CHAPTER 16: DISTURBED

"Ahhh,no don't touch me,help". Alicia's screams pierced through the floor as she struggled to free herself,her heart pounding in her chest as she realized she was in grave danger.

Her hazy mind seeing that the hands remained relentless and was now dragging her closer and closer to the abyss of the dark room,her survival instincts suddenly kicked in and she immediately bit hard on he left hands pulling her in and in pain,the person instantly let go of her and crawled back into the darkness probably to nurse his small wound.

Due to the suddenness in which she was let go, Alicia fell hard to the floor,her face constricted of horror as tears made their way out of her eyes,still sitted on the floor,she hurriedly crawled backwards away from the darkness, gasping hard,her heart pounding against her chest.

As soon as she was far enough from the dark room,she hastily stood up and tried to turn around to run for her dear life when suddenly she bumped into someone.

"Ahhh" she gasped in fear and due to the shock of bumping into someone, Alicia lost her balance and was about falling down but fortunately the boy whom she'd bumped into was quick to hold her by her shoulders steadying her and preventing her from falling causing her already teary sea green eyes to meet with that of stern dark grey eyes piercing with a hint of menance that sent a shiver down her spine.

Alicia at first was even more scared but when she looked around,she noticed that they were a group of four other boys behind him claded in expensive looking clothes,their postures rigid and imposing.

However,Alicia's fear soon subsided a little when she noticed that the faces of the other boys looked surprised and confused and at the same time,their eyes also seemed to be begging her to spill what had happened.

Realizing that they were somehow cool, Alicia finally blinked and a tear drop rolled down her cheeks as she looked down,her heart still pounding.

"I'm sorry" she apologized,her voice barely came out as a whisper as she dared not look into those beautiful yet scary grey eyes again.

Just then, Tammy and Sophie emerged from behind,it seemed they had a bit of difficulty locating the place.

"Alicia, we're here". Tammy called out cheerfully as soon as she sighted her

Alicia immediately moved back causing the boy's hands that were still on her shoulders to slid down ,he'd been silent all the while,his eyes glued to hers

Alicia looked behind her and without bothering to take a last look at the boy's face,she hurriedly walked towards Tammy and Sophie who immediately got worried the moment they noticed her teary eyes.

"W-what happened Alicia" Tammy asked. . " Why are you crying"

"Did someone say something to you" Sophie chipped in

Alicia's eyes darted towards the dark room for a second and her whole body shivered,she didn't feel like staying here one more second. "Let's go please,I,I'll tell you when we get to the hostel so please let's go now". She begged

"Okay, okay let's go". Sophie said grabbing her hands and pulling her down the stairs as soon as she noticed Alicia's distabilized state.

Tammy was just about to follow when her eyes darted to the five boys who were still in their positions and her mouth hung open upon realizing whom the scarce set was and the person in the middle.

'what a rare sight'. She gasped as she tried to get a clearer view of the guy in the middle,she would have so much loved to stay a bit longer but she had to be with Alicia and Sophie and so with much hesitation,she finally left the floor and headed downstairs, running to catch up with Alicia and Sophie.

The girls had long left but the boys still remained in their positions all because one soul had refused to move.

A while back,they had all heard her scream when they were approaching the floor but as soon as they reached,she was already on the floor and she seemed to be running from that dark room and then she bumped into them. Now the boys didn't know what it was that scared her so much but they were sure it scared the life out of her and damn they also couldn't forget,she was one hella fine creature.

The boy in the middle whose eyes had gone all dark glanced at the dark room with an expressionless look,he needed no one to tell him that there was someone in there, considering how dark and void of any light it looked,it was the perfect place for an operation but then as usual,he wasn't interested.

A while ago, when she'd bumped into him,it was never his intention to even let her get close to him not to talk of steadying her but funny enough he found his body moving to hold her which was quite surprising to him and although he was stunned and thrown off balance by her looks,his eyes gave nothing away, absolutely nothing!!!!.

"What's the matter Jaden". A boy in the group who was by his side named Richie asked when he saw that he wasn't moving.

Jaden's eyes whipped towards him but instead of answering, he continued walking.

The other boys shrugged and followed behind as they started to whisper amongst themselves how beautiful that girl from a while ago was.

However,as soon as they were about to pass by the dark room, Jaden suprisingly stopped and his eyes darted towards the void classroom, his spirit was disturbed and suddenly, without warning he charged into the room disappearing into the darkness to the surprise of the other boys.

They all glanced at themselves in shock,in Surprise but no one had an explanation.

"What the fuck" Richie mumbled in his breath unable to understand why Jaden just did what he did.

"Whewww" one of the boys sighed as he leaned on the wall crossing his legs together while another claded in red and white moved to the railings as he leaned on them feasting his eyes on the girls downstairs,it appeared they all were graceful and elegant from high class families with just few words to say.

"This is gonna take a while right" a handsome cute tall and lean boy named Kyle asked Richie as he peered into the darkness,there was no sign of him.

"I guess so" Richie replied before taking a comfortable position.

" You think he could use some of our help" Kyle asked and they all chuckled softly,the way rich kids did.

"Don't be stupid Kyle" Richie said before scratching the skin in between his brows, right now he was wondering as to when and how Jaden Kai had started to bother about others
