Although Theodore intended to look for some zombies with powers, he decided against it for now because there was still something more important he had to do. 

Theodore had to go back to the ground floor to give the others this oxygen tube; he didn't want to be late helping them. 

Since he had gotten everything he wanted, Theodore hurried back to the ground floor. 

Already knowing his route, Theodore was confident he could get down to the ground floor quickly. He also walked towards the elevator that would take him down to the second floor. Fortunately, on the third floor, there were not too many zombies. 

On the 2nd floor, there are still zombies waiting for Theodore around the elevator, so it looks like, at that moment, he has to run fast towards the elevator that will take him to the 1st floor.
