I, the person telling this story, was dropped by a big metal gate into the middle of this exciting scene. It was 4 PM, and the city was buzzing. I love anime, and this place looked amazing - everything was in booths, waiting to be explored. A catchy song from a show called "Bakemonogatari" played in my head, making everything feel even more fun.
But then, my stomach growled super loud, ruining my good mood. I didn't want to whine in front of everyone, so I acted cool. Just like magic, a booth selling fried octopus balls (takoyaki) appeared in front of me, with a bright sign in Japanese.
The man selling the food wasn't happy though. He was asleep with a big mustache like Mario! I tried to wake him up nicely, but he didn't hear me. Just when I gave up, he yelled and almost fell off his chair.
