Chapter 4: And So Humans Appear

" Sir Sliverholdforth, are-"

" Just, Sir Sliver, is fine, Lieutenant Stein."

"... Sir Sliver, are you sure going into the Cursed forest is okay with these few troops?" A young above average human man asked. He himself has long bright red hair and gray eyes. He wears a full-body silver Knight armor, that covers everything. On his left hand is a medium-size slider shield, matching his bright thick silver long sword, In his right hand.

Likewise, behind him are a legion of sliver and gray soldiers and cavalry. In count, he has 3,000-foot soldiers and 1,500 calvaries.

Leading them is a tall silver giant with wolf fur on his shudders and two demon-like horns shooting up from his helmet. As a weapon, he wields a gray-black long sword almost taller than himself, that he carries on his back, skillfully.

" Lieutenant Stein, do you know why we're coming here?" The Captain asked In a deep older male voice, sound In about his late 40s.

" Eh? Yeah. Instructed by the King and then to you, we are here to check out the forest for any suspicious activity."

" Then there's your answer, Lieutenant." The older man patted the younger one and laughed under his helmet.

" Huh... I guess there is my answer." Lieutenant Stein mumbled to himself and shook his head, shaking off those thoughts.

Looking up to the heavens, he chanted:" May you watch over us, Goddess Of Light."

[**A Few Hour Later**]

" Somethings wrong." The Captain suddenly confessed, looking around, only seeing towering green trees and green grass.

" Hm? You mean the sinister air, Captain Sliver?" Lieutenant Stein, asked walking next to him.

" You can sense that too?"

Nodding, he pointed to a blackened Demon-like tree," Yeah. And that tree made It more obvious."

" Mage Sauer!" Yelling such, a lovely young girl around her late teenage years, sprinted from the Legion and smiled.

" Captain I'm a Witch! Witch, not a Mage!" The attractive girl herself possesses long purple hair and purple eyes with a slender waist and fingers, holding onto a white and purple staff. She wears white and purple robes and an odd Witch hat.

" Same-same. Anyways, can you tell us what that is?" Captain Silver asked, waving her off In a nonchalant manner.

" Ugh! They are totally not the same!" Pouting, the Witch waved her staff and chanted a couple of odd fast foreign words.

" Done!" She said after about a few minutes.

" So?"

" So!? So is that tree is a Demon! SO!" The Witch said, hiding behind the Captain.

" Demon?!" Lieutenant Stein's eyes widen hearing that word, looking around In a rapid phase.

" Yes, Demon!" The Witch nodded, then started to chant her In magical language.

With bloodshot eyes, Lieutenant Stein roared out, zipping to the tree," By the power of our Goddess: Die Demon!"

However, before the Witch could warn him of something, an arm created out of wood slashed at the Lieutenant.

" Tch!" Clicking his tongue, he kicked the arm away In mid-air and then performed a backflip, landing on the tree, by stepping on air from what It seems.

" Magic Knight!?" A Soldier yelled out In shock and awe, seeing their Lieutenant fight against the 'Demon' with rapid bright blue slashed departing from his long sword.

Magic Knight.

The Light-Wing Kingdom's Magic Knights is an organization where selected mages enter and become part of the Kingdom's military as Magic Knight. The organization has a noble duty, protecting the Kingdom from various threats, such as invasions from foreign countries, to local crimes within the Kingdom itself, and even from strange foreign demons and Devils.

These duties are treated as missions that can be accomplished by any Magic Knights, where they could nominate themselves for the duty, or be nominated by a higher-ranked Magic Knight. Due to the Magic Knights' duties, which are focused on combat-based missions, members of the Magic Knights must possess a high amount of magic power and be well-versed in combat. Thus, membership and leadership of the Magic Knights are mostly dominated by the nobility of the Light-Wing Kingdom, because they often produce mages with high magical powers and talents. However, this fact does not hinder commoners of lesser status to enter the organization, as the Magic Knights often arrange a Magic Knights Entrance Exam, in which everyone could participate for a chance to be inducted into one of the Magic Knights' squads.

By the time the Knights got back their senses, Lieutenant Stein was already done exterminating the Demon.

" Tch! A Low-Rank Demon, nothing to worry about." Watching the demon slowly fade away from the world In black mist, the Lieutenant spat out hatefully.

" Hm. Let's get moving." Captain Sliver ordered with a slight nod, walking deeper Into the forest.

""" Sir!""" Marching behind their Captain, the normal Knights started leaving, with their Lieutenant strolling behind them.

' Kill Demons...Kill All Demons... Kill All...' With blacking eyes, the human Lieutenant started twisting and shivering.

Flying above them is a handsome-beautiful young man around 18-21 years old. He possesses sort silver-white hair and sliver-gray eyes. He wears a black Japanese-like robe and black clothes under It. At his left hip is a black Katana, resting there nicely.

' Hmmm~ How odd. All these humans smell like my Goddess-Wife that 'Helped me'.' Sora thought, smiling ever-so-slightly.

' Heh, now that's amusing. I'm killing her followers with the powers and abilities she has bestowed upon me.'

[*" Creator the Goblins have fled."*] Drei the three-headed Goblin thing, said In his head.

[*" Why?*"]

[*"... I don't know Creator...*"] His first creation said, sadly to him.

[*" Find them.*"] He ordered, flapping his wings, flying through the air, back to a tall rocky mountain.

[*" Of course My Creator!*"] Hearing this yell, Sora cut the connection and sighed deeply.

" I need better Servants... Plain and simple, I need better Minions."

With nothing better to do, Sora flew around the forest slaughtering different types of monsters, and placed them In his Sub-space he made using Dark Magic.

Then using a Rock Golem and a wolf, he created a new type of Beast.

The new Beast themselves look like Aliens from Alien, just covered In rocks, kind of looking like Godzilla knocked up a Mother Alien and this is what popped out from her.

In total, he created 40 and let them lose In the forest to have fun with the humans.

" Now these are what I call adequate Servants, unlike that dumb three-Headed thing." Sora smiled, falling back to sleep with his wings covering him. The best place to rest In his humble opinion.
