"We haven't seen his initials anywhere," McQueen said.
"I think we keep this quiet until we're sure it's him. We'll have the residents scared out of their minds if word gets out that he's back." Gerard was shaking his head in disgust.
"Do you remember which precinct handled that case?" she asked.
A low groan released in Gerard's throat. "I don't, but something tells me it was under Reamer's command."
"Funny, I don't remember that," Jess said. "Well, that's good because we won't have to waste time trying to find out who handled the case."
Gerard shook his head. "This guy is clever. I think it's been about five years since anyone has heard from him, plus his killing spree that spanned over five years, this is one clever serial killer. Do you know about him, McQueen?
"We studied the case in the academy, but I don't remember all the details."
