Battle Royal?

2 weeks had now passed.

The group was completely different. They were no longer wearing the traditional uniform like everyone at the school. They all sported a long black jacket that reached down just below their waist. Dojima of course was wearing it on his shoulders exposing a plain white shirt with the battle kanji written on it. The jackets contain their school's logo on their left arm.

The group being guided by Omo was preparing to leave for the Tokyo airport. He then shouted,

"I think everyone is here? We are going to be taken to the Tokyo airport for the flight. The plane will then take us to Moscow Russia where the tournament will be held. Since we will all be there on a sorcerer visa we are to strictly remain on the route prepared for us. Do you guys understand?"

All four of them shouted at the top of their lungs,

"YES, SIR!"

They all boarded the coach and began to leave the school. In the distance, Akumu could see Hagone and Yukiko seeing them off as they left. That's when he noticed something was off.

As he counted again to check how many people there were on the bus he asked the heart-stopping question,

"Where is Hikaru?"

Someone behind them began to scream. He was still wearing the normal uniform while chasing the bus. It was Hikaru.

"WAIT FOR ME, I WOKE UP LATE"

A Couple of hours later

A jet lands in a foreign country before slowly parking in the flight line. A bunch of media and cameras were being pointed toward the Jet's main entrance. Its doors swung open to reveal a largely shirtless male man with lots of hair on his chest. He exited the jet first before a multitude of students followed behind him.

The cameras began flashing their lights while pointing at the group. This was the first time the world saw the Japanese Team for the tournament.

The group was guided by the Russian intelligence services to their hotel. This was the place they would stay for the foreseeable future. To either Win or go home that is what they were here for now.

The next day

An alarm went off in the middle of the night. Confused they all get up except for the sleeping Hikaru. Akumu tries to leave his room but is surprised to find that his door is locked from the outside. He prepares to destroy it but that is when the floor opens up from the bottom and swallows him up. They all fall into a dark pit and find themselves slumped on the floor of a colosseum even grander than the one at Jujutsu Tech.

In it sat 3 other groups that seemed to arrive earlier than the rest of the group. In one corner were a group of men dressed in pure white. In the other, was a group that wasn't even wearing any matching uniform, oddly though there was a bear present among them. And finally, there was the oddly dressed corner. They were clearly dressed in traditional Chinese attire making identifying them incredibly easy.

Even among the Chinese members, there was a certain orange-haired boy who emitted a pressure that could be felt by all three teams. This guy was without a doubt the strongest person in the room.

The bleachers were filled with people of different races and nationalities. That is when a speaker began to play,

"After the appearance of cursed energy, faith in the Olympics greatly declined. Thanks to the wars caused by the appearance of cursed energy and Tengen in the last 100 years, sports almost lost their place in the world. However, the multi-billionaire Stew F Gerald had a dream. A fighting competition to see which country possessed to strongest sorcerers. Eventually, this evolved into the international curse tournament which is present today."

The arena roared in excitement as the media center opened up atop the middle of the stage. Magically hovering above everyone. In it sat three people who would act as commentators and judges for the games.

In the far end sat a bald black man with no eyebrows donning a plain blue suit, in front of him sat a title card named, Tyrece Kobe. On the far left was a blonde-haired woman, also wearing a plain but light green suit, in front of her too laid a title card with the name of Leonie Grace. In the middle, however, was a strangely dressed person. Its gender was hard to tell as they wore a plain blue top and the head of a snowman? They wore a large blue hat that was divided into two pieces. They too had a title card named, Frosty Whipp.

The snowman began to shout into the microphone,

"RISE AND SHINE, WE KNOW YOU WERE BROUGHT HERE A LITTLE EARLY BECAUSE SOMEONE COULDN'T WAIT ANOTHER DAY, THE PEOPLE GOT A LITTLE TOO IMPATIENT."

His sense of humor was very unfunny nobody laughed at a single one of his jokes. The amount of cringe he created was enough to wake up the still-sleeping Hikaru.

Leonie Then took over his mic,

"We wanted to get the game going so we're going to start with a surprise round. Each team must pick one member to battle in the arena. All 4 opponents will fight until there is only one person left. There will only be 5 minutes on the clock so good luck. The higher you place in this round the more points you gain. Losing the first round gives you no points

Akumu talked to his team for a little.

[Yumeno] Hikaru should fight in this round.

Akumu confused asked why.

Yumeno then gave a perfectly reasonable explanation,

"Dojimas's abilities are only good for 1 on 1 situations he won't operate greatly in this match, the same goes for Taori here. As for me, my Techniques take too long to charge and operate. But you are our trump card, you work perfectly in all situations if they find out about you now the enemy will plan for you in the future. This is all just my speculation though."

Ken wasn't worried about who joined the fight right now he trusted his little brother with the decision, the same was said for Taori so the final say went to Akumu. Thinking about it carefully the reluctant Hikaru was forced into the Japanese corner for their team.

The announcer Frosty then shouted on the mic,

"IN THE AMERICAN CORNER WE HAVE THE GUNSLINGER ANDREW MARSHALL."

He wore a simple but outdated cowboy outfit equipped with two fancy white revolvers. He was obscenely tall for his age.

"IN THE KOREAN CORNER, WE HAVE HONG GON-ILL"

Like the rest of his group, he wore a shining white suit that almost blinded anyone who looked his way. Differently from everyone, the crowd screamed his name. He appeared to be a well-known figure in his country and to even some foreigners.

"IN THE JAPANESE CORNER, WE HAVE HIRITOSHI HIKARU."

Nervous from all the attention he was getting, his legs began to shake. The sight of him reminded Akumu of Hagone when the two first met.

"AND IN THE LAST CHINESE CORNER IS, LUO XIANG"

She had unique purple hair tied up in two buns. Her outfit in contrast to her hair was a bright yellow covered in extravagant flower patterns.

The 4 stood in each end of their own corner. The massive screen above the judges displayed a timer that began to count down. The judges and the audience shouted,

"3.. 2.. 1.. FIGHTTTT"
