sona and rias and their peerages arrived bright an early when the knocked on the door my butler jerome answered them and showed them to the dining room

"ah good we will eat then be on our way have you eaten" i asked they shook their heads

"well then your welcome to join us i should warn you though prepare yourselves i will not be going easy on you" i said sona and rias nodded

after they ate they went out to the field behind the manor that was used as their training grounds

"branch off into your assigned sections" i called and they did as they were told and went to start training i led sona and rias to an area of grass

"alright this is your last warning once we start i am not stopping until i am satisfied no matter your protests" i said

"we aren't backing out" rias said and sona nodded

"alright then this is how it will work i will train one of you until i am satisfied then switch off and we will come here after school everyday until i am satisfied they nodded seriously

"who's first" i asked

"i'll go first" rias said

"you sure" i asked she nodded

"alright get on the ground" i said and she did getting into a standard push-up position

"sona i want you to start jogging and not stop until i tell you to" i said sona nodded

"this is how it's gonna work i am gonna give the command up you push up and then hold until i say down are you ready" i asked

"yes" rias said i placed my foot firmly on her back

"what are you doing get off me" she said

"up" i commanded ignoring her she dutifly pushed herself up and held herself there

"down" i said and she lowered herself

"after five push-ups i am gonna begin to add start pressing down so this is your final warning are you sure you want to continue" i asked even though she didn't like my foot pressed on her back she was adamant about proving herself

"yes" she said i nodded

"up" i commanded and she pushed up

"down" i said and she lowered herself we did this three more times then i began to add weight continuing her training until she eventually collapsed but i ignored her exhaustion

"up" i said she tried to push herself up but couldn't her arms were killing her this was truly endurance training she tried again

"i can't" she said

"you haven't even got to stage three" i said i had warned her that this wouldn't be easy and her face transformed upon hearing that

"up" i commanded once more this time with bit more force as i added slightly more pressure onto her back just enough to make her uncomfortable

"if you don't push up we are done and i will never train you again" i said i knew i was being harsh but this was the best way to get stronger and this was what she wanted slowly she began to push herself up holding there at full height i waited a moment maid sure she didn't collapse

"down" i said and she slowly lowered herself

"up" i said and she rose

"down" she lowered herself although exhausted she persevered which was the point of this training it was to go beyond we continued until lunch when i removed my foot from her back and her arms collapsed completely

"we are done for the day" i said and she looked worried

"just for today we will continue training however i also need to give sona my attention" i said rias sighed in relief and nodded slowly rising to her aching feet

"come on let's go eat" i said she nodded as we had lunch i asked for a status report and most of sona's pieces went first most of them also weren't in the best of shape the only ones that were was the rooks but even they had a ways to go

"alright switch off those of you who only have to teach one person you can decide weather training continues or is done for the day at the end of the day me and momo will demonstrate we you will be able to do once this training is done" i said momo nodded

after lunch we went back out to continue

"are you ready sona" i asked she nodded and got on the ground without me having to say anything just like rias i placed my foot firmly on sona's back unlike rias sona kept silent about it

"we will do five push-ups then i am gonna start adding pressure when i say up you go up and wait until i say down then you go down and wait until i say up" i said sona nodded in understanding

"ready" i asked

"ready" she said

"up" i commanded she lifted herself

"down" i said she lowered herself

"up" i said and so the first five went by and i began to add pressure at first she felt like she was gonna buckle but then she surprised me as the more push-ups we did the more surprised i became as she didn't get tired at all

"i am gonna start applying more pressure are you ready" i said

"yes" sona said and i began to push down harder but it barely affected sona and she continued to do push-ups eventually dinner came and i was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed by what sona showed me

"i'm very proud of you you have done way better than i expected" i said she smiled and kissed me

"thank you" she said

at dinner same thing happened as lunch my peerage reported that most of the pieces were still at mid stage two after the report i stood

"i want to congratulate sona as she has surpassed my expectations entirely not only completing stage two but close to stage three as well she may surpass even those within my peerage soon and that is something we should all praise" i said my and sona's peerage gave sona a round of applause and i sat down and i noticed rias's downtrodden expression

"rias if you put in the effort i promise to get you to sona's level but you can't give up alright" i said she looked at me her sad expression gone she wanted to stand by her friend and her fiance when i said these words she resolved herself to get to that level

"i won't" she said

"good now how are our friendly neighborhood perverts doing" i asked

"while saji is most definitely a pervert he knows how to control himself and act properly" sienna said

"hyoudou is not all he cared about was my body there were multiple times where i buried his head under my foot" sakura said in disgust

"that's fine if he takes it too far bring him to me i will kill him personally" i said sakura nodded

"now what am i gonna do with asia" i said in thought

"she needs basic PE and lots of it before even considering joining our training program she is as you said a twig with no muscle to speak of" momo said

"i agree rias she is your bishop it's your priority" i said rias nodded

"i'll get her started" rias said

"good tomorrow we will continue" i said
