Chapter 9 Bathwater Was Ready

Yan Su picked up the man's bowl and stuffed the fish along with the fishbones into his mouth. She gnashed her teeth and said, "You usually like to eat fishbone at home, so you don't have to be shy here. Granny won't treat you like a weirdo. Come on, eat more!"

She almost put all her resentment into his mouth.

The eyeballs of the two elders were about to pop out of their heads. They were shocked that there were people who liked to eat fishbones.

"Miss, fishbones are hard to digest..." The woman could not help reminding her.

Why did they feel that this young couple was a little strange, but they couldn't tell the reason?

"Granny, don't worry. His digestion system is good. Even if he ate up this bowl, he could digest it!" Yan Su retaliatingly fed him another mouthful!

The man was not angry and just looked at her with a smile. From an outsider's point of view, they seemed to be in love for many years. The relationship between them was good!

Just when Yan Su thought that she had won this round, the man suddenly leaned over and pressed down on her head, feeding the fish meat in his mouth into her mouth.

Yan Su's eyes suddenly widened, and only after a few seconds of disbelief did she realise that the man had fed all of the food he ate to her!

Disgusting feelings welled up. Yan Su suddenly wanted to vomit, but the man forcefully shut her lips and let her swallow the food.

The two people next to them were dumbfounded!

The way they fed each other was so intimate that it was new to them!

Perhaps they hadn't been in contact with the outside world for too long. Were all the young couples so open now?

Yan Su was unable to breathe being kissed by him. Instinctively, she swallowed the food. Her first reaction was to prepare for the fishbones to be stuck in her throat. But she did not expect that the fishbones didn't pierce through her throat after swallowing it.

She looked at the man with a look of surprise. The man picked up the napkin next to him and cleaned the fishbones from his mouth. His movements were graceful yet noble...

Yan Su couldn't believe it... how did he do that...

"Do you want to eat by yourself, or am I going to feed you?" The man finally opened his mouth, giving her a chance.

Yan Su hurriedly picked up her chopsticks. "I'll eat it myself."

She didn't look at him anymore. Instead, she ate the food in large mouthfuls.

The man did not continue to make things difficult for her. He gave her a large piece of a fish belly as if no one else was around and even picked out the fishbones.

"Eat slowly." He urged as if he was a parent.

"..." Yan Su wanted to finish eating. She had to eat as fast as possible so that she could stay away from the demon...

She finished this extremely torturous meal...

The woman opened a box and took out the coarse plain clothes which she had kept for many years. "Miss, you haven't washed up yet. This is my dowry, which I've kept for many years. You can wear it if you don't mind."

She handed Yan Su a wide shirt. "I've prepared the bathwater. It's in that room."

"I can't take this." Yan Su didn't dare to accept the dowry that was the most valuable to her.

"I can't wear it now. I just keep it for a commemoration. We don't have better clothes here. I hope you don't mind." The woman enthusiastically put the clothes into her hands.

Yan Su couldn't refuse and could only accept it. She didn't expect the man to suddenly say, "It doesn't suit you."

Yan Su couldn't help but retaliate. "It's none of your business."

"The waistband, design, colour, fabric, and texture... are all poor."

Yan Su couldn't hold back her anger. Thinking that the two elders were still present, she couldn't help but speak up for them. "Then give me a good set of clothes in exchange."

"Sure."

Yan Su didn't expect him to agree so readily, so she added on. "Including tonight's food expenses, medical expenses, and accommodation expenses, you'll have to repay them ten times over!"

Ten times or she would not be able to take it!

Usually, people would never pay tonight's fees at a ten-fold price because it wasn't worth it.
