She looked staring staring him with her crimson eyes having an utter horror in her eyes regarding the situation.

Medusa began to him suspecting that it was perhaps due to the blood lust that he was unable to resist the urge to drink the blood. Whereas the driver on the other hand was deeply concerned with the outcome of the urges. Since he was there to make sure that Kayden would give in to the temptation and attack Medusa.
