Days turned to a few weeks, and the world was still in chaos, but at least there were several spots of hope and safety in the world.
During this time, more and more refugees had found the various bases.
The Capitol base became one of the most stable strongholds with Kylo's leadership. While they had witnessed the most number of upgraded zombies, they also saw the greatest incline in strength because of the fights.
This, partnered with the plasma guns they bought from Hugo—something most would not have access to—caused the base to be the top targeted places to settle in.
Every day, hundreds of refugees piled in, and no matter how skilled Kylo was, things would be very bad for many citizens without Khalifa and Hugo's support.
