The Stone Monkey

The 5 teammates as well as Omo sat in the room together. They were busy talking about a strategy for the next game. Despite not being participants Yukiko and Hagone offered to give suggestions while Arthur hid in the corner of the room. Omo then spoke out,

"Let's look at the opponents in the arena first. The most dangerous among them is definitely Haoran."

Akumu asked, "The Orange-haired one?"

Yukiko then said, "He's the son of Ling Ailun the current emperor of China. I heard that his older brother competed in a previous tournament, but when he lost against Owari he got banished out of his country."

"Does that mean he could face the same punishment?", Akumu asked.

"I don't think he would be interested in losing another heir", Omo added.

"But if there is one thing I do know about him, it's that he is strong. When I went to go storm their lobby the other day he was completely relaxed."

Yumeno then shouted, "You did What?"

The two began to argue front and back so the group ultimately decided to continue the conversation without them.

"That could be troublesome Ken", Ken added.

Akumu, "What about the others?"

Hikaru then stated, "I heard that the redhead guy from the Korean team doesn't possess an innate technique. But he is an attribute user like Akumu."

Then Akumu asked Ken, "Will you be alright tomorrow?"

Ken then replied, "Don't worry Aniki, You can always bet on me."

The Next day the arena was once again packed and filled with people.

[Frosty Whipp] ARE YOU ALL READY FOR THE FINALE ROUND??!??!!??!?!?!?!??!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!!?!?!?!?!??!?!??!?!??!??!?!??!?!!?!

The crowd once again responds,

"YES WE ARE"

A blue holographic screen once again illuminates the center of the arena. It displayed 4 towers all of which were 3 meters in diameter. They all towered above the sky even poking out of the clouds and touching space. It truly was a sight of beauty. That is when Tyrece began to explain,

"The last game for the half of this round is called, Tipping Tower. The goal is to make the enemy fall off their own tower while staying in the sky. Every 30 seconds you will receive a random item to help contribute towards that goal. The most common items are the platform and shield while the most uncommon is the blaster. The platforms allow one to move closer to the enemy every turn, while the shield grants you immunity from the blaster for one turn. If you're hit by the blaster twice you lose the round. There is a fourth item that has an incredibly rare chance of dropping This game was specially designed to be long and drawn out so the audience wouldn't be disappointed again."

Frosty Whipp took over the mic and shouted,

"AND WITH THAT LET TAKE START THE NEXT GAME"

"IN THE AMERICAN CORNER WE HAVE, WILL FREDRICK"

He wore was bald. That was it. Not much could be said about the man. He didn't stand out that much nor did he fit in. He was just an anomaly.

"IN THE KOREAN CORNER WE HAVE, JUNGHOOK GON-ILL"

Like his name suggested he was the 4th member of the gon-ill brothers and like the first that came before him, he had made the girls scream their heads off for him. His dyed red hair was complimented with the black cross earring that he only had on his left ear. He wore a multitude of black rings that contrasted with his again blinding white outfit.

"IN THE JAPANESE TEAM WE HAVE DOJIMA KEN"

Only a small section of the crowd cheered for him. It was his gang that came all the way from the school just to watch him in person. they all shouted,

"GO BOSS"

Frosty Whipp shouted at them to shut up before continuing,

"AND FINALLY IN THE CHINESE CORNER, THE NEXT EMPEROR OF CHINA

LING HAORAN"

There was no laughter nor any kind of excitement for the guy. There was only the sound of forced clapping as if they were all scared of something, it wasn't Haoran.

The four were all teleported onto one of their own towers. Before the match even started will immediately began to throw up over the edge. It turned out that he had a great fear of heights.

The display began to count down

"3...2...1... GO"

A random item was then dropped into each of the competitor's hands. In Kens's hand, he received a shield-like object while Junghook and Will received a plate-like object. Haoran in his hand possessed a gun.

Both Junghook and Will place their platforms towards Ken. Haoron looked at his blaster and then declared,

"I don't need these trinkets to win."

He dropped his weapon over the edge before glaring at Ken.

After another 30 seconds passed the American and Korean both received the blaster. Once again the both targeted Ken, out of fear of the Chinese prince. Ken successfully blocked one of the blasts with the shield but the other hit him putting it at 2 more shots left.

Ken then explained, "My innate technique lets me inverse probability. If the game is all about luck, then I will always win."

A red blinding light spawned over his head blinding everyone on the towers. Leonie then shouted over the mic,

"IT IS THE NEVER SEEN BEFORE MYTHICAL ITEM."

The item slowly fell into Ken's hands as its glow dimmed. It was revealed to be a thermonuclear bomb.

He throws it into the middle of all the towers setting it off as it explodes. Its explosion destroys all three of the opposing towers causing its inhabitants to plummet towards the ground.

But surprisingly Haoran conjures a clear white cloud that carries him away from the ground. The other two fall towards the bottomless abyss putting them both in the last place. Haoran and Ken had a stare-off while talking,

Haoran smirked while stating, "This cursed tool of mine is the Flying Nimbus cloud. It grants me the ability of flight. As long as I'm on here I don't have to worry about falling to the ground below. You however are limited to that skinny tower."

Ken simply replied, "You may or may not be right. But being so high must mean you can freely run away from all your problems?"

Haoran thought about the question. But he didn't bother giving a response.

More items were then split between the two. A flashing gold light shocked the audience as this time leorie would then shout,

"A GOLDEN LEGENDARY ITEM?? WHAT KIND OF LUCK DOES THIS MAN HAVE."

The item is then revealed to be an extravagant rocket launcher. Ken then said,

"Even if you possess the means to fly, you still have a certain number of hits that you can take!"

The RPG possessed the ability to instantly KO any enemy. Ken aims the weapon at the only other opponent and prepares to fire.

But just as quickly as it falls into his hands he also loses it just as fast. A long gold and red stick knocks the weapon out of his hands and into the abyss below.

Haoran then mocks him, "Is that all?"

The audience was flabbergasted as to where he was hiding such a long weapon.

Haoran then grabs the stick with both hands and swings it at Ken as hard as he could. Ken attempts to grab onto the weapon but the stick quickly retracts away from him. The weapon then hits him in the left shoulder pushing him off the tower completely.

Ken succumbs to the abyss leaving his team in 2nd place.

[Frosty Whipp] AND THAT IS THE END OF THE FINALE HALF FOLKS

The following points then flashed on the display

china - 13 points

Japan - 7 points

Korea - 6 points

America - 5 points

Leorie then shouts over the mic,

"China is winning with an overwhelming 13 points. Almost double than the second place Japan. Will they be able to catch up?"

Feeling exhausted might go on break
