The lost troop

Jerome and everyone was going full speed ahead. Night was about to fall among them very soon.

Summer was the only one behind everyone, she hadn't said a word all day.

"What's wrong with you?" Jade asked.

"Nothing."

"We're taking a break here." Jerome yelled out.

"We'll set up here for 30 minutes." Xavier added.

Everyone got off their horses and sat in a circle.

Jerome noticed Summer not talking among the group. She had her head down and was playing with the dirt.

"What's your problem?!" Asked Frost.

"Your my problem." She snapped.

Frost got to his feet and stared at her.

"If you have a problem with someone, you should always address that problem." Frost said.

Summer got up also.

"You wanna know something?"

"What?"

"You are really starting to piss me off, Frost."

"Yea? Then how about you do something about it!?" Frost asked.

Summer's eyes glowed green again.

"Both of you stop!" Xavier yelled.

"No. If she wants to be a pain in my ass then let her." Frost said.

"Both of you shut up and calm down." Jerome ordered.

Both of them say back down.

"We're on a mission that's very important to Udo, I'm not gonna let two weak rats ruin it for me." Jerome snapped.

"We are all here to work together as a team. We can't have that if we argue." Jerome said.

"If you have a problem with someone go ahead and stand."

Everyone quickly popped up.

"Of course." Jerome said.

"Who the hell do you have a problem with?" Xavier asked Jade.

"Summer's my problem."

Summer rolled her eyes at Jade.

"Oh please. Ever since you've got here you've been acting strange." Summer said.

"Your the one to talk." Frost snapped back.

"All of you shut up before I kill you all." Jerome whispered.

Everyone stopped talking and looked at him with intense stares.

"One at a time, starting with Frost." Jerome said.

"I have a problem with Summer. She has a lot of secrets and yet, we barley know her." Frost said.

"Oh it your shit, I have my reasons. It's not like I'm betraying you guys or anything."

"Frost is just upset he doesn't have his REAL family." Jade whispered.

"What was that?" Frost asked.

"Jade and Summer. Both of you know just as much as I do….that's the secret I'm talking about." Frost said.

Jade and Summer both stopped talking.

"Id love to hear it." Jerome said.

All three of them jerked their heads towards Jerome.

"N-nothing." Frost said.

"It's definitely something. You all are looking like you've seen a ghost."

"Me and summer will talk alone." Frost said.

Frost got up and walked a couple yards away from the fire with Summer.

"Summer…..we both know Adisa has the god inside of him. And we all agreed to keep it secret from him. So why in the world would you tell him about his meditation and all that stuff?" Frost asked.

"Everyone deserves to know the truth. I didn't tell him what he really is and I don't plan on it. But if he wants to defend himself from the group then he'll need to learn how to fight on his own."

"Udo won't be there all the time to save him. And you know that, most of all." Summer explained.

"That's true, but I can't shake the feeling that you and your mom have your own plans." Frost scolded.

"Nope. Don't know why you'd think that."

Summer walked away and sat back at the fire.

"I guess your right." Frost said.

Frost got closer to everyone, he noticed Jade was raising her voice at Jerome.

"I'm just trying to be the perfect being…that's all."

"Jack had a good point about saving you though." Jerome whispered.

Jade stared at Jerome with a surprised look on her face.

"Your father manipulated you into thinking your supposed to be some perfect human. You were used as a tool….nothing more."

"That's why you shouldn't live your father. It's because he treated your brother so much better." Jerome explained.

Jade took a deep breath.

"Yea….I know." Jade said.

"The same goes for you Frost. You and Jade aren't so different after all."

"Instead of you all hiding secrets from one another. You should all be working together to take down enemies."

"I've been with the captain for four years now….and I've seen other troops fall. I believe this is the best group he's had yet, And I just know you all have gotten stronger." Jerome said.

"Sorry guys…" Frost whispered.

"Well….I've got nothing to say apologize for, I'm the perfect one here." Xavier said.

"Your such a clown." Jade mentioned.

"Hey Jerome, I've been meaning to ask but why don't you ever really talk to anyone? You know like besides us." Xavier asked.

Jerome looked up at the full moon. It was bright in the sky, and covered all the land around them.

"You never truly know a person…because you never know what they're thinking. That's why I stay to myself." Jerome said.

Jerome got up and headed to his horse.

It's time to move out, he said.

Back at the Kani clan, Adisa and Udo were sitting on the gate keeping watch.

"Just make sure to not mediocre realize to much aura. That might let the god take over." Udo said.

Yea….I understand. Adisa said.

Captain I have a question though.

Udo turned his gaze.

"Yea?"

"Why happened to your family? I've seen pictures on the walls."

"They all died." Udo answered.

