." Machi said, but this time her voice was more soft and mournful tone.

Chrollo un-tied Shalnark from the swingset and stuffed his body in a special bag. It was a bag from one of the many abilities he had stolen.

Chrollo had just recently finished his battle with HIsoka, meaning that he wasn't that far away and was naturally close to the area.

"Please find Kortopi's body and stitch his corpse back to a perfect state. They deserve a proper burial."

"Yes." Machi wiped her tears with her hand and went to do stitch up Kortopi's body.

Chrollo felt a tremendous pain when he saw their corpses. It was like the time when Uvogin died, he also cried. Afterwards he and the other Spiders almost destroyed an entire city to mourn his death.

Then he noticed Lili and Linlin once more. The twins began to walk away without a care in the world. It wasn't their business so they didn't plan to stick around.

"Those two again…" He did not bother them, because the most important thing to him right now was giving his two friends a proper burial. After that, he will destroy the city they were standing on.

Meanwhile…

Mihawk, Steven and Blue were slowly walking creepily around a muddy field. They had long since fought the creepy mother and daughter things. They had unfortunately encountered other terrifying things, but Mihawk used his sword and absorbed their souls.

Most of the time they would rather avoid such fights, mostly because it attracts the attention of other things that are also dangerous.

"Stop. This is good enough. My family is near." Blue sat down on the muddy earth and took a break.

"If we're this close then why are you stopping here?" Asked Mihawk.

"It's because the Din clan people have amazing hearing. If we take a few more steps forward, they will know we are here."

Blue had studied the Din clan people and their hearing can only reach a certain distance, like most people.

The Din clan's natural hearing can reach about 1 kilometer. The one who has the best hearing from the Din clan can hear as far 2.5 kilometers, that's 2500 meters radius.

"Do you have any plans to avoid their detection?" Asked Mihawk.

"To be honest… I honestly didn't think that I would make it this far. Sorry." Blue scratched his head and acted embarrassed.

But his expression changed as he looked deep into the distance where his family was. He tightly clenched his fists in anger.

"I will kill all those bastards for doing this to my people."

"Kill who?" A man's voice came behind Mihawk's group.

Mihawk quickly drew his sword and was about to cut a man in half, but he stopped because he noticed it was Madara. Madara also blocked his sword with his hand cladded in haki.

"Pardon. This place has me on guard ever since we got here." Mihawk drew his sword and stepped back.

"I can understand that." Madara didn't mind it at all.

"Oh hey, you… what was your name again?" Eggy appeared and greeted the other Commandments.

"It's Mihawk."

"And Blue." Blue popped out his head over Mihawk's shoulders.

"Who is this? And what is that smell?" Eggy smelled something horrible, she thought it was the forest that had that smell of rotten eggs and corpses, so she tried her best to ignore it. It was actually Blue who had that smell.

"I will explain that later. How did you find us in this area?" Asked Mihawk.

"It was easy. Besides, our Commandments are linked to each other so we know where we are at all times."

"..." Mihawk didn't know about this fact, but didn't sa y anything in order not to look stupid in front of others.

"What are you doing here? It's not like you to help others." Asked Madara.

"He helped me, so I am repaying my debt."

"Ah."

"Guys, please quiet down or they will hear you." Blue whispered to them in fear that the Din clan people will hear them.

"Who will?" Asked Eggy.

"The same people who are keeping my family as hostages. So please, speak in a softer voice for their sake."

"What are you talking about? There isn't anyone near us." Madara said.

"It's literally just up ahead. We are a bit far but many people should be there."

"I don't think so… Oh! Are you talking about a village covered by dark trees and such? There was also like these flags with weird symbols on them that look like a woman's face with snakes for hair." Eggy seemed to realize something.

"That's the Din clan's symbol! How did you know?"

"We just flew by over there. It's an empty wasteland. There isn't anyone living there." Eggy was confused.

"What? Is that true?!"

"Yes." Madara responded.

In a second, Blue darted off and ran towards the village. Steven followed him, only because of the food. If there is a village, there is food.

Mihawk and the rest took their sweet time following them.

Meanwhile…

The sisters were just strolling around the area, a bit bored and all. They collected their thoughts and thought of everything that they need.

*BOOM*

A loud explosion occurred about a few blocks away from them. Then it was followed by screams of people as they ran away horrified.

Police and several armed men were called upon the scene, but they just died without having a chance to do anything.

Linlin and Lili kept walking, not even paying attention to the chaos and massacre that was unfolding before them.

Then a hot scorching sun burned through the entire area, killing and destroying everything in its path.

"That damn Feitan. Is he trying to kill us, too?" The Troupe member known as Phinks, directed his anger on Feitan.

"Boss did say that we can go all out. Feitan is just letting out some steam." Nobunaga said.

Feitan was going full out. He viewed Shalnark as a good friend and a good comrade for a long time. When he heard that Shalnark was killed, he was so pissed and angry, especially at Hisoka.

Most of the remaining Troupe members were feeling the same way. It was also foretold. by Chrollo that 'The spider does not stop, even after losing half his limbs ' meaning that half of their Troupe members will die.

It was to be expected. Maybe the reason they were mad was because many of the Troupe members thought that they could change their fates and their friends as well, but they could not.

Phinks and Nobunaga both notice the twins, Linlin and Lili walking through the streets filled with chaos. It was as if they were taking a stroll through a park.

"Aren't those two?" Nobunaga unsheathed his sword slightly, as a precaution.

Phinks noticed them, too, and he sweated a bit. He can still remember just how dark and malicious their auras were.

"I am not a coward, but fighting them won't bring us any benefits at all."

"Agreed. As long as they mind their business, it should all be good." Nobunaga agreed with his friend.

