Outside World

Despite asking many people about their plans to merge groups, Theodore and the others have yet to find a suitable group. Because of the enthusiasm of the people, there weren't many groups that didn't have members. 

So, Theodore still had to go around the place to ask people who were looking for group members. 

"At this rate we may never find a group that can help us," Theodore said seriously.

"You're right, I didn't expect that there would be so many people interested in joining these groups." Roxanne also glanced around to monitor the people who were flocking to join a group. 

"There's still time for us to find a group that we can work with," Theodore said, not wanting to give up. 

Theodore and the others continued down the street, asking for groups that were still short of people. But, again they were rejected, or they just said they would inform Theodore later if they couldn't find anyone who wanted to join.