"How did they die though?"

"A friend of mine killed them…and I haven't seen him since." Udo said.

"So your looking for revenge?"

"No of course not. I'm not that type of guy…but he should have just went for me instead."

"I see. It's a strange world we live in." Adisa said.

"But Captain, I keep having this weird feeling…I don't know what it is but something is gonna happen soon. Something big."

Udo got up and stretched his arms out.

"We'll be ready for it."

"But I'm the mean time. You just keep training. And if you can perfect that technique I've been you, you have my word on our deal." Udo said.

"I'll get it handled in at least one more day then."

Udo started laughing. "I believe you." He said while dying of laughter.

Adisa started getting annoyed.

"I'm being serious. Just you wait and see."

Mean while in a huge mountain high in the sky.

The mountain was covered in ice.

A huge man and two women walked in the cave that was on the mountain.

The man was carrying a body on his back.

"Be gentle with him. We can't have you killing someone on accented again." The woman to his right said.

"Oh shut up. This rat cost me my own damn arm."

"I'll repair it soon…just shut up and keep walking, Jugo." The woman to his left said.

When Jugo and two were deeper in the cave, they stopped when seeing a man sitting on a throne.

"You all came on time??!!" The man said, while sitting on the throne.

The man walked down to reveal Jack's eyes glowing in the dark.

"Hello boss." Jugo yelled out.

"Did you bring him?" Jack asked.

Jugo threw the young man to the ground. He was passed out and beaten badly with cuts all over his body.

"Ahh…it is him,Great work you three." Jack said.

"Didn't you both use to work together, Bella?" Jack asked.

Bella came out of the darkness to reveal herself.

"Yea,we used to."

"How un fortunate, But we can't have him die, .I'll heal him while you all go on the mission I've assigned you." Jack said.

"Wait. What are you gonna do to the body boss?" Jugo asked.

"It's not a body. You say it as though he's dead." Bella whispered.

"No….but he will be soon. I'm taking him to division two's captain." Jack yelled.

"Jugo. Take light with you on this mission, also."

"Light!!??. No body likes that bastard. I might end up killing him myself." Jugo snarled.

"Bella, give me information on this man. And how many percents."

"His name is Trover…Trover vendor. He worked with Udo and the troops. He has only fifteen percent." The woman explained.

"Aww, I wanted to explain it, you clown. Your so annoying, Laity." Bella said.

Laity said nothing and walked out the cave.

"She's always focused. Hahahahaah, I like it." Jugo yelled.

"I'll do anything for the man who saved us all from this hell. My life has been nothing but cruelty." Laity said.

Jack stared off into the distance.

"A lot of these people's lives are meaningless. As I said before. We all start off as beautiful children and all innocent. But then you start meeting people in this world, and your innocents turns into bull shit." Jack said.

"That's true. That's why we need this plan to work so we can end it all." Bella added.

Jack's eyes started going side to side at a rapid rate.

"Someone's close, coming fast, and crazy strong." Jack said.

"Ahahaha. Is it that woman!!??. She's a scary one, alright. We need to go now." Jugo yelled.

"Yes, we do. You all have used up to much power to face her now. All three of you go, now!!" Jack ordered.

Laity snapped her hands to form a giant portal.

All three of them quickly went in it.

Jack stayed behind with Trover, who was passed out on the floor.

Jack snapped his fingers. A giant stone wall formed and sealed shut.

Jack could do nothing but listen as he could hear pounding on the door.

Before he could get up and leave he could hear the door being torn down.

When jack turned around he could see a figure with a long hoodie on, that was covering their face.

"Ahh I know you. Long time no see." Jack said.

"Hand Trover over." The figure said.

"Now why would I do that?"

"Because I told you to."

"It's funny. really, because that's not even you."

"Your right there."

Jack pointed right behind him.

The figure had a very long sword at his neck.

"Ahh. The peacekeeper sword. An old item passed down through your family."

"Oh shut up. I'll be taking Trover along with your life." Said the figure.

"There's no need to attack the person who trained you. Don't you agree…..Nzinga." Jack whispered.

"Shut up. I've been looking for you for years now. Your pair of three barley got away from me." Nzinga said.

"Those three were there to capture Trover. And they did just that. Your scary powerful…that's probably why Udo likes having you work for him." Jack stated.

Jack turned his head and blinked his eyes.

Nzinga quickly jumped out of the way.

When she looked up Jack was out of sight and gone.

"He shot a hole in the cave?"

She got to her feet and looked for Trover.

"He must've token Trover also."

"I won't stop until I get him back."

Nzinga headed out the cave where jack shot the hole.

"As the third highest ranked troop member. I Nzinga will be the one to slice you down." She yelled in a prideful tone.
