"Are you stalking me or something ? How did you know that we were going to Evergrande City." Scarlet said with her eyes narrowed.

In the two weeks that had passed in the university , Turner could sense that Scarlet didn't like him much.

During these two weeks he had few good conversations with Light and Emilia.

He didn't talk much with Chrome because well he was Chrome.

He had tried to talk with Scarlet too, but she always ignored him.

Turner narrowed his eyes. This Scarlet ughh, someone has to teach this brat a lesson

"Listen here princess. One, I am not stalking you. Two, I didn't know that you guys were going to the city. Three, It was Emilia who called me while I was walking and she only asked me to travel with you guys. Four, I have some personal reasons to go."

Scarlet sneered. "Liar"

Emilia and Light both were sweating bullets while listening to their conversation. Even Chrome opened his eyes and was looking at both of them.

Turner looked at her with a cold look in his eyes and then suddenly his eyes got filled with mischief. He stood up from his seat and cleared his throat.

All the people of the carriage were now looking at Turner. Turner sat on one knee and extended one of his hand towards Scarlet, while keeping the other on his chest.

"Oh high and mighty princess Scarlet. Yes, yes you are right. This humble knight is just following his princess to protect her. It is a shame that this knight got caught but fear not, this knight will lay down his life to protect the princess."

Silence. There was complete silence in the whole carriage and everyone was looking at Turner and Scarlet.

Scarlet's mouth was wide open.

Turner was trying to maintain his poker face while sitting on his knee.

Emilia and Light were first shocked but slowly started chuckling while at the same time trying to control their laughter.

Chrome was looking at Turner, "A big fool."

When Chrome said it Emilia and Light burst out laughing. Slowly the whole carriage started laughing.

Scarlet's cheeks started becoming rosy and slowly Scarlet turned Scarlet.

Turner stood up and sat beside her without saying a word.

After this in the whole journey Scarlet didn't say anything to Turner and kept mumbling something while her cheeks were still Scarlet.

When their station came she dashed out without waiting for anyone else.

"Ha ha Turner, god that was so funny." Light chimed while all four of them were walking outside the station.

"Well I think Scarlet wont ever forgive me for this.", Turner mumbled.

Emilia was still laughing about it.

Turner looked around. The city was full of life. At every shop one could here people haggling and bargaining with the shopkeepers. One could even see teams of adventurers walking in the city. There were food stalls, clothes shops, weapons shops and whatnot.

"Turner we were going to the restaurant. Scarlet must have already ran there. Do you want to join us ?", Emilia asked him while he was looking around.

"Oh no no, I have some work here. You guys go ahead. Though, till when are you in the city ?"

"We will go back by the last train at 11 in the night."

"Oh wonderfull. I'll also go back with that train only. I'll meet you guys at the station then at that time ?"

"Sure thing buddy." Light said while patting Turner's back.

After that They left and Turner started walking in the opposite direction.

Turner looked at each of the shops while walking.

"The city sure is pretty." , Turner said and after coming in front of a big shop he stopped.

He looked up and could see that it was a 3 storey high building and on top was written in bold "Evergrande Casino"

"Yes casino. The safest and quickest way to earn a lot of money. Rich life, here I come." Turner said while walking inside the building.

Samantha was playing chess on the computer on her desk. She worked as the receptionist at the Evergrande casino. Her only work was to greet the customers and change their money into chips and vice versa.

"Hey miss. Mind changing my money for chips."

She looked up from the computer and saw an average looking guy in front of her. Over the years she had mastered the ability to tell if the person is rich or not just by looking at them.

Average looks, shabby hair. The clothes he is wearing is also not branded.Definitely poor.

But she didn't allow these thoughts to come on her face. She smiled. "Yes sir. How much do you want ?"

"Whats the minimum ?" asked the average looking guy.

Poor to the core. Must have thought that he could become rich quickly using his luck. Damn the casino eats people like this everyday. He would lose everything today.

"10,000 ruppees for 10 chips sir is the minimum."

"Sigh 10,000." The guy took out 10 bills from his wallet and kept it back inside.

"Give me 10 chips then."

Samantha was looking at the person wide eyes. "Sir 10 chips wont be sufficient for you to enjoy the services here."

The person smiled. "Not enough ? Just wait I'll make these 10 chips to 10,000 and return here."

Fool. Samantha smiled. "Ok sir here are 10 chips. May God bless you to have luck today."

This time the average looking guy burst out laughing. "Ha ha God's Blessing ? I already have that."

Turner took the 10 chips and went in front of 1 of the slot machines.

On it was written "Insert 10 chips and get a chance to win 100."

Turner inserted all his chips inside and smiled. He then pressed the start button.

The slots started moving really quickly.

*Ding

Hidden talent – god's blessing ( have very high luck) activated*

The slot machine stopped on jackpot and 100 chips immediately came out.

Turner laughed. "Haha Turner say bye bye to your money problem."

With this Turner again inserted more chips and started the slot machine again.
