"What happened?!!" I still asked for no reason I just want to confirm "We...we lost the signal...probably now there's no hope for us," April said and covered her face and started sobbing.

"Ok now shhhh and make sure no noise is made. We can't let them know that we are here" whispered Peter keeping the weapons on a cushion.

"The distractions will end in three minutes and now you probably don't wanna die? Check everything once again" Jace pushed up her rimless glasses and reminded them with no expression on her face.

Soon the distraction was over and it will be dead silence again so peacefully quiet.

Just like the calm before the storm.

Just like that, there was a heart-wrenching scream, and another, and more. Soon the boisterous roars surrounded us from all sides just like waking up after a nightmare we are used to sleeping in these nightmares. Every scream is of another alive human like us that is caught and eaten.

It is Elder sis Shana who was guarding tonight everybody was assured. When she guarding we all are assured There is a weird feeling of being safe with her around. I looked at her, Short black hair tied behind with amber-colored eyes, I envy her height ah. She's a guardian for us.

In this chaos I forgot to introduce myself well, My name is Kaiyin, I knowwww it sounds like a guy's name! That's the problem! But, everyone calls me Yin and right now I think it's more important to tell you what happened here yeah that's probably more important than me.

So we were having a farewell party for our uh actually I have no idea why I went to the party I was bored and my friend pulled me up and I was there to eat for free.

I don't remember what happened and I didn't notice much of anything cuz I had an argument with my friend and I was yeah probably sitting in the corner watching everybody and cursing the shit out of her in my head.

Next everything happened, seemed to be in slow motion, I remember every single datail.

I looked down and Just then I heard the crash, a huge black car comes straight inside the hall the glass wall breaking and crashing right on the people who stood near the glass. I saw people running away hurriedly and shouting and they were they surprised and cursing at the driver then... the walkers made their first appearance.

I just realised that the café the party was is right across the corner, so It's obvious that this driver ate shit but looking at where I'm sitting I suddenly came to a realisation It scared the shit outta me and the scene was that identical to an action movie with zombies running here and there outside. You know it just was hard to believe, the scene outside I thought someone spilled red paint over people and they're mad.

Suddenly the glass window near me shattered and a glass shard came straight at my face out of instinct I closed my eyes and shrank my neck my face automatically flinched to the side and the glass came straight at me hitting hard on the side of my face OUCH! my freaking jaw, Bitch that hurt like shit I groaned and put my hand on the table and pushed myself away from the window and stumbled back and watched a man moaning in pain on the ground. I looked out at the broken window this man flew in through to see what happened only to stare at the woman trying to fight a cop like mad and noticed all the blood that was on the woman the cop was trying to restrain the woman but looking at his build it seemed weird for the woman to be overpowering the cop.

The woman's yellow jacket was covered in blood.

Blood, why was it that I thought of it as blood? Why not red paint? Red paint ah a lot of it.

Blood oh, my jaw was throbbing in the rhythm of my heart I put my hand there to only to feel a deep cut bleeding I looked at my hand and all I thought was that man What a great evening is that my blood? Yes, it is And I pressed hard on the wound to stop some bleeding if that helped, after a few seconds of being blank in the head, my brain was online again to look at what were others around me doing.

Clicking pictures making vlogs gasping a few calling police the injured ones were not fatally injured everyone was looking there it was so loud some were angry and shouting calling and pulling the driver out of the car. No one noticed the window breaking at my side and the man on the ground yet. Seriously to hell with a huge window broken and still I was ignored so badly are they all deaf in the head? I walked to stand behind drake who had his back to me as he watched the scene.

Something seemed not right with the people here,

Then when the same lady covered in now more red paint smashed through another window and two boys were, unfortunately, standing right there not far away from me. They shouted as they were hit and then people noticed them but till then the woman already bit a huge chunk of that guy's cheek I swear I saw his teeth behind the cheeks and the blood splash ughhhhhh.

I took a step back. "Go and help him! " said a girl with the most makeup sounding distressed and two of the boys including this idiotic Drake went there to pull them away from each other.

Drake bent down pulling the lady off "hey miss it's ok what's wrong with you it's enough stop! "

when that lady turned behind and drake was dumbfounded and so was I.

I've seen her she's drake's aunt. It was uncomfortable seeing his aunt covered in what I say now blood and swallowing a huge piece of- yeah that guy's face. Her eyes were bloodshot she looked like a ghost she plunged on Drake but he moved away fast enough to avoid that and she jumped on the other boy.

I pulled Drake back and we watched as She started chewing him and the boy was trying to push her, I heard his bones break and heard the crack of the neck-breaking then he went still there was a scream and then another looking up the guy from the car too was gnawing on a boy I turned my head the cop too covered in blood bloodshot eyes standing there and staring inside intensely, Continuous screams and similar pairs were pouncing over everyone.

I stepped back holding my cheek, my face twisted in an expression that said wtf is happening!? I already know Fuck Oh mY holy CoW The Hell! Is this FoR ReaL!?

But It was happening in real. Everything is not a dream not a prank nothing. Now it's been four weeks hardly any of us escaped safely from there.

Fortunately, we are still alive. We met several people on the way and lost several people. We follow only two rules if you can fight? Great! Now run! Can't fight? Great! Run like a bitch. And make sure to protect yourself and the one next to you fight as if you are already dead.

In the beginning, it was hard to like you know seeing the dead bodies and all that stench of blood and rotting flesh all those ugly monsters sound of bones crunching and sound of chewing raw flesh, and sometimes it's someone you recognize because this was our neighborhood we knew almost everyone. We have now moved away and we all learned the lesson and we don't talk about this.

But the most scary thing is that we don't know almost anything, and humans fear what they don't understand, and we.....are still humans.

My jawbone injury is still not healed yet still I wrap half of my face up tightly as not to get my wound infected ah and I still speak much because of that altough it hurts like shit you ain't keeping me quite for long.

Anyways I can talk but it hurts like hell and now in this situation, I don't need my shit to annoy others. We are a small team, we trust each other more than anything and ofcourse we believe in ourselves, we grew up wearing the same diapers and its okay to have someone to trust.

After 'the day' as we call it more days passed we found new things about the walkers like, after two to three days of that incident it was soo quiet in the day and no scrambling walker can be seen and while at night terrifying screams and sounds are too loud to ignore, as time passed we concluded that the walkers did not come out in the sun, maybe cause they had reactions due to the UV rays?

Who knows, we found that weird cause in no movies did we ever see that the so-called zombies are more active during the day than at the night and usually humans have an advantage at night as the half-dead they cannot see. But yeah this isn't a movie so thi's not the movie zombie.

Well, night wakers is a good discovery as we can travel during the day. But now I think something has changed or it was always this way but it seems that they have some intelligence they track us down if we leave any tracks behind during the day and it's not tracking for food it's more like they are hunting, and they enjoy the hunt.....
