CHAPTER 16

The next day at Debby's house, everyone, including Goodie, was at the house.

Debby: So tell us more about her.

Malcolm: All we know is that she was Nomi's girlfriend.

Goodie: Well, Tina was indeed Nomi's girlfriend and sister to Syria.

Debby: Wait, so Nomi wasn't her sister, but we thought Nomi was the sister.

Goodie: Well as I was saying, Tina is Syria's older sister but Tina was working in another country so Syria had to live with Nomi, who was a doctor living here and also her girlfriend, so Tina was being told about Debby and her friends bullying her sister and she came up with a plan, a prank to deal with Debby and her friends.

Didi: By hurting Debby, she knew she would hurt us too.

Goodie: So she planned to get Nomi and many doctors involved, so she came up with the plan of telling Debby that she had cancer, and by getting many doctors involved, there's no way her plan would backfire fire but it did when Syria went missing, so she came into town as the new detective or officer and Max is her cousin and is also helping her with her plan and I think she is in rage because after finding Syria and Nomi's bodies tied to a tree and killed, she is surely after you now.

Malcolm: But why us?

Goodie: Well, I don't know because Debby is no longer sick and she is married to you.

Malcolm: Me, am I a suspect now?

Goodie:You and your brother have been in and out of jail, so it's normal to suspect you guys.

Luca: It's not like we've killed anyone before.

Goodie: Who knows?

Luca: Well, I think I found my first victim (he smiled at her)

Goodie: Cute, well that's all the information I can get you, if you want more you know what to do debby, oh by the way did you tell Malcolm?

Malcolm: Yes, she did.

Goodie: And you are not bothered about it.

Malcolm: Why will I be? She left you for me, remember (he smiled).

Goodie: You two are just cute, and it's killing me.

Luca: Okay, my victim.

Goodie: I have to go, remember the last price, Debby.

Debby gave her a very deep and passionate kiss, and Goodie looked at Malcolm, smiled, and left.

Luca: Oh, she is so next.

Didi: So what do we do about Tina?

Debby: Oh, I have the perfect punishment. Here I was thinking I got the people who almost killed me, while the mastermind is still well and breathing. Oh, I'm going to get her so good. Did anyone record everything?

Didi: Oh, trust me, I did.

Just then, a sound was heard coming from outside. They all immediately went out to check, and then, they caught Max trying to get into his car.

Debby:Hello, Max.

They all stood by the doorway.

Officer Max: Oh hi, Debby and friends, how's the evening?

Debby: Very lovely, question: What are you doing here at this time?

Officer Max: Just passing by, you know your neighbourhood superhero, spider max (he laughs nervously).

Devi: Wow, a superhero, without a costume, that is just great.

Officer Max: Yeah, you shouldn't want the bad guys to know you're coming right. Anyway, I have to go

He tried to open his car, but he was surprised by an arrow flying past him and into his tyres. He turned and saw Sabrina with a bow and arrow, waving at him.

Officer Max: Are you insane, shooting at an officer of the law?

Sabrina: Shoot, God no, I would never, I just make an arrow fly that's not a crime, is it? (they laughed).

Officer Max: No, it's probably just an accident (he turned), I'll just go on foot then, I'll get my car by the morning then, goodbye.

Debby:Not so fast.

He turned to them and saw that they were near him.

Debby: You just came. Why not stay longer?

Officer Max: No, I've been here long enough, I even saw your friend leave.

Debby: Oh really, then you must be tired, patrolling one street for so long, why not stay for dinner then? (they all smiled at him)

He became scared as they continued smiling at him.

Debby: You know what, Malcolm will help with your tyres, okay?

Officer Max:Really? Well, that would be nice.

Debby:Right?

Officer Max: Yes, right.

Debby: Wrong, you see we know that you know that we know about you and your cousin and the others, so we won't let you go, cause I want Tina to come to me, so if I keep you she will come for you.

Officer Max: No, you don't understand, we did a mistake and we are sorry about it, she wanted to apologise but then we found Syria and Nomi's bodies and we thought, I mean she thought it was you and your friends, that was why I spy on you to find out if you were the ones who killed them but so far I've got nothing, so if you let me go I'll.....

Just then, Max was hit on the head with a stick by Chad.

Luca:I'm sorry, but he talked too much, and we need to go, so we are taking him, right?

Debby: Yeah, but don't kill him yet, Tina got that.

Luca: I don't know what you are planning but I'm sure I'll like it, okay see ya.

Luca and Chad got some tape and taped Max, put him in the car, and left with him.

