well luckily I didn't have to wait for too long until I and Misaki got tasked with welcoming the 3rd Hokage son Asuma after all he is the son of the God of Shinobi/the professor

and showing him the ropes to the job which didn't take too long or too much effort and I managed to have a conversation with him few times and surprisingly it was pleasant to talk to someone about something other than the shinobi life and all that Bull.s***.

but soon after he joined the twelve Guardian ninjas

along with the other members(Asuma Sarutobi, Chiriku, Kitana, Nauman, Tōu, Seito...) 

And we didn't see each other that much because now he had to protect the daimyō at all times, and time keep ongoing and people are starting to sense a bit of tension in the atmosphere, night when I was having a drink 🍻 with Asuma I could feel that he was a bit stressful and restless, he was trying to hide it but he was unsuccessful, which I assumed that it was because the twelve Guardian ninja are slowly drifting because of an idiot and a shortsighted man named Kazuma that convinced half of the team that the status quo of the world was too fragile and only by branding the rest of the world with the Land of Fire's flag would protect the country, not only that but he was planning on taking down Konoha the same village that bested the other 4 great villages the one with

anyway, it doesn't matter since he will die pretty soon and I will be the one to finish him after all I need the credit to boost my chances of becoming a jonin, therefore, getting the summoning contract. plus I'm going to leave and go back to Konoha after this since many of the people that came here with me, left so I think it is time to go back.

in the middle of the night 🌚 after the failure of the attempt to eliminate the daimyō,

by the order of the daimyo, the remaining loyal and faithful members of the guards have been ordered to eliminate the threat of the rest of the traitors to keep the peace and stability of the country

far away in a forest two groups of people can be seen fighting, with kunai flying through the air aimed at each other neck and vital part of the body along with the sharp sound of the steel clashing against the shuriken of others,

at one point it seemed that Kazuma the leader of the traitors had the upper hand but that quickly changed and all the traitors were defeated only Asuma and chiriku remained against Kazuma since further fighting will make things worse than it is so the two parties stopped and were ready to retreat, but Akira who was hiding and watching the fight from a safe distance waiting for an opportunity to join in on the action,

decided that this is the best chance he could have got and quickly formed a hand seal and attacked Kazuma with a fireball 🔥ninjutsu,

being exhausted Kazuma took the attack head-on he saw it coming but was too slow to dodge, not wasting any second Akira draw his sword 🗡and cut his throat making the blood gash out violently and soon after The place was silent and both Asuma and Shiraki were baffled by the sudden development of the situation,

Asuma said: "Akira how did you get here and how...".?

but was interpreted by

Akira: "don't talk right now you are injured let me heal you up then you can ask whatever you want"

as he was healing both of them he said "if you are wondering how I got here or why I am here is that because I knew something was up after figuring out what your mission is you fighting a bunch of assassins I tracked you down and thankfully I wasn't too late"

"I m glad you came, thank you for your help":Shizuku said.

Akira:" no need to thank me I'm a medical-nin it's my job and duty to cure the injured"

########### time skip

several months pass by again and I turned 16 years old yesterday,

During these months I got back to Konoha I met the Hokage and was rewarded with an A-rank mission since I technically rescued and helped in finishing up the S-rank mission,

after 5 days of vacation, I decided to do more solo missions and work at the hospital at the same time to guarantee that I get promoted smoothly, plus working in the hospital 🏥 for me is some kind of cover-up since I don't want to be assigned as a teacher to 3 genin, my goal is to get and finish as many mission as I can then leave the village for a long time and skip all the boring events that will happen in the future.

