Ch.43 A Little Trolling(2)

Opening my eyes I look around and see that I am currently sleeping on my bed. Standing up a little I stretch my body.

Yawnnn!

It seems I had fallen asleep in Aunt Ruri's embrace, well my intense training schedule may have contributed to it.

Jumping out of the bed I look outside the window.. Hmm, looking at the sunlight I can safely say that I woke up quite early.

Growllll!

Someone seems a little angry, I think to myself as I feel my stomach rumbling, I guess not eating after all that training can be quite taxing on the body.

Throwing the clothes off my body I storm toward the bathroom, let's get this quickly done with so that I can enjoy some food.

Washing myself as fast as I physically can I take a towel, drying myself I walk out of the bathroom in all my glory and rush toward the wardrobe as I take out a new set of clothes.

Changing into the new set of clothes I give myself a look in the mirror and seeing that there are no problems with my look I leave the room.

Ordering a maid outside to clean my room I rush toward the dining room.

After all, I have lots of things to do today, as today is the day all my hard work will pay off. Today is the day I will make Agni and Sir Vayu confess.

Enjoying a hearty meal I walk toward the training ground, after all this is the place he spends his morning training my sister and me.

Entering the training ground I look around, there is no one on the normal training grounds... it seems my plans are already in motion.

Clang!

As I approach our private training ground I can hear the sound of swords clashing and listening to its frequency I can safely say that My Sister and Ruby are currently sparring against each other.

It seems I was right as I can see both of them sparring against each other, walking toward Sir Vayu who is looking at me after sensing my appearance.

I can see a plethora of emotions in his eyes, this is most likely due to the talk he had with Aunt Ruri.

"Good morning, Sir Vayu."

I greet him as I smile a little, breaking out of the thoughts he was having he also greets me back.

"Yes, good morning Neo."

"Sorry, I am a little late."

I ask for his forgiveness as I rub my head, well I enjoyed the food too much.. so I guess it is worth it.

"Ah, Don't worry... you are not that late anyway. Plus you must have been tired."

He says as he smiles at me and rubs my hair. He will be a good father I can clearly tell.

With my arrival, the battle between Ruby and Alicia also ends as Ruby makes a "mistake" which allows Alicia to win.

"I guess I lost again."

She says with a loud voice as she let goes of her greatsword, my sister although a little confused by her behavior doesn't voice anything out.

"Ah!, yes sir Vayu I have something important to tell you."

I yell out loud as I get everybody's attention, Sir Vayu looks at me with confusion, Ruby has a knowing look, and My sister Alicia has an intrigued face.

I look in their direction and signal them to leave, Ruby understands my intention in an instant and grabs my sister's hands.

"We have something to do, we should go for now."

She says in a cheerful voice as she looks at my sister, although a little confused by her action she follows along with her play.

Nodding he head she says.

"Yes, let's go."

But before leaving she gives me the look that tells me she wants an explanation for this. Nodding to that I smile at her.

She turns her face in the other direction and walks out with Ruby.. although she acts cold with me for some reason his natural curiosity is also high.

So I guess that part of her won this time.

Sir Vayu looks at our behavior but doesn't say anything and just stares at me silently.

After seeing that they have left I focus my attention back to Sir Vayu.

"This topic is related to Agni."

I directly cut the meat of the pie without playing any facade. Hearing my words his face turns a little serious but he still stays silent letting me continue my words.

"I will keep it simple.. Agni has asked my help in confessing to you."

I say those words with the straightest face possible, well even though this word is a lie for now. Well, if I had waited a little it would have become truth.

So, why I am telling this lie.. well it's simple.. after all waiting around isn't that fun. Plus who doesn't like to see the world burn a little?

Plus their reaction will be priceless after they learn about this even years down the line.

HAHAH, I can't wait to see their face.

Hearing my words he takes some time to process it and as if broken he remains frozen without even showing a little movement.

After a while he gets his focus back as he takes a deep breath, his face is a little flushed red but he is less reactive than I thought he would be.

I guess the words of your sister-in-law really does wonders.

"Is this True?"

He asks in a small but firm voice, his face more serious than ever.

"Do I have a reason to lie to you?"

I say... though I do.. after all, you can't fault me for trying to have some fun. Plus I think I earned this after all I am the one matchmaking you guys.

"I see."

He says as he becomes silent again becoming lost in his thought.

"She says she will be waiting for you in the flower garden."

I continue my words without stopping.

"I know you love her so this will be a success no matter what, but since you have made her wait for so long don't you think you should do something special."

Hearing my words he turns his head down a little not refuting me, I guess he also knows how much of an idiot he is. Anyway, after hearing my last words he looks at me in confusion.

"So, you should confess to her before she gets a chance to confess to you."

I say to him in a firm and commanding tone, he nods his head without thinking.

"Good, now go prepare yourself. And get your dream girl."

I say as I pat his thigh, after all, I am not tall enough to reach his shoulders.

"Understood."

He says, well more like shouts out as he leaves the training ground in a rush.

"All according to Plan, Hehehe."

I mutter as I start to laugh out loud, a laugh filled to the brim with evilness.

Suddenly I felt the gaze of two people, My sister, and Ruby... I stop myself and turn to face them.

Looking at the faces they are giving I can't help but want to dig a hole and bury myself there.
