7-Poisoned knife

Ava's POV

It was.. Adrien.

I did not expect that he would come. But, here he is..

Adrien: I told you to wait..

Me: I know but you know you were kinda uh all surrounded so I thought..

Adrien: Don't think by yourself about such stuff.. if I say it then I sincerely mean it.

Me: I.. Okay..Let's go.

He directed me to the direction of a black car..

He opened the door for me and I sat down next to the driver's seat and then he hopped in the driver's seat too.

And then we started to head to the hospital

Adrien: What is your name though?

Ava: Oh right.. I forgot to introduce myself.. I am Ava Bennett.

Adrien: Even though you might know.. let me introduce myself anyway.. I am Adrien Rose.

*both smiling*

Then suddenly....

I felt the world spinning.

Me: Ad-

*ring* *ring*

Adrien: Give me a min

And as soon as someone in the call said something he said that he's heading to the hospital and then turns a bit towards me after ending the call and asks..

Adrien: Are you okay? You don't feel anything strange do you?

Me: I do

Adrien: sh*t.. I'll speed up and try not to sleep.

Me: But what happened?

Adrien: Xander called and said that police found a trace of poison on the knife using which they hit you.. you cannot fall asleep... Actually.. Do not fall asleep.

Me: I feel drowsy..

Adrien: We are almost there. Just keep talking to me.

Me: Ad-

And with that I couldn't open my eyes anymore.

Adrien: hey hey.. don't fall asleep.*brushing my cheeks with his thumb* We are almost there.
