"Sarawat, please listen to me.....it's not what you are thinking."

"Sarawat....... Sarawat....."

"What... What is there to listen Tine... Everything is over.... I can't take it Tine... It's hurt like hell!!!! I am done with you... I..I am breaking up with you..."

"Just listen to me..."

"Stop your bullshit Tine!!! I am just tired of your lies. From when did you start to betray me."

Tine is crying and also wants tell Sarawat truth, but Sarawat just misunderstanding everything.

"Sarawat, I was not lying..... it ju...just..."

"It just what Tine.... You are just... just more loose than I thought.!!!"

Tine just slapped hard Sarawat's cheek. It just made Tine so angry. How could Sarawat think like that about Tine. They loves eachother so much. So how could this situation turn this way...

Tine could not bare to even see Sarawat face. He just run away from there with crying so much.....( It's a dream )...🙂🙂🙂

I just woke up with jerk. It took atleast 5 min to calm myself. This is not new to me. Since childhood, I am having this kind of dreams. It always scares me sometimes. Sometimes, I even cry in my dreams. I don't know why this is happening to me.

I just went out of my bed to fresh up. When I saw myself in the mirror, there were tears in my eyes. I think so again I cried in my dreams. I just forget it and went to see my phone weather is there any calls or message. From today, my 2nd year is going to begin and being in medical faculty, it always makes me tired at end of the day. Sometimes I even think that why the hell I decided to become a doctor. But now I don't have any option and just continue this for more 5 years.

I just look at my clock and its say 7:45 AM. SHITTTT!!!!! I can't be late on my first day as sophomore. I started to get ready to go to my college. Let's see how this year will become a memory to me.....

I reached my college at 8:15 AM. Thank Godd, I still have 5 min before the class start. Luckily, it's just 10 min walk from my college to my dorm. When I reached my class, I saw my 3 stupid childhood friends: Singto, Gun and New sitting and talking about random stuffs. I reached at my sit and sat next to Singto. New and Gun were sitting infront of us.

"Good Morning Guys..!!" I greeted my friends showing my bunny teeth smile.

"Hey Win!! What took you late?" said New.

"Don't tell that when I missed called you, you were locking your dorm room." Singto said.

"No.... Not at all!!! When you called me, then I just woke up at that time." I said with a smile.

"You Bastard!!! You will never gonna change.... my friend." Gun said.

Then suddenly, Gun asked me, "Hey Win!! You're eyes are red... Did something happen."

I just huffed and become silent.

"Did you again dream about them." Singto asked.

"Hmmm..." Just what came from my lips.

"Don't worry my buddy, everything will be fine... Trust me..." New said making me relaxed.

Then suddenly, Professor enter the class which made us to stop our talk and concentrate in our study. The class continue for 2 hrs. Everyone were tired except we 4 boys. Everyone calls or we are know as The Wild Doctor Gang in the faculty. Actually, we all wanted to become doctor and we decided when we were in 4th grade.

I vividly remember that day of my school. When my teacher asked me what is my ambition. I answer her that I wanted to become a doctor. At the very second, the other 3 friends of mine stand up and said that they too want to become doctor.

When teacher asked the reason behind their ambition, then Singto gave answer which made me in cloud nine.

"Win wants to become a doctor and we all friends promised each other that we will always stay together and be friends forever, so we all will become a doctor too." Singto answer my teacher.

My other 2 best friends also answer the same. Whenever I think of that moment, It always makes me happy and think that I am so lucky to have them as a friends.

"Hey asshole Win!!!" New shouted under my ears.

"Huh!!!... What??" I asked.

"Are you okay?" Singto asked.

"Yes.... Why... What happen??" I said.

"That's the same question I am asking. What happen?". Gun asked.

"Nothing.... But can you tell me what's happening. Why did you suddenly shout. I am confused." I said.

"We have been calling and shaking you for 10 minutes. You were not responding us so I shouted." New answered me.

"Ohh!!!! I am sorry.... I am okay.... Just thinking about that day when our teacher asked us about our ambition.'' I said.

"OHKK!!!" New said.

"So let's go to our next class." Gun said.

"OKAY.'' We all reply together and went to our class.
