Kahlan stepped out of the bathroom clean and neat, before she could apply lotion on her body her phone rang. Picking up her phone, she smiled seeing the caller "Kay! don't tell me you are still in bed?!" before Kahlan could say anything, she heard a shriek from the other end of the call. Taking the phone away from her ear she hissed "can you not shout whenever you call me, your voice is loud Mia" The cheery Mia wasn't affected by Kahlan's rebuke, she continued "oh your voice doesn't sound like you have just woken up! hahaha! that's good....very good" Kahlan was speechless, this girl has gone crazy. "what do you want anyway, I have to meet someone" she said with a smile, sitting on the bed. "oh you are meeting someone, who is that... Have you forgotten we are to meet with the girls today to have fun" Mia fell silent before screaming again "Hope you are not meeting that scumbag!!!!" "what scumbag Mia! At the other side Mia had just dropped her phone sulking "what's wrong Mia? she's meeting with Leo?" A young man in his early twenties with a strong Italian accent said by her side. "Yes cousin! Can you imagine that! That damned man has been making Kahlan cry for the past two weeks. She went to his house to find him but was chased by the butler. Gosh! I'm so angry!" The man frowned, he knew Kahlan she was going to meet him...she was head over heels in love with him. His heart clenched as sadness washed over him, Everytime he felt he had a chance Leo always appeared spoiling things for him. "Cousin!
