Chapter 206: Another day with Ah Qi

That evening, Ah Qi taught Bai Yi Chen with the computer for a while before taking a rest. Bai Yi Yang didn't enter her workshop in fear that the noise will wake him up. The children is also polite, they didn't make much noise so the smaller siblings just hang around in the living room, some play video games, some read books, Bai Yi Yang start making draft for her research project and Bai Yi Chen practice his computer skills.

"Of course. Wait for a while." Bai Yi Yang ran to the kitchen counter and have Ah Qi her mobile phone.

"Then, can I make more than 1 phone call?" Ah Qi ask carefully.

"En, do as much as you want. I will continue making dinner." Bai Yi Yang smile and stood up to give him some privacy.

"Thanks." Ah Qi said.

"No need to thank me." Bai Yi Yang answer before returning to her work. Not long after that, she saw Ah Qi start making call, he step out of the kitchen and start talking with the person on the other side.

'Host, should I listen?' TongTong jump off the counter after finishing its snack, a scoop of goat milk ice cream.

Bai Yi Ling enter the kitchen not long after, she is making the rice.

"Ah Qi gege is making calls outside?" Bai Yi Ling ask.

"En. He can't return to work tomorrow so he need to call his manager at work." Bai Yi Yang said.

"Oh." Bai Yi Ling nod. She actually accidentally heard An Qi short conversation, it weirdly doesn't sound like someone talking with a superior, but she ignored it. That's someone else matter, why does she need to care.

Bai Yi Ling finished rinsing the rice, then put it inside the pressure cooker but she stayed and have some taste of the finished calamari for TongTong. She blew on it and put it on TongTong's plate.

'I like Xiao Ling the best.' TongTong said while munching happily.

'You said I am the best.' Bai Yi Yang laugh.

'Yang Yang is also the best.' TongTong said to fawn at Bai Yi Yang. No matter what, Bai Yi Yang is the one making the delicious food every day.

Ah Qi finished making phone calls before Bai Yi Yang finished cooking. Bai Yi Yang told him to just put the phone on the dinner table and ask him to watch TV at the living room. Ah Qi don't want to disturb the two sisters cooking and went to the living room.

'He is mature and sensible.' TongTong who is half full now said this praise so that Bai Yi Yang gave it more delicious food.

Bai Yi Yang check the wounds one more time before sending Ah Qi to rest. The wound is recovering well, but she remind herself to buy more medication from the pharmacy section of G Supermarket later, it's always good to have more medication at home.

Bai Yi Yang let Bai Yi Chen send Ah Qi to the bedroom after that. She already remind Ah Qi to lock the door and windows tomorrow and there will be people passing by the house to the orchard and vegetables field in the morning, she also prepared food in advance that Ah Qi can just heat it up. His condition is quite good, he can do some simple stuff by himself.

The next morning, Bai Yi Yang wake up early to prepare breakfast as usual. After finishing with that, she leave some for Ah Qi. She didn't wake him up before they all leave the house. TongTong was left at home to watch over the house.

TongTong first report is that Ah Qi woke up at 8.35 am when the workers passed by the house to go to the orchard, then he went to the kitchen to have some breakfast. He also went to take a bath in the bathroom after that..

Bai Yi Yang head straight to the kitchen. Unpacking the stuff from the boxes, the first thing she unpacked is the frozen food, she have bought some more meat and vegetables this time because they have an additional adult in the house.

"Yang Yang, if we continue to close our gate unlike the usual, people will start become suspicious too." Bai Yi Chen said when he is helping Bai Yi Yang in the kitchen.

"En, I know but Ah Qi ge still need to recuperate for a few more days. It will be bad if we send him away with this injuries." Bai Yi Yang said.