other than that I have been working on upgrading my body, right now thanks to the wish I made I can push my body to the limits and strengthen my muscles and bones without actually doing a lot of training since I'm too lazy for that, sadly I didn't manage to make it similar to the Uzumaki or Senju clan but that was within my expectations, after all, they are descended from an alien race ( otsutsuki clan), and that was good enough for me because now I can confidently say that I have the physical strength of a real jonin and the chakra reserve of one too, but despite that, I need to wait just a little more just a few months more I need to train and sharpen my medical skills and get more experience and understanding of the more complicated skills and techniques because in the past I didn't focus on studying the too complicated and detailed books, which now I find out how time-consuming and tiring this is but I managed with the help of a shadow clone. another thing that I was glad that didn't happen is that I didn't get a bounty on my head because that can be annoying and alarming because I know that someone somewhere will try to claim that bounty,

###### another time skip

17 years old, and I'm going to be tested for the jonin level and since I'm a medical-nin my test will be more focused on healing and the use of medical techniques under pressure plus the defence than my offensive skills, after all my job is to save as many people as possible.

I arrive on time at the testing ground which was simply an empty field with 3 people already there waiting for me two I was able to recognise, the first one have two scars on the right side of his face which were probably his most noticeable feature, he had dark hair tied up into a spiky ponytail, dark eyes, as well as a goatee and his name, is shikaku, Nara

and the second person even though I recognise him it doesn't mean I know him he is just a middle-aged man a senior who works in the hospital 🏥 nothing but a beta, but the third person was wearing an animal face mask over and a black cloak making it very difficult to determine his identity, most likely an Anbu member.

"I am shikaku nara your exam 📝 will consist of two parts:

-the first one is fighting you will be going against him a jonin tier shinobi and an Anbu member your battle will last for 15 minutes and you will fight him as if your life depended on it for you to pass you either win or tie against him.

-the second part will happen right after the first one without getting any break time you will be asked about several medical techniques and your understanding of medical treatment will be tested fully.

I'm here to oversee your exam and then send a report to the Hokage to determine whether you're going to be promoted or not. understood.???."

Akira:" yes, it is all clear "

shikaku; "begin"

as the match started Akira started walking with the staff in his right hand with a short sword on his back slowly getting faster with each step he is made, eventually he took a swing at the Anbu which of course successfully defended by blocking it with his sword and a kenjutsu battle started then a taijutsu battle started but this time the experienced anbu got the upper hand and forced Akira to retreat and as soon as he accomplished enough distance a fireball 🔥 was aimed at the Anbu caused the surrounding environment to get heated because of the heat waves,

Akira thought: this guy is not easy to beat but I need to end this quickly after all this is nothing but the beginning.

Since the Anbu used a water wall 🌊 ninjutsu to block the attack a big Fogg started spreading obscuring the hole field in a mist and Akira took this chance to send another attack and this time far more lethal than the previous one and it covered more space making it very difficult to Dodge. and it kept on going like that Akira will create distance use ranged attacks because Akira determined that further fighting will be a waste of energy and effort so he chose to focus on defence and wait for the time to run out

Since he doesn't have to win, therefore several minutes pass by and shikaku intervenes and announces shikaku: "STOP, the match is over and Akira Sarutobi you passed the first part of the test, the second part will be in another place please follow me "

###### Hokage's office

shikaku: " well, his chakra reserve is jonin level, mastered the Bōjutsu and Kenjutsu a bit lacking in Shurikenjutsu and taijutsu but that is understandable since his main focus is medical ninjutsu that requires very advanced chakra control, one other thing I noticed is he seems to have an extensive knowledge on such things as herbs, medicines, the human body and even poisons."

Hokage:" hmmm, I see thank you for your hard work shikaku, I have decided that Akira Sarutobi of Konoha the hidden leaf will be promoted to jonin level shinobi as a medical-nin, it has been a while since a medical-nin was found in the clan "

and just like that the 3rd Hokage had ended the meeting with Akiras promotion, even though the Hokage may have shown an uninterested face but he was glad that a new talented

medical-nin is born because of how important they are, after all, you can't have too many at your disposal of Medical-nin,

since they can accompany another ninja on high-ranking missions to increase the success rate of the mission and overall survival rate of the squad.
