Father has called an emergency meeting between all the major crime families in Vale. I have tried to convince Father of a peace treaty with the spider, but he just said he would explain everything to everyone today about what's happening. I just hope that we will be okay.

This was just a normal night in Vale. People were talking and having fun in the commercial district, drinking in bars; some were just getting out of work and heading home, and some wanted to go dancing at the newest club recently opened called the Club, but what people didn't know is that at the back of the club, black cars with tinted black windows were arriving one by one inside the storage garage. Once inside, people with unique black suits and red ties were getting out, but you could see some people with different suits getting out and being led out to a private room inside the club.

They are here: the major families of Vale, Don fugō in charge of weapons trafficking in Vale,

madam Abigail Jones in charge of assassinations in vale, Dio Brando owner of most illegal gambling dens and also owner of the biggest legal casino in vale, Izaya Orihara in charge of human and faunus trafficking on vale this guy probably the most hatred out of everyone in this meeting and the last family rias Gremory in charge of all prostitutes in vale the only reason why we are able to keep hold of them and not having a civil war is cause all the black mail and our crazy number of gangsters we have in our command and yes we are in charge of information and drugs in vale which is one of the reason why we are so power is that we don't let anyone in the drugs businesses which means we hold all the monopoly in here and the information helps in keep everyone in check.

"Sir, the meeting is about to start; you should be there to show your presence to the other leaders of the families."

Snapping Junior of his thoughts, is Tony, making Junior nod in agreement and follow the rest of the leaders into the private room to prepare for a secret meeting between all parties. Once inside, he sees all the leaders already sitting down in their own seats, made especially for them to accommodate their stay. Junior decided to do the right thing and start greeting all the leaders one by one until he got into his seat next to his father's seat at the end of the table.

"So, junior, any idea why your father suddenly wants to go to war with the spiders?"

Junior looks at the person speaking to him in the eyes, which turn out to be Izaya

"I'm sorry, I'm not allowed to speak about it until my father explains it to you himself."

Izaya just hums in understanding like the rest of the heads of the families that were listening to the conversation until Fugō grabs everyone's attention when he starts speaking in a calm and a little bit of excited voice.

"Well, in my opinion, we should go to war. It's starting to get boring just manning businesses all day."

"Oh, shut up, fugō all you care about is how much Lien this war is going to make for you; we all know that you don't win that much money in peaceful times."

"Abi, please, I'm just bored; that's all Lien, not all I care about; it's not like I'm Dio or anything."

dio raised an eyebrow at the small attack he received in their small fight.

"What is that supposed to mean, Fugō You think I'm all about Lien? I don't think you remember how I got to this position, do you?"

"If you mean how you killed your own brother for greed, then yes, I do."

"Then I recommend you shut up; you might end up like him."

Just when Fugō was about to respond to dio's threat, the door to the room opens, making everyone in the room look at the door to see who opened, revealing Lord Xiong the current most powerful crime boss, in vale, making everyone shut up and stand up in respect to the man.