However, Feitan, who was still in rage mode, saw the twins and his first thought was 'kill' he didn't get a clear look at their faces, sense he was behind them, even if he did recognize them he would still attack them regardless.

He was charged with great speed towards them.

"Feitan!" Phinks and Nobunaga were one step too late and failed to stop him.

Linlin and Lili both sensed Feitan charging at them both with the intent to kill them, but they merely curved their mouth upwards in amusement. To them it felt as if Feitan was charging at them at a speed of a snail.

Meanwhile...

Meruem was on his knees on all fours. He kept breathing non-stop, trying to catch his breath. He wiped the sweat from his forehead and the blood from his mouth.

"You have indeed improved a lot in such a short time, it's terrifying." Alex stood over Meruem looking down on him.

Alex's appearance has changed a lot. His eyes were silver, and his aura was white and blue. He is in his Ultra Instinct form.

Meruem looked at Alex, unable to believe what he had just witnessed.

Meruem kept repeatedly trying to kick and punch Alex, but Alex always managed to dodge his attacks with pure ease. Not once, was Meruem even close to touching a single hair on Alex's body.

Alex was testing out his new transformations. He has already tried out the Super Saiyan forms, Kai-o Ken, and now he was testing his Ultra Instinct.

He felt sorry for Meruem, because Alex was just WAY too overpowered.

But with merely a few hours of practice, Meruem was a completely different being. Alex smiled brightly, he did indeed make a good decision to recruit him. If it were Chrollo, it would be more difficult to train him.

"What the hell are you exactly?" Even after all this time, Meruem did not feel hatred or anything like that for Alex.

If anything, Meruem only felt a tremendous amount of respect for the man standing in front of him.

"That's a good question. I am part human, fairy, shinigami, cultivator, hollow, demon, immortal, a god(infinity stones), a saiyan, that's about it." He was telling the truth.

Meruem only knew like 2 of those things, the rest he had no idea what they were.

"At this rate, it is going to take us too long for you to reach the power level of the others. So let's speed things up a bit."

Alex showed the back of his hand, it wasn't the infinity stones, it was a tattoo of a black dragon. This was the symbol and prove that he is the ruler of Purgatory.

When Alex was in the Seven Deadly Sin world, he disconnected the path between Hawk and Purgatory and gave it to himself.

And after defeating the Demon King of said world, Alex was now the owner of Purgatory. He can enter any time he wants, or even trap people inside Purgatory.

The reason why he never used it till now, was because there was no reason to use it. And besides, he doesn't have fond memories of Purgatory other than the twins.

If they enter this world, time will be faster in Purgatory, because one minute in the real world equals 1 year in Purgatory.

Plus with the time stone, Alex can make it that one second in the real world could be 1000 years in Purgatory.

"This is gonna suck, but there is no choice." Alex activated the tattoo on his hand and they both disappeared from Earth.

They appeared in Purgatory, Alex was all too familiar with this world since he spend over 1000 years in it.

"Where are we?" Meruem had no clue about the world they were in. And the area seemed to not affect him at all.

"This is the perfect training ground for you. We can spend 1000 years here and we would only be gone for a second in the real world."

"Are you saying that it's gonna take me 1000 years to reach your level?"

"My level? No, that could never happen… but you might be the second strongest Commandment by then." Alex had no doubts for Meruem's ability to evolve.

True to his word, Meruem might become the third or second strongest Commandment currently if Alex were to be his sensei.

Alex never used this training method on Mihawk or the others, because there was no need to. Eating souls was the easiest, fastest and most efficient way to power up.

Alex was lucky enough to teleport to the world of MGA, considering how strong and how many people lived in that world, the majority of them were douchebags so nobody cares if they died.

But, Alex does not have any plans to visit another wuxia world, because his plans involve fighting Saitama and he cannot wait another minute for that to happen.

His ultimate plan is to fight the strongest there is, and there is only one world he can think of that has the strongest people in the multiverse, and that world is naturally Dragon Ball Super and One Punch Man.

Alex does not know if Goku, the Gods of Destruction, or even the angels were as strong or stronger than Saitama. There was only one way to find out.

Taking the fact that he has not only Purgatory under his Command, but also the time stone, he is going to abuse it for Meruem's sake. It was like a better version of the Hyperbolic time chamber.

"Second strongest? Not bad." Meruem could not wait to see that happen. He has never met the other Commandments yet, but he can only imagine just how strong they must be.

Alex took a mental note who the last 2 Commandments will be. He already has plans to recruit the last Commandment, but that will be a surprise for a later date.

Before all this, Alex did not have plans to recruit Meruem at all, because Meruem was merely a surprise and he also had no idea that he even existed until now. He was indeed very glad that he met Meruem, because he would have a lot of trouble recruiting a suitable Commandment.

There was one problem only, and that was recruiting the 9th Commandment. Who should it be? Alex could not think of someone else.

As for Chrollo, Alex decided that maybe it was for the best if he did not recruit him. Chrollo might be strong and have powerful abilities, but Chrollo can only steal nen based abilities. And as far Alex knows, there are not many worlds that have Nen. And Alex is not going to these other worlds, just so they could waste their time so Chrollo can take his sweet time to steal other people's abilities.

Something inside him told Alex that he will find the next Commandment, he just has to be patient. Until that happens, he will train Meruem to become one of the strongest in the multiverse. The rest of the Commandments are already powerful, there was no need to train them.

"I wonder who it will be..."

Meanwhile...

Someone in the One Punch Man world sneezed.

"Achoo! Who is talking about me?" He was an 18 year old man, with yellow eyes, long spiky hair, that made him look like a young wolf. He wiped his snot with his long sleeve and proceeded to keep walking down a busy street.

Unknown to him, his life was going to change.