Nathan: Crazy night, I'm getting turned on. Let's go, babe, see you.

They both drove off.

Sabrina:We have to go too, it's late.

Didi: Yeah and I need a lot of rest, those old people are fucking annoying, I hope they go to a better place soon.

Sabrina:Now that's just mean.

Didi: I know I'm just dying of tiredness.

Debby:Okay, see you in the morning, then.

Didi:Yeah, it's Sunday.

Debby and Malcolm went in, and their child was just sitting there playing by herself.

Debby: You know I'm happy with how peaceful she is, and she's just 5 months, but you'll never know we had a baby.

Malcolm: Yeah, so peaceful, I'm just happy that she is not affected by all those drugs you took.

Debby: Oh, if she had been, then I would burn down the whole town to the ground.

THE NEXT DAY (CHURCH)

Debby, Malcolm and the rest were coming out of the church when officer tina came out of nowhere and dragged Debby by the cloth Didi threw her to the ground but almost immediately Tina got up again.

Officer Tina: ( breathing heavily) Where is Max? (she yelled)

Debby:I know you have no respect for me, but at least have respect for God and leave, I don't know where Max is.

Officer Tina: He told me he was coming to your house and I haven't seen him since then.

Debby:Oh, now I remember spider Max, right, what a hero, I saw him, but then he left, have you tried checking your house, he might just be there, oh heard he was your cousin, so he must be home.

Officer Tina:If anything happens to him...

Debby:Just go home, Tina. Bless you.

Debby and the rest just went past Tina, entered their car, and drove off.

Tina was very angry and worried. She immediately entered her car and drove to her house. Getting to her house, she met a lot of people outside, and the police and ambulance were also there. She got out of her car and tried going closer, and they let her cause they recognised her.

Officer: Officer Tina, what are you doing here?

Officer Tina: this is my house.

Officer: Oh, we received a call that there was a dead body in the house.

Officer Tina: What do you mean a dead body, I slept here yesterday night and I even cleaned the house this morning before leaving.

Officer: You Cleaned it?

Officer Tina:Yes, why?

Officer:Well it looks dirty to me but more like, a fight broke out in there.

Officer Tina:I don't under.....

A voice was heard "We found a body "

Officer Tina:I wonder if is Max.

Officer: Max, Why max, are hoping to find him here.

But Tina didn't say a word but just kept looking just then a paramedic came.

Paramedic: Sir it was not a body, it's a mannequin covered with blood.

Officer: It's probably a prank, We will take it from there, you may leave, thank you.

Paramedic: Yes, sir.

The officer turned to talk to Tina, but she had already gotten into her car and drove off.

Officer 2: I wonder what is wrong with her today?

Officer: Yeah, tell me about it, but why did she call Max?

Officer 2: She did?

Officer:I want to know why she thought the dead thing would be Max.

Officer 2:That is wild.

Officer:Yes indeed.

Debby and her friends were already at her house, they were setting up the house because people were coming to see psalms, But as they were now done, it was now time for people to come, then a knock was heard on the door and Debby went to open it but she was surprised when it was max but before they could do anything, officer tina arrived too, officer tina saw max while driving to Debby's house, so she immediately drove down fast and got out of the car and rushed to the max, who was lying on the ground with blood on his clothes, officer tina laid him in her arm and cried to Debby.

Officer Tina: How could you do this to him, I was the one who asked him to spy on you, I deserve this not him.

Debby who seemed not to be moved by Tina's tears, came closer to the two of them.

Debby:If you are done take your bloody cousin and get off my porch, my visitors will be arriving very soon, so shush and get out.

Officer Tina was just surprised by this so she just took Max got in the car and drove off.

Debby used a water host to wash out the blood immediately before people started coming, then she went upstairs changed and came down but walked straight to Luca.

Debby:What happened Luca, I thought Max was at your house.

Luca: Yes he was, Chad was looking after him, wait the blood, do you think Chad is alive?

Debby: Look, don't get me wrong. I love Chad, but I don't give a damm right now. If anything is traced back to us, I will kill him myself, Okay?

Luca: But can I go?

Debby: No you can't, people will arrive soon, so you have to stay

Luca:Sure, I'm sure his fine.

Instead of sending Max to the hospital Tina took him home but as they arrived Max got out of the car and rushed inside, which surprises Tina, and she followed him.

Officer Tina: What are you doing? You are wounded, I need to treat you.

Officer Max:No, I am not, I'm perfectly fine.

Officer Tina: Then who's blood is that? Did you kill someone?
